I had the most amazing experience here. I got a gel mani and pedicure and I was helped by Retna! She was amazing and thorough. She took her time and made sure everything was perfect. I will definitely be back to see her from now on!

They got us in for gel mani-pedis on short notice. My technician did a beautiful job on my short nails! I really liked the whole experience. Masks required.

I went for the first and last time. I respect peoples time so I arrived 10mins early to appt color change. I get there some one starts taking off my polish then stop. Next I am asked to sit back in the waiting area b/c they need the chair. 45 mins later nothing. I walked away nails undone for my date 😒. Just annoyed and felt placed on a low priority b/c of the way I looked.

Appointment only services, they didnt have an appointment when I walked in but gave me one for the following day. Very clean and they did a great Job on my nails. I will be returning.

I had an excellent experience here and could not recommend more! I did not have an appointment, but walked in on a Thursday afternoon and was helped immediately. I had a gel mani and pedi done by Retna and she was incredible! So kind, precise, and made sure I was happy with my nails throughout the process. All the workers that I observed here were so nice and they seem to truly care about their customers. The space is clean and inviting, with so many nail color options. I live about 2 hours away and am moving out of state soon, but whenever I come back I will be sure to stop in and have my nails done by Retna!

Unprofessional and not kid friendly. They have changed the price on two separate occasions at the end of the service offered to my 8 year old daughter. They should simply not even agree to offer services to minors, because they will figure out a reason to increase the price to full service amounts even though full services are not rendered.

Extremely rude and unprofessional. The sign says they close at 6:30pm I walk in at 6pm and they turned me away. I will be reporting them to the better business bureau.

Ive been seeing Savannah for the past year and I love my experience each time I go to have my nails done. The salon is very clean. They are following covid regulations perfectly and you still feel comfortable.

My nails were horrible not filed right, uneven and all. The nail tech that did my nails had his son in the shop a little boy that kept pulling his arm while doing my nails. He also kept bragging that he was the best salon in Columbus, not at all. Do Not Go Here horrible horrible service

These guys and gals always do a great job! Had my wedding nails done there more than a week ago and they have held up perfectly through lots of activity. They’ve even lasted through cave tubing and hiking.The prices are fair and the establishments always clean.

My experience here was descent. I just was not feeling the vibes from the interaction I was having with the techs. I could not really understand the direct tech who provided my services. That alone was a tad annoying, since I couldnt understand her, or answer her as to what she may have been asking me. After I get home, just a few hurs later my nail polish on one of my fingernails is already a tad scratch, and I havent done nothing to cause it.

Really enjoy coming here to get pedis, manis, dip or tips. They are very clean and do a great job.

I absolutely love this place!!! It’s so beautiful, and the staff is very professional. Retina is my favorite!!! She always make my experience there pleasant, such a sweetheart. We have some of the best conversations, She makes me feel like I am her only client. She is the only one I let do my nails. Jimmy and his brother are pretty cool too. Overall I love this salon, I highly recommend this place!!!!

The staff was nice and they were very busy so I feel like my opinion may be uncommon. I did not like how they did my acrylics. It is very think and does not blend into my natural nail. I went 4 days ago and it already looks like theyve grown out and need redone. I sat under the dryer for 30 minutes and my polish still wasnt dry. I overall just wasnt happy with the end result. Lots of people seemed to love them though.

The best!! I drive across town to go to Volare. They always provide exemplary customer service and my nails looks beautiful!! I am also the crazy person who brought my infant to a nail salon and they were amazing with their service while I cared for her. Highly recommend!

They do a great job on both manicures and pedicures. The massaging chair while getting your feet done is heaven and the workers are friendly. The ventilation system is good. No overwhelming smell of the polish.

Booked an appointment the day before we went for 2 people at 11 am was told no problem. They started 1 of us, we asked you are doing us both? Said yes and nod. Proceed to only do 1 pedi while making the other wait for 20 minutes. Then seat a new customer and immediately start her water. Dont say you can take 2 people at the same time if you cant actually do it. No communication except to the regulars they were chatting with. Very disappointed after all the other reviews for this place. A little communication goes along way if you expect to get more repeat customers. Also all of you talking at me when asking why the other person left loudly while other customers are looking on. Not cool!

I go there at least once every month to get in my mani-pedi. I always go to Kelly for my Pedicures and Tony for my Manicures and they both do an excellent job!! I am highly satisfied with my services with each of them. Kelly always remembers details of our conversations from my previous appointments and always ensures I am happy with everything. I definitely recommend going to Volare. No matter who does your nails you cant go wrong here. Everyone does an excellent job!!

Great nail salon. I have never gotten my nails done here but have gotten pedicures. The pedicures are great here! Relaxing and I have never had a pedicure tech that I didnt like. All the people here are friendly and it really adds to the positive experience here.

Put simply, this place is terrific. The service is great, accommodating of my challenging schedule. Savannah and Jimmy are marvelous people. And no matter what business you are in - it’s all about great people. I drive 20 miles to have my nails done here. It’s that good. Kudos to Volare!

So the first time I ever came here I was skeptical only because I don’t trust just anyone to do my nails but my sister took me to get my nails done and this is the place that she like to go so this is where we went too and I absolutely loved it I haven’t gone back to the other salon that I was going too since because I love it here so much the people are extremely kind and they listen to what I want and the thing that I love most about it is that they take their time and they don’t rush also their very well priced ! Would definitely recommend!

I absolutely love it here and won’t go anywhere else! My nail beds are extremely sensitive and this place is the only place I’ve gone to where they are gentle with my cuticles. The techs have always made sure I’m happy with my nails before I leave!

First time here... I just moved here and was looking for a good place to go. I found it. I will be back.. the gentleman was attentive and listened to exactly what I wanted. It was refreshing to hear some of the others call some of the other clients by name as they walked in... I will definitely be back.

My daughters turned me on to this place to get my manicures and pedicures. Ive been there a half dozen times and have always left satisfied. Their prices are reasonable and the technician are professional. I suggest that you call ahead for an appointment, especially on a Friday or Saturday.

I love this nail salon! The space is beautiful and everyone is so gracious and caring. I have never been met with such professionalism and quality. I used to get my nails done by another nail tech and she would take 2 hours to give me a full set when the techs at Volare take about an hour. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service they provide. They also offered me water when I came. I will definitely be coming back!

The staff at Volare Nail Salon is Fabulous! John Lee in my opinion, is the best nail tech in Columbus! The shop is always clean and tidy and the welcoming atmosphere is family friendly. I always refer my colleagues to Volare and will continue doing so in the future.

I’m not one to complain but in my years of going to several different nail salons I’ve never been so disappointed... first the guy was rushing to get my nails done he was going back and forth doing my nails and some other girls which calls for terrible quality meaning that when I look at my nails I can see the file lines which I hate and the shape of my nails were very uneven .....second after having my nails for only one week 3 have already fallen off total ....waste of $50... maybe y’all should actually attend to nail technician school instead purchasing your hrs...but besides that overall it is a nice nail salon I just wish the quality of my nails would’ve been better :/

Way way way overpriced. I got a gel removal and apparently adding a top layer of sparkle is an additional $10.00 Ive been getting my nails done for YEARS and I have never paid $37.00 for just gel nail polish change (with NO manicure). Will not return.

This is the only salon I’ve ever gone to where I’m 100% satisfied! I’ve gone to several other salons in the area and nothing compares to the quality, friendly, and professional atmosphere that Volare displays. Also, they just came in with a new stock of gel polish colors that change colors according to when your nails are hot or cold (mood colors)! I’m want to eventually try them all!

I walked in with no appointment and they took me straight back for a pedicure. Excellent service even though they were a busy little shop. A good experience. I would recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable simple pedicure.

The nicest nail salon in Ohio. They do a fantastic job and have a beautiful shop. John/Jimmy is probably the best nail technician Ive ever seen. He truly bonds with his clients and becomes like family. He and his wife are wonderful and hard working.

They do a decent job but every other time I go in even when Ive made an appointment in advance they have me wait up to half an hour which is incredibly frustrating. I come sign in say my appointment is at six and they dont even tell me theyre running behind until I ask 15 minutes later if they are still going to get me in. So dont have plans after cause youll probably be late.

Would not recommend. Schedule appointment with Jimmy. So I get there and was told Jimmy had to leave because something was wrong with his car. Do you think anyone offer to do my nails....HELL NO! I told them someone could have called. We dont have your phone number. I told them it was very rude and unprofessional. I WILL NEVER GO BACK THERE AGAIN!

Disappointed is an understatement -I got a full set of acrylics put on and not even two weeks later, my thumb nail just tore when I went to life an empty box. It hurt really bad! Not to mention that two other nails had to begun to lift before two weeks as well. I feel like my service was rushed. For it to have cost $55 for a full set is very disappointing because the quality was garbage.

This is the BEST place in Columbus (That I have been to anyway) to get your nails done! I always get my pink and white full set here and they also do excellent pedicures. They are my first pick always but you have to make an appointment because they are always booked up!

Today they ripped me off for a measly $5, yes $5 damm dollars. This shows how much they value your business. Also they treat there Caucasian customers differently than they do there African American customers. If your white you can have water, nuts, and a hug. But if your black you get nothing but attitude and disrespect. Will never go there again.

Terrible!!!! Stay far away from this horrible establishment!! Run away!!Keep away!! They wont keep appointments. They turn potential customers away at the door, customers who come in within a half hour or 40 minutes of closing time without an appointment and get told two weeks in a row Sorry, we close early, going to a funeral. Not professional. Not apologetic. No customer service skills. No empathy. No sympathy. Just lazy, good-for-nothing, no talents who dont want to work past the hours of closing. My sister booked two appointments for 6 and 630, but once they started hers, they told her they couldnt do mine because it was after 630. Had she known that before they started her appointment, she would have just left. Also told her they wouldnt do my pedicure because I am a man. BIGOTS and RACISTS!!!, too. With this kind of service, racist attitude toward customers, and lazy work ethic, this place will be out of business in less than 3 years. Hope it is. Theyre no good!! They shouldnt have been issued a vendors license.

Okay there is a reason why I rated it 4 stars and not 5 and that is because I had like a 30 minute wait. Other than that I had excellent service even though I have smaller nails it was perfect!I had a mint color by Opi and a grayish silver color on my ring finger(not sure of the brand). And its been 3 days and no chipping its also really nice inside.

Ok. First time last Friday. I got a balance on my toes and gel nails. The polish on my toes came off Saturday evening, the acrylic toenail came off Tuesday and they charged me $80. I was hoping this would be a new place for em as I just acquired another residence close by and my job is down the street. The prices were too high and Im disappointed in the quality of work. I would pay those prices for quality work, but I didnt receive the same service it seems everyone else has. My experience was disappointing and a rip-off.

My first experience was pretty good. I got moved around between like 2 people about 3 times and that was a little annoying but I could tell they were pretty busy and just not very organized. I got gel Polish and was done very nicely just sad they dont really do nail art.

Appointments are encouraged but walk-in are welcomed. Its a smaller salon, but efficient with 4 pedicure chairs and a massage table in the back.

Haha they had to schedule to people to come back in 2hrs+ Other than that- I had great service! Very friendly and they had a lot of regulars coming in.
