If I could give zero Stars I definitely would. I will NEVER return to this nail salon even if its the only salon in Columbus Georgia. Ive used them before and did not like them they did a horrible job, my polish started coming off within a couple of days. While I was getting my pedicure a customer come in saying her polish was already coming off and she just left an hour prior. The only reason I went to use them again was because I had a coupon and it seemed like a good deal. When I got there at 5:00 the lady said we are closed I said you may want to update your hours because online it says 7 and this coupon I got says 6 she was extremely rude and said I dont have to change anything. Now I see why they give the coupons with such good deals because they dont have any business and are trying to lure people in.

Every time I go here I leave out with amazing nails I walk in with some obscure and elaborate photo off the internet and sit down and watch my dreams become reality. Hands down best nail shop clean and friendly nail techs. Oh and did I forget to mention you can’t beat the price. I pay significantly less here than any nail shop I have visited in town, and receive the best work

I made an appointment for Roseanne for 10 toe acrylic and it was amazing the quality and the hospitality was 10/10 I recommend anyone coming out she treats you just likeFamily

This was my first time here. Black owned. Friendly and fast employees. Most of the employees are fresh out of school. But they did a really good job. Very neat.

The owner called me personally to assist in setting an appointment that would accommodate my needs.

Whitni did amazing on my eyebrows! The owner of the shop listen to what I wanted and did it exactly! which is hard to find in todays world, and then I forgot to get his name but the guy, who did my pedicure took his time and was thorough and gentle it didnt hurt at all. Im reasonable pricing I will definitely be a returning customer.

It started a little shakey, but afterwards it turned out to be a fabulous service, conversation and fellowship of beautiful and intelligent black women and one black gentleman. It also was refreshing to know that it was owned by a young woman of color. Thanks ladies and gentleman. Great 👍 business!

This place was EMPTY when I walked in, and will continue to stay that way if they continue doing the same low quality job, with the same low quality products. Got a Fullset Wednesday, by Friday, my left index figure broke in half while I was doing nothing. Then on Monday 2 nails had popped off. Crazy thing is, I didnt feel them. I was just waking by and I saw a nail on the floor, looked at my hand, and YES! It was my acrylic nail. So in less than a week, I need 3 nails replaced. I got complements on the color, but nothing good was said about the quality.

I forgot my lady’s name but I believe it was sherly or Shari, sorry if I’m wrong . She did an amazing job on my nails and was very clean and professional about everything, will definitely be coming back !

Paid for a full set for my daughter in law. 3 nails slipped /fell off . Got them replaced @ no charge just for them to slip back off! Not even 5 hrs later. For my pedicure the lady cut me deep . Nail polish was extremely dry . They where using nail polish remover to make it usable.

The staff here are so nice. I went to get my feet done and they did it the way I liked. Other nail salons would talk in their Chinese language about my feet looking bad. Honestly if you want your feet done nicely with nice staff, I suggest here.

They did a great job. I got a pedicure and manicure with gel polish. My only negative would be the wait, they were super busy. I will make an appt next time! They are closed on Wednesdays

Got a full set with regular polish for $50 which is ridiculous because I get full sets w/ gel polish and very long nails for the same price. Got my nails done on a Tuesday by Friday 4 nails were broken 🤦🏾‍♀️ Waste of my money

My friend and I went and I got acrylics and a “spa pedicure”, the acrylics are crooked and chipped after 4 days. After waiting 30+ minutes in the spa chair, I was finally helped. My feet feel like I didn’t even have a pedicure. And the nail polish on my toes chipped within 24 hours. My friend got a gel manicure and it lasted all of 2 days. Not worth your time, we only went to that one because I’m new to town and there was a coupon sent to me. Will not return.

I should have done my research before going. No liner for the pedicure water. The young lady, I think her name was Jessica did not wear gloves and acted like she was afraid to touch my legs. She rubbed the lotion half-way up my leg like I was contagious or something. The vending machines are busted in the back, dirty looking place, old towels were used. SAVE YOUR MONEY and TIME!

Heard it was under new management so I gave them a try today so very dissapointed in the lack of professionalism she spent more time watching the tv over my head than focusing on me. Medeoaker at best and way over priced. Not impressed not woth the money do yourself a favor and gi somewhere else!!!!!

Go check out Whitney, she does the absolute best pedicure. This was my 1st time coming, and it wont be my last. Im very picky when it comes to my feet, but my mother referred #1 Nails.

Worst service I have ever received at a nail salon. I went in to get a fill in with gel nail polish. The man that did my nails filed them incorrectly and they ended up looking crooked. He also painted my nail polish too lightly so it peeled off within a day. The next day I went in to get them repainted. I asked if they could drill it off and repaint it, but the owner(Kim) recommended to add another coat on. I took her advice and he proceeded to repainting my nails. Before reprinting my nails he drilled down some of the acrylic that was too close to my cuticle. He was drilling too closely to my skin so I pulled away a couple of times, my cuticle soon began to bleed. He whipped the blood away and continued.About a week later I came back in because my nail polish began to peel again . When I went in Kim said shed charge me $15 to repaint my nails. We got in a slight argument because I believed that I should not have to pay because it was the exact same problem Id came in for the week before. She was extremely rude and raised her voice so the entire store could hear our conversation. She would not give me the survive for free so I left. I have never had gel nail polish peel at the tips, it might fade after awhile, but it has never peeled.

Been going for 16 years and she always do my eye brows just right i dont even have to tell Kim how i want my brows. 💋

I went for a pedicure. The nail tech didnt check the temperature water. It was cold. No plastic lining. My pedicure took 7 minutes... My paint job was horendhous!!!I dont know her name but shes mixed, maybe hispaHis or something with a long ponytail.Shes horrible... 😑😑😑

The worst experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. Not only did I wait for 45 minutes, The owner was a total witch the whole time and very untalented at nail work. I asked for an oval rounded nail and she gave me claws that look awful and refused to give me money back. She was also rude to her other employees who were the only positive thing about the experience!

If I could put zero stars I would. I went to have a spa pedicure and full set. While getting my fullset I notice that there was an issue with my pinky nails. So I ask if he could be redo them properly. The Owner whom was servicing me stated:You people think you know everything and that I have over 25+ years experience and you know nothing. He then saysIm done with this, Im calling the police I had not cursed or yell at this man. I asked him to just look at my NAILS. I was in complete shock! I have never experience such service. He refuse to give me a refund.This salon is not up to par with state code as well...Im not saying this because of the services rendered, this place is Nasty they have to use magazine paper during their pedicures. The salon does not look clean and is not organized.

Nasty and very unprofessional. Appears that most of the customers who patriot this salon are ghetto and ratchet. The customers are loud and obnious and on their cell phones the entire time which leaves no room for a nice quiet spa experience. I went for a wax and the lady tried to keep my face positioned away from the hot wax dispenser because it was filthy with caked up hair from all walks of life. I only noticed it when she turned me around. I felt like I was going to throw up and went straight to the store and bought alcohol pads and hand sanitizer to scrub my face so I wouldnt break out or catch something. Luckily I did not. Save your money and go to a sanitized clean nail spa.

I found a coupon for this place on Friday, so I gave them a try...Not a wise decision a hour of my time wasted. The nail tech or technician if you will was (rude). We never got to exchange names due to her talking through her blue tooth via cellular phone, all the while she serviced me! This was unprofessional to say the least. The shop was ok and somewhat busy which is fine; Im used to busyness is why I actually gave 2 🌟 🌟.I was just taken back a bit because Ive always had pretty good judgement on places to patronize. My basic qualities are priority in your customer will bring a loyal customer back for business for years.This was definitely a learning experience for me...

I question their Gel Polish, it peeled off my fingers twice. My technician was not happy with my complaint. I have never had gel polish peel off my nails before, just when I came here.

Went for pedicure and manicure my fingernail polish started peeling off the next day which was Monday closed Tuesday at 10 closed even though they are suppose to be open will not get my business anymore
