I brought my mom here as a birthday gift with hope to provide her with a new experience. 🎉 After doing some basic research on salons and spas in the Columbus area, this spot seemed to be a great place to get a facial. I spent SO much time reading through their website and Google reviews (lol). 🧐 Personally, Ive never had a facial before so I didnt really know what to look for but Pleij seemed to have high quality services. The booking process was super simple and done online and I received confirmation texts and emails and one phone call the day before. Upon arrival, the entrance/waiting area is decorated SO well. I loved the layout and design of place. The receptionist had my mom sign in and took her temperature and asked if we would like anything to drink while we waited. My mom only had to wait maybe 5 minutes before Ena came out to take her back. 😊 Overall, my mom said she enjoyed her first facial (she had the express facial) especially since we wasnt sure what to expect. 😂 I think I will come back in the future to get a facial for myself or maybe something done to my hair. I dunno, Im new to the salon and spa world so well see. 🤗

First time in, I was looking for someone who is a curly expert after having many disappointing haircut experiences over the years. I found Cyrena and will never go anywhere else. She was lovely from the start. Friendly, easy to talk to and very knowledgeable. She listened to what I was trying to achieve and was honest with me about what could be done, based on my hair type. the results were perfect! Walked me through how to do it at home and what products to use. No pressure to buy their products (but I did anyway) The entire salon experience was wonderful from the moment I walked in. Everyone there was so nice and the salon is warm and welcoming. I would highly recommend Cyrena and Pleij salon!

I booked a last-minute color correction with Jacquie. I needed a miracle! The salon I was going to was covering my grays too dark and attempting to lighten up with awful techniques. The salon/spa was very inviting and friendly. I was offered a beverage while waiting. Jacquie took me right back and began getting to know me a little and inquiring about my hair journey, while combing through and assessing the current state and damage of my hair. She then thoroughly discussed her plan. It took a while, about four hours, but it was worth it. While processing she took me on a tour of the salon/spa and told me what other services they provide. I was extremely impressed, not only with her, but with the beautifully clean space and environmentally friendly, vegan-based products (minus a couple w/beeswax). This place is amazing, and I will definitely be a repeat customer for all things beauty! 5-stars from me, Pleij Salon!

I absolutely LOVE this salon! I am in the process of embracing my gray from cheap red box dye and it looks damn amazing even after only my first visit! I had been looking around for a good hair stylist after my previous hair stylist moved to California and another stylist who did my hair color changed the salon and her price is just no longer affordable. After did my research online, I found Pleij and went to different portfolios, all their hair stylists have beautiful portfolio on social media. I went with Stormie who is wonderful. I told her what I was looking to do with my hair, she listened, and she got it done beautifully. Dimensions, fun, but not too much. Salon has nice and calm environment which I like, oh, and there are massage chairs at shampoo station where I didn’t mine to be while waiting for toner to work. Nice people. Highly recommend Stormie and Pleij Salon! I’m a one happy customer =)

Jacquie is absolutely the best stylist to ever do my hair and I have been to stylists who work in some of the highest end salons throughout the world.She took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns,looked at the pictures that I showed to her and explained throughly what she thought would be the best course of action.She was meticulous from color to cut and my hair reflects that expertise.My hair is perfection and a lesser stylist could never have achieved it.She spent four and a half hours doing my hair and she was so kind and pleasant throughout, the time flew by.The amount of attention she paid to my haircut alone was remarkable, she didn’t stop until my hair was laying perfectly.I can shake my head and my thick collarbone length hair just falls back into place.The color looks exactly how I had hoped it would look when I walked into the salon.Quite frankly, my hair has never looked this good but I could tell that the only thing that was important to her was that I was happy.She’s a jewel and worth every penny.The salon is pleasantly decorated in earthy tones, immaculate and everyone I spoke to was warm and friendly.I am thrilled to have finally found someone in Columbus who is extraordinarily talented, who works with lovely people in a beautiful as well as convenient salon.

I always go in to see Leah, she is the most friendly and relatable person. She always checks with me first before cutting or doing anything with my hair. Very professional and clean salon, everything is always sanitized between clients. The only downside is the website could use a little fixing.

The hair stylists were very knowledgeable. Leah did an excellent job at cutting my hair and knowing how to cut it to get me the style that I wanted. She could tell that I had natural curl in my hair, when I never realized it due to wearing it long most of my life. Cyrena assisted with a curling product and showed me how to be able to style it at home. I felt both ladies genuinely cared about my hair styling needs and assured that I was happy with the results. Leah also did an excellent job of waxing my brows.

This place is beautifully designed. Leah was my stylist and she was seriously so sweet! We chatted it up the entire time—made me feel very welcome, and like we knew each other for a while! I love my cut, and will be back 😊

I have difficult hair to manage and Tichè did an amazing job! I had a hair cut and it was so uneven! The hair extensions were placed so wrong I can’t even put it on a ponytail or a bun. Customer service was so rude! Also discriminate me for being Hispanic! So unprofessional!

They have really fancy supplies to do your hair and the bill was cheaper than what the website specified for cuts. But as for service, I would say pretty basic. My daughter got a pretty good cut but my layers where too choppy and short so I went somewhere else to get them more blended in. Luckily she could fix it without making me look like joe dirt but now I gotta let this big chunk of super short hair dangling in front of my face grow out.

Pleij Salon is a step above any salon I have ever been too. The owner, Tiche, is extremely knowledgeable about everything hair. She not only is a fantastic stylist, but a complete master at color. She truly cares about the health of your hair. When I first came to her my hair was so damaged and it was literally falling out by the handful each time I washed it. Tiche saved and completely transformed my hair. My hair is now growing, healthy and shiny since I have been using Tiches methods for healthier hair. She has gone to great lengths to be sure all of her stylists are as quality oriented as she is. I am 100% comfortable with any of the stylists at Pleij Salon doing my hair.Finally, a salon that knows hair and how to keep it healthy at a fair price.

SO so glad I found this place! Just moved to Ohio and was searching for a new salon. I am by all means, not high maintenance, not even when it comes to my hair but they just set the bar HIGH. Place is so pretty, they are accommodating, and have an exceptional level of customer service. My hair dresser was jackie and she took her time, listen closely, studied my hair, and worked magic. This place is amazing! I have come here for manicures, pedicures, getting my hair colored, cut and every time is a great experience. The manicure and pedicure room is so relaxing and not like the typical salon where you feel like they are rushing you out the door. The technician really took her time during the massage portion and she made sure that my nails looked perfect. My hands and feet were so soft it felt like I was walking on clouds when she was finished.I currently live in Chicago but my family lives in Columbus so every time I am in town I make an appointment to get my hair colored and cut by Tiché. She is that amazing! She is so great at coloring hair and making it look so natural without harming my hair. After she colors my hair I am moved to the washing stations. We all know that the head massages while they are shampooing your hair are the best part when getting your hair done, right? Well at Pleij you not only get the head massage but the chairs also recline and they give you a full body massage at the same time.Each and every time I go to this salon I feel like I am getting a personalized experience and I would recommend it to anyone looking for a new salon. You wont be disappointed.

This salon was excellent. I saw Tashe’ for a haircut and then returned for a smoothing treatment with Jackie. They were both great and I was very satisfied all around. The salon is beautiful, everyone is so friendly and professional. I only wish I had known about them sooner. I will be switching to them from my previous place. This is definitely the highest end salon in the Polaris area and I would strongly recommend them.

I come here for Jacquie to cut my hair and she does a really excellent job. She listens to what I want and then does it so well. Overall the feel of this salon is really high class and relaxing. Its a beautiful interior and all the staff Ive met are very friendly. Ive been here twice and will definitely be coming back.

First, to state the obvious, this salon is BEAUTIFUL! You walk in the front door and are immediately taken back by how perfectly inviting it is while being elegant at the same time. Then, you start to notice the subtle details that make this truly the best overall hair cut experience of my life. As a guy I felt perfectly at home and did not feel like I was a fish out of water like I do at some salons. Cara did a wonderful job on my hair cut and I left truly thinking it was the best hair cut of my life which was later confirmed by all the compliments I received. She was extremely professional and made me feel comfortable at the same time. I will be bringing my fiance back to treat her to a day of pampering at their state of the art nail salon and waking studio. I got my eye brows done by Cara and they were amazing! It didn’t hurt and I didn’t even get red like I normally do. I also had damaged hair from coloring it so much so I decided to get these products of shampoo, conditioner, and a scalp scrub that really helps with dry scalp. All the products are vegan and cruelty free. I have noticed a huge difference in my hair and it has been wonderful! This salon has been amazing to me!

I have recently tried the hydrofacial and I’m hooked! My skin has never looked and felt better before. Ena was very knowledgeable about skincare and advised me a few tricks to keep my face extra hydrated during winter time. I already scheduled my second facial with her!!

What is most compelling to me about Pleij is knowing that the good is not enough” mentality is a constant force at work - everything has to be the best, it has to perfect, it has to be exceptional... It is apparent they are always striving for “the best” and that is why I would say Pleij is the best salon and spa in Columbus.

First off Pleij is gorgeous inside. The salon + spa has something to offer everyone. For my first visit I got my hair cut and styled by Cara and had a mani and pedi. They also served me coffee and lunch. Cara went above and beyond to make my experience exceptional.

I got my eyebrows done by Cara and she did an amazing job. It did not even hurt at all and I was so amazed by that and how they looked afterwards. I also bought there blonde shampoo by R+Co and it has made my hair feel so healthy and alive again! It looks amazing as the blonde in my hair has not started changing color to that copper looking color. They Rock!

Pleij Salon and the staff do an amazing job! I have been going to owner, Tiche’ for 16 years and never leave disappointed! Since Tiche’ opened Pleij my experience is even better....from the minute you walk into this beautiful salon you are greeted by her warm and friendly staff and pampered until you walk out the door. Their are many other services than hair design i.e. micro-blading, nails to name two and for those in a rush, there are vegan food choices, which are fabulous! Tiche has been cutting my hair for over 15 years, she is an amazing hairstylist and a true perfectionist. She is incredibly knowledgeable and up on the latest styles and trends. I always look and feel amazing when I leave!I appreciate the fact that shes created a full-service hybrid salon offering an extensive mens service menu with an affordable range of packages and services. This provides a convenience factor allowing me to save time by having all of my grooming services performed in a single location.Adrian is an exceptional esthetician who again has a tremendous wealth of knowledge which she combines with their amazing effective skincare line and state of the art technology including Galvanic Facials and LED Light Therapy.From their exceptional staff and services, to their one of a kind facility, Pleij Salon is truly best in a class of their own and I highly recommend both Tiche and Pleij Salon.
