FANTASTIC! we send all of our customers to Mike and his knowledge on towing and how to do things is fantastic! He takes care of your vehicle and is as honest as they come. Ive worked with Mike for almost 9 years and he impresses me more and more by the day! Also, some people complain because they dont understand that insurance companys get involved and the customers blame Mike for it.

Overall my experience with this company pretty good. First off the company goes by BM Transport and Towing which I though was a bit odd. In calling to get a price they were nice. I scheduled my tow, they said it would be 15 minutes for the driver to get there, it was a little longer but not much. The driver was nice as well but a bit difficult to understand because he was trying to talk to me by the running tow truck and I am pretty sure English was not his primary language. The tow went well. My main complaint is when I received the receipt for the payment. The tow was supposed to be $69.99 + tax. The receipt was for $69.99 + a $4 charge + tax. I am not sure what the additional $4 was for. $4 is not a big deal but when I replied to the receipt asking for detail they did not reply.

Driver was nice but acted as if he didnt believe I was going to pay him. They also charged 250 to only pull vehicle 5 feet to be driven and then charged 12.00 dollars for credit card. They are truly called b w transportation company. Js

Needed to take my car to the shop because of some transmission problems, and within a half hour I had a truck at my place. Driver was a super nice and down to earth guy who knew what he was doing. Price was around 70-80 for about a 7 mile tow.

I would not recommend this company. I waited 3 hrs for this company and they never showed up or had the courtesy to give me a call. I would recommend Reliable Towing instead.

Refused to tow our car to an auto shop and charged us storage fees. Paid $400 to have them take our car literally less than a mile down the road. Absolutely the most ridiculous experience Ive ever had with a towing company. No one had their facts straight over the phone and there were two people on the same line trying to talk to me at once. They told us that they were open 24 hours and were supposed to tow our car to the auto shop and never showed up. I would give 0 stars if I could.

They helped me out when I was in need. My cars clutch died and they came to pick me up and took me to the mechanic. They were a boatload cheaper than I was thinking they would be, which was a huge plus. The driver, his name started with a C, Corey I think, was the absolute best!. My only complaint was they were a bit late, like 20 mins, but I can live with that, My driver did apologize and say he was new to the city. Which I totally get. Heres to hoping I dont need a tow, but if I do, I know who to call!!

They did a good job recovering vehicle and the driver was nice but I had to wait about an hour longer than they said it would take to get there and they charged me $100 more than they quoted on the phone.

. Disturbing customer experience, and will definitely not be associating with this company. Don’t waste your time.

No customer service skills whatsoever, bad attitude, and after reviewing receipt, added charges with no explanation. Well worth waiting an extra hour or two for AAA rather than dealing with this company.

Horribly rude man answered the phone and then hung up on me when we requested servicing for an illegally parked vehicle on our property. Extremely disappointed.

They said they will be here in 1 hour its been 2 hours and 30mins. I canceled they are horrible. Dont use them
