Everyone here at Waynes auto repair is super nice and I truly trust them not to sell me on something that isnt necessary. They always do a good job and they are always nice to me even when I come in asking for extra checks and paranoid worries. I dont take my car anywhere else anymore! Thank you all! Heard a small whine coming from rear end of my van, took to Waynes for a gear oil change and checkup. They examined oil and found no metal shavings and said oil in good shape, asked if I really wanted to do gear oil change instead of just doing it and charging me $200. Honest mechanics hard to find these days.

I DO recommend Waynes Auto Repair. I went to their Schrock Rd location with an brake fluid problem. They were very easy to work with. Diagnosed my problem, replaced two brake lines and Im now driving a safe car. I plan on going back to them in the spring for my A/C. Wonderful people and they know their autos.

I went to Waynes Auto Repair on Schrock Rd. for a second estimate on an exhaust issue on my 2011 Ford Escape, and planned on getting a third after many calls. When I spoke with Jim at the service desk, he had no problem getting my car on the lift, and having his mechanic check the exhaust out free of charge, and then as I ask to be shown, and explained the options, I would have to get the repair done. Needless to say exhaust systems are not cheap to replace. But, Jim understood my situation and we opted on trying to keep as much of the original system as possible,and just replace the resonator. which would save me almost 300.00 !!! he was very determined to help me out and be able to give me quality service, and was able to do the repairs immediately! and had it done within 2 hrs!!! while I went with a friend and had lunch. when I returned Jim and the mechanic put the car back up on the rack and let me inspect the exhaust system and explained everything in detail. And when I drove it! I could not believe how quiet my car drove. A big THANK YOU!! for your perseverance in great CUSTOMER SERVICE !! There is no doubt that I will be back for future services, and will refer Waynes Auto service on Schrock, to friends and anyone that needs a respectful, reliable auto service.

Great service. My 2004 Tacoma steering rack rusted out, leaking power steering fluid. Waynes was able to get me in the next day and finished the job that day. During the job, they found they had to replace some connected parts (power steering hose & connections) that were rusted as well, and they called to ask me permission which I granted--its not their fault my truck rusted. I did have to take it back to them later when I realized the steering wheel seemed slightly off. They re-did the alignment without charging me, which fixed the problem. Im happy with the original work and I appreciated the prompt attention when I took it back with the alignment complaint. The repair cost was slightly higher than some other estimates for the steering rack job, but they use NAPA parts (which I trust) and the tech was passionate about doing the job right. Im willing to pay a fair price for quality and trust. Thanks to Jim and the crew for always answering my questions and taking good care of me.

Waynes auto came through for me again with solid honest work took their time and still gave me a great price! I had a differential service done and the technician even took the time to repaint my differential cover he didnt have to do that. Now thats customer care!

My brakes were grinding. We had just moved to the area from out of state and found Waynes online. They not only fit me in to inspect the brakes first thing in the morning (availability is wonderful - a few other places in the area couldnt fit my car into their schedule for over a week!), but they also had the brakes fixed by lunchtime! Super convenient. Guys seemed really knowledgeable. And I was also impressed that they were just really nice too. Ill be coming here for future repairs.

So disappointed in this place. used to have a great mechanic that helped me out with my car so well!! last time i went in there we had a lot of issues, and the man who checked it over said subarus were his specialty and that they made sure to check everything under the hood. guess not! had a transmission problem pop up and came in again today and he said he wasnt going to judge how i serviced my car, but-- like i didnt just pay him to service my car a month ago and he ignored the problem. absolutely terrible at keeping up with phone calls. kept my car for 3 days over the weekend last time after telling me it would only take a few hours the day of, and now he promised to call me twice and i never recieved a phone call. both times I was forced to call to make sure i could pick my car up, and both times the man at the front desk said he was finishing up the paperwork. i called almost 4 hours apart and he was STILL working on it? yeah right. then he has the audacity to act like he doesnt know who i am and only talk to my friend when we get there? are you kidding? very passive agressive, dishonest, and sexist to boot. wish i could rate zero stars. waste of my time and money, i cant go back to an auto place i cant trust

We are unblievelably thankful for their quick, thorough, and excellent service! The car is in much better shape than when we took it to them. I have the highest regard for Waynes. They have always treated me fairly. Their workmanship is superior to most and in my experience has never required a call back. Tim and the rest of the staff went above an beyond with me today. I was having some serious car troubles lately. I took the car in around lunchtime and the mechanic was able to run an inspection and quickly found the cause of the problem. I wasnt sure if they were able to get to my car today, as they had other cars to work on, but they were able to fix it just in time before close. The staff was very kind and empathetic. Some of the best service Ive received in a while.

If there was a higher review than 5 stars this business would get it! Waynes Auto Repair on Schrock Rd. saved my life last week! I was on my way out of town when I noticed my check engine light on! Called 3 different shops, Waynes could get me in right away and their diagnostics were around $20 less per hour then the other shops!!! My vehicle was towed in and in less then 4 hours I was back up and running again! From start to finish the service was great! Very fairly priced in my opinion! Excellent job guys! I am now a customer for life!

Normally I never really consider putting in a review for services on my vehicle, due to lack of customer service or being pressured into a service I did not need. But for Waynes Auto Repair, I did not feel this way. I had an 2008 Dodge Avenger, bought it from the dealership that had hidden complications and even though I had a warranty, the issue was not covered. The previous owner had never changed the oil in the car and sludge built up in the engine causing it to stall when idle. My vehicle only had maybe 80k miles on it at the time and I took it to multiple locations to get quotes for engine work and always got the same answer... We will only replace the engine... A friend of mine suggested Waynes Auto Repair. I take it in, they serviced the engine by flushing it a few times and viola it was better than when I got it from the dealership. They saved me well over 2 grand and were very friendly and prompt with responding to my concerns.Thank you again for the great service. Sorry for a such a late review.Alexander Holtzclaw

This evening I was driving home from my military drill. I notice s tire losing pressure on 270 and made it to Waynes before I was completely flat. The guys at Waynes were great. They stopped what they were doing and pulled my car into investigate. They found the problem which was unfortunately not repairable. They quickly put on my spare and even called around and helped me find a tire somewhere else. They got me on my way again to go to a competitors place to get a tire. All of that.......free of charge. Thank you! 5 stars!

Perfect experience. Fixed by noon the next day what Rushman (behind Waynes) took a month to mess up. Cheaper/more fair on price than my local shops. Waynes will have repeat business from me and Im located an hour away. Staff is great. Bob is the man, experienced and a nice guy too! Wish the shop was closer to me. Thanks guys.

As a drop in, they were responsive .I opted to come back. Next day were slammed since day before Thanksgiving .They knew I was coming, going to work me in. I opted to come back Fri. Since no headlights, low beam is doable.

Had Carmax / Maxcare warranty work done by this crew on 1/8/19. They took the time to explain in great detail the issues they found with my vehicle. I’m pretty confident that these guys did good by me. Even cited one issue that is not critical but will be reviewed sometime in the future if the light goes on again. Thanks.

Went here to get an oil change waited for almost 2 hours. Went to jiffy lube to get my next oil change and they informed me that the last person who did my oil change had siliconed the pan and oil plug Waynes had never even said anything about it. I just dont understand why they wouldnt let me know it was cracked and the plug wasnt threading correctly? I wondered why the oil change was taking so long... They were trying to get it to stop leaking before I left so they didnt have to fix their mistake. I now have to pay the dealership $820 to have the oil pan replaced. Completely dissatisfied. Will not be returning.

Wayne’s auto repair is an honest business and would not recommend any service that was not required Which is great news for men and women that don’t know anything about cars. The staff is very friendly and thorough.

Very experienced in all areas of auto repair. I was on the road and just got screwed by a Dodge dealership in Buffalo who had my van for 8 hours and did nothing. The next morning, Waynes got us right in and up on the rack for oxygen sensor replacement. Very good customer service with all info passed on to you as they go. Any advice you need for future work, they know it. Remember this place for honest repair if youre local or passing through!

Got my brakes replaced here the other day. Staff was friendly. Got me in and out same day. Price seemed to be on par with other auto repair businesses in the area. Definitely recommend.

A part I potentially needed, they said comes directly from the dealership. They told me they called the dealership and the price would be $29.95. I went to the dealership myself afterwards...... the part was $1.68......Also, was quoted over $1,700 for repairs. Luckily had doubts and fixed the dollar part on my own. I do not know much about cars, but with YouTube and online research it took less than 30 minutes to fix. Definitely glad I didn’t pay this price.

What a shoddy place. My mother in law went here and was charged 150$ for a battery in a 1.7 litter moter. You should be ashamed. Little older lady completely taken advantage of. Not a recommended place at all. They told her she needed brakes because she didnt have brake fluid in her lines, and that she cant add brake fluid to the system. What a joke. Make your money honestly or close.

The manager Jim is completely dishonest. I called for a quote on a radiator and alternator replacement on my 99 honda civic and recieved a price that was $200 HIGHER than when I stopped in personally three weeks later...was he trying to profit off my misery? It would certainly seem so. I also found him to be very rude and unprofessional when all I did was ask him a couple of questions, finally he said to me either order the repair or leave the store, I have things to do.....This place is a joke! Take your business elsewhere, I know I will...

I had an issue with my SUV and Tim from Waynes couldnt have been more helpful to me. Very up front and honest people. He told me exactly what the problem was and even though my part had to be ordered they were still very fast at getting the work done. Very fair and honest with cost as well. I highly recommend them to anyone. I have also mentioned their name to some friends and all have heard of Waynes before and have said great things about them. So just goes to show you they are recognized and known in the community. It also helps they have three different locations.

For the past five years Ive taken all of our familys cars to Waynes on Schrock Rd and have always been treated fairly and assured that any of the repairs suggested were in fact needed. One event attests to the character of the people there: the wifes Hyundai was out of warranty and had a rear brake caliper freeze up and was squealing like crazy. I took it to Waynes, they diagnosed the problem, and found that there in fact was a service advisory issued by Hyundai for that very problem. Waynes called the local Hyundai dealership and arranged for us to get the needed work done at the dealership under the service advisory. They could have taken us to the cleaners. But they didnt. This type of honesty and fair dealing is really a great find to experience.

Wouldve given it negative if I could. I received a bill 10times the amount of my original quote and never okd the extra work needed. Absolutely the worst garage Ive ever delt with. The person at the shop was extremely rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt take a 10speed bike here to get an inner tube unless youre willing to pay for a whole new bike.

I wish I could give them no stars. I know that many auto shops take advantage of women because they figure we dont know any better. I used the $50 coupon that included oil change, new wipers, brake inspection, etc. I have had the same mechanic for years. He is a friend of the family and has a great shop and great staff. When Waynes gave me a repair cost for the many things they claimed needed done, it came out to around $1300. I asked for a written estimate with the intention of showing it to my mechanic and having him inspect the car. I couldnt be given a written estimate on the spot (they had to call and get the prices on some of the parts) but they could do the work that day. I said Id like an estimate. It was a Friday. Monday was the holiday so he said he would email it to me on Tuesday. Nothing came in the mail on Tuesday or any day that week. Nor did anything come the following week. I was planning a road trip so I just took my car to my usual mechanic and asked him to look the car over. He found a lifter arm that was in what he called dangerous condition and didnt want me to drive the car until he could repair it the following morning. Oddly, this is NOT one of the things Waynes had mentioned. After that repair was complete I asked my mechanic how brakes and rest of the suspension looked. All was fine. Now I really wanted the written estimate from Waynes. I called and the guy gave me some bs about the email not working. I said, why not just put the estimate in the US post. You have my address. to which he replied, Oh yeh. I guess I could do that. What he sent me was NOT what he had proposed doing when I was in there. The one thing both mechanics had agreed on was that my brake pads were fine. On the written estimate, I suddenly needed brakes. He also told me I needed a timing belt. Guess what? My car doesnt have a timing belt but has a timing chain that never needs replaced. THIS IS A COMPANY LACKING IN HONESTY AND INTEGRITY. I WOULD STRONGLY RECOMMEND AGAINST USING THEIR SERVICES.

They charged me 114 dollars for an inspection and the guy didnt even check the car properly. I asked if he checked everything and he said yes, but then I told him how did you check that you missed the issue with indicator and with drivers side mirror. They just take the money and do no good job. There should be an option for a zero star, one star is too much
