My nails are crooked, they are shaped very nasty and not the way i asked. they look like i’ve had them done for weeks. just got them done yesterday 8/7/21. and they look very out grown. Kevin and his wife are the only ones that know how to do good nails.

They do decent service at a decent price IF you can ever get waited on. You make an appointment and an hour later they still haven’t gotten to you. The guy up front is the epitome of rude. Been coming here 15 years but calling it quits.

The owner, Bruce, is very rude and disrespectful! I always go to Kevin for acrylic full sets, and Lisa for my pedicures, but there’s always attitude from Bruce when I request them. I can understand the frustration when you have a shop full of people and you only have so many workers, but when people are spending their money you still have to show good customer service!

Ive been coming here for years. They always do a great job and usually theres not a wait.

I went because I needed a chin wax. Well of course I had hair under my chin, and a chin wax is usually 15.00 dollars well they had a new girl that did my chin. When the new girl did my chin she took a half a hour, on doing it so when I got ready to pay they told me 40.00….. for a CHIN WAX!!!!!. I asked the owner why $40.00???!!! It was just a chin wax she goes to say well she took 30 mins so it’s 40.00. So no I would not recommend going their they are over priced rude and love to charge people what they want to this isn’t the first time they have done this. I will not be ever going back again.

Michael is great! Dont think the owner ispleased when he is requested. But I like the work he puts in to please the customer.☺

I have been going to Perfect Nails about one year but yesterday was my last day. Bruce was so rude. He was rushing and wasted a different color polish on my nail. When asking him to slow down, he rudely said he have other customers. I politely told him that I deserve better service. He really got upset and start handling my hands roughly. I remained calm and his gel dryer kept turning off as if it had a shortage. He screamed loudly and told me that I kept moving. I told him I was completely still. He then pushed my hand. I started to call the police but I just decided to take my business elsewhere.

I always get friendly and professional service. Tony does my pedicure​ and nails, hes is the absolute best. Go onMondays because the shop is never crowded.

They had me wait for a very long time with my daughter and allowed several people to go in front of me!! When i asked why the owner embarrassed me in front of the other patrons!! I’ll NEVER use this establishment me again!!! After seeing the tools used today(over used and not change)! This will definitely be my LAST time here!

I went in for pedicure I was next I line I got skipped twice I’m gonna mention i am a heavier lady but she didnt want to touch my feet I had to tell her how to go in and clean my feet like she did the lady prior poor service I felt rushed

Guy in the front was taking off my nails really rough and made a very rude comment due to me complaining about his roughness. Two of my nails was bleeding due to how he was removing them . Please do not go here ! I am really shaking up right now

THIS MORNING THE guy messed up my Nails after I told him they were sticky BUT HE KEPT SAYING ITS OK ITS OK UMMMMMM NO IT WAS NOT.....SO I SPENT MONEY ON A GEL MANICURE BUT LEFT AND SPENT MORE MONEY TO GET ANOTHER NAIL SALON TO FIX THE UGLY NAILS .....VERY DISAPPOINTING

I have been coming here over a year. I have recommended them to several people. However, I have never had the privilege of having Victor as my nail tech. All I can say is WOW! Best manicure, pedicure, and massage ever! My nails look fabulous! I feel like I have been to a spa! He even massaged my shoulders! I will be setting appointments from here on out. I never want another nail tech!! The lady that did my eyebrows did a great job too. I didnt catch her name. Thanks Victor! You have to be the best ever!!!

They do a good job! If you want something old fashion. They cant keep up with the latest trends. If you want something and they dont like it they will try to talk you out of getting what you want. I like the fact they stay open late.

My family member and I went in for a pedicure. She picked one color that she wanted on her nails and toes. When done, the colors looked nothing alike. When we showed Bruce that they were different. He laughed and started talking to us crazy. He said if we wanted it fixed we had to get back in line. Very unprofessional. We wont be going back for sure.

I only come here to get my eyebrows done because the eyebrow lady NEVER fails me. I wouldn’t dare get my nails done here just from what I’ve seen. I go to Posh for my full sets/manis/pedis.

Ive been going there for a few years...I know pretty much everyone there. I feel the customer service could be better and the shop needs an update, some real cleaning and ceiling fans to help circulate the air. I always feel like Bruce rushes but he does and awesome job!! Need to hire more employees also

Just had my first visit here since 2011. It was my first time getting a full set of nails. I asked for white tip. They put clear nails on me and then air brushed the white tip on towards the end. I was shocked to see that but the guy who did my nails did fairly well. However, they’re chipped already and I literally just left the salon 10 minutes ago. The nail polish is smudged and you can clearly see the lines where he didn’t put the polish all the way down on the nail. They asked me to pay before they finished my nails, which is a first for me. I like to see the end product before I tip. Besides the smudges in the polish, there is fuzzy stuff stuck inside the polish and places where they didn’t even get with the air brush. It was only $23 for the set, but I will go somewhere else next time. The saying is true - you get what you pay for. I won’t be returning

The lady hurt two of my fingers with that electric filing thing, even after I jaked back a couple of times she still kept putting that thing on my skin, my fingers was sore for 3 days afterwards.

Very expensive nail salon!

I’ve been a frequent customer here and just had to bring myself to stop supporting this rude and unprofessional business owner. If you do spend your money here DO NOT go to the owner for your nail services, he rushes and does not care about nail care. Everyone else that works there are so sweet and I hate it that the owner will be the reason this business will lose many loyal customers like myself.

Ive had my share of visiting bad nail salons and or nail techs. A coworker recommended perfect nails and I am happy she did. Kevin did my nails. He was just perfect. He took his time, wasnt rude, didnt have his face balled up, knowledgeable and etc. I will definitely be back

Horrible experience the lady that does the eyebrows, rushed my mani and pedi the paint was very uneven. When I asked her to fix it she said they were fine. Then she proceeded to nip me with the cuticle trimmer and I bleed. She did not apologize or anything. Never going back again

High prices and very poor work!! Nail Tech polish was poor and ran over used a cotton ball to clean up but got residue in polish and didnt respond when pointed out. Had to call attention to other Tech and still didnt get a quality job afterwards. Please dont waste your time unless you know a good Tech here!!!

My eyebrows was extremely red and stinging. When I got home I SAW that the wax burnt me. I had to put something cold in them and some ointment. Lasted a week, never had this problem before. Also Bruce is very rude to certain customers. However, I give Kevin five stars🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟. The Only reason I still go.

I am actually sitting in the salon writing this Terrible review. My daughter wanted gel nails full set and pedicure. My daughter waited 7 minutes before finding out that no one knew how to do coffin nails after her pedicure was completed. During this time she messed up on if pedicures toes. She was advised to sit at pedicure table 10. She waits another 10mons before I say something about how long she has been waiting. The guy in the seat right by counter with the nail polish tells me everyone is busy mind you I already paid. Then the guy at the station right behind the polish counter says that the guy that did her toes took another customer and I have to wait for him to finish. I advised that was not acceptable as I already paid for service that was not completed. He indicates that everyone is busy and we have to wait. During this conversation another guy goes to fix her one too. Now 30 mins has passed since finished getting her toes done. This nail salon is not professional and ghetto in my opinion. As a visitor to the town I would not come back to this nail salon or recommend it to others. There are other salons that have better service and treat their customers with time and respect.

Showed at around 1:15 to get a pedicure and just a polish on my little’s nails. We waited for an hour and 15 minutes to literally have to get up and leave because she was bored and i was hungry. They had people standing around not working on anyone but had a bunch of people in the place. Also they do not use bags in their pedi chairs. Literally disrespectful and disgusting. I will never go back there.

I received a full set when i went in. My nails looked horrible. I asked the tech to do one thing he did another. I felt rushed. They also didnt have a selection of colors as well. I returned to two days later because the paint started chipping and to get them repaired. They made excuses to why my nails looked the way it did and offered to shape them up when a new set was actually needed. I left and went to Pro Nails and received excellent service.

If you want great customer service then DONT COME HERE...these people are awful..my daughter wanted like always choose mood color and the polish that they used look nothing like the polish that was picked...he went on to tell me something was wrong with my eyes...instead of just fixing the problem he argued with me then call the police. ..WORSE PLACE EVER!!! NEVER AGAIN!!

About two weeks ago I got a moody old guy who didnt let me pick the color I wanted or a design, there was white stuff under my nails, I could see right through them and there was only two layers of nail polish

Gave a 3 because of the availability and Ive never waited. But the workers can be rude. I have enjoyed each experience with Tony. If I pointed out a plm, he corrected it. They use cheap gel polish that only lasts a few days. They are only okay for a fast pedicure and the men that does the pedicure cannot really paint.

They need more workers. Its always terribly slow service when I go.

I have been sitting here for a hour to get my eyebrows done and no one came to me. When someone finally came she serviced a woman that sat down 10 minutes ago. When I told her I was sitting here for an hour she ignored me and still serviced the other customer. This is horrible service if I could give it a -5 I would.

I just got my nails done there. The owner was so rude. He talked to me nasty and then rushed me. When I told him my nail was hurting he just scrubbed his shoulders. This was my first and last time. He over charged me. Worst customer service ever!!

I just called them to see how much they charge for a gel manicure and the man tells me he has no idea what the price is. Then tells me he thinks its $50 and up. What kind of employees dont know their prices? Never a good idea to tell a potential customer you dont know info that they will need.

Omg left there today after my friends pedicure bowl had hair, skin, and some kind of pink mildew came out when the the water was running!!! Disgusting!!! Then they tried to talk us into staying of course I said no! Then they charged me for the product that they dumped into the bowl! Oh and my poor friend had to sit there while the girl tried to clean the bowl with scrubbing bubbles!!! Gross!!! Not ever going back!
