I waited about 2 hours. I was expecting a wait but not that long. Got in the chair and I believe my tech was a beginner or something. My nails are not smooth, the application is splotchy in spots and they are very very thick. The nail tech next to us was creating a similar set on her client and it was perfect. I love how spacious and clean the shop is, but I will request a different nail tech. I believe she also said something smart after I told her I wasn’t a fan of the set, but that’s how people can be. I paid and gave a $10 tip despite my disappointment. I’m not one to take money out of peoples pockets. She worked hard, it just wasn’t worth the time or money.

The staff was very friendly Kim did my nails and brought them back to life. I love the work she did, the pedicure was amazing. Go see her and her staff I will definitely be going back I found my nail tech. Thank you kim

Kim is the best.... literally!! My nails are perfect every time. Plus shes cool af she aint boring she makes conversation and gets to know u and ur colors, wat u like and wat u dont like, ur length.. she jus remembers everything... shes really good at wat she does!!! I definitely recommend her.

You may have to wait a bit but it is well worth it! They take their time with each person that comes through the doors. Outstanding job!

Nothing like calling a week ahead of time just to find out they don’t do appointments on Saturdays but they are open until 5, until you get there at 2 and are told that they are at their capacity for the day and won’t take anymore clients and then they are closing early because they are short staffed. Nice.

I rarely post but with such a big expectation based off reviews I felt obligated to share my experience. I went to I Heart Nails on Saturday, May 1st. The website stated they opened at 10 am but the techs come in any time after 10 am...so, I was the 4th person in the door at 10 am. After 1 hour and 30 mins wait...I was told to sit at pedicure chair. FYI: I was only there for gel nail and toe polish change....15 mins later the Asian lady (no offense) at station number one was done with her client and called two women after me to get serviced next. Ok, so one lady went to a nail table where she just finished, and one maybe had a wax service in the back. It is walk in only on Saturdays, so I am still confused why I was still waiting for the next available tech. Anyway, I left (no-one apologized or asked why I was leaving after 1 1/2 hour wait) and I did not receive any service at all. Maybe it was because I wasnt spending over $100 on my service but I was still just as important. I really loved the photos I saw online, and this business is close to my house. My nail broke and I was trying to get my nail freshened up before I went to my first day at a new PT job. I ended up going to Golden nails and I was in and out in less than 1 hour. I did not get the look I was searching for like I Heart Nails but at least I was treated professionally and important. I will try again...maybe. I think this shop definitely needs to work on professionalism and simply being friendly...not one person was kind.

This was my first time visiting the salon and I loved the atmosphere. I was greeted upon entry by the staff and the waiting area was clean and orderly. I wanted sculpted nails and so had to wait on Kim but it was well worth it. She took her time and had great attention to detail even though it was a lengthy process. But the best part is that I LOVE my nails!!! They look so glamorous. Definitely going back:)

I’ve been coming here for over a year. This is the only salon in the USA since I moved here 5 years ago that absolutely exceeds my expectations. Kim & her husband who own the place absolutely put quality over quantity which is very rare sadly. Their team does amazing work and provides great services. Ever since I’ve been coming here I get compliments ALL the time on both my hands & feet. I am seriously not wanting to move away because of their salon ☺️

Today was my second visit. All of the staff and business owner are very nice and friendly and said hello as soon as I walked in the door. I got a gel pedicure by Alexis. She was great and I love the mood color that I selected. I am recommending them to all of my friends and family. The prices are very reasonable too!

My friend and I went for pedicures and I had a great experience. The woman that did my toes was very nice and the prices were super reasonable. I will definitely be going back in the future. Oh, and they have a stamp card for those who go frequently!

Great place to get your nails done. Very clean, professional staff. I love all the different choices for pedicures! I have been getting manicures, pedicures and acrylics done here for over a year now. And the owner has never been anything but polite, warm, and smiley. She also ALWAYS does a wonderful job on my nails.

You HAVE to go here! They are so different from other salons. They place high importance on the quality of their products & sanitation like I’ve never seen before. They really take their time with you and make sure your nails look perfect. I love mine! I told Kim I wanted Glitter ombré and to do whatever she felt like and she DID NOT disappoint! First time here and will definitely be back.

Kim is so thorough & informational. My first time receiving service was yesterday & I truly felt AT HOME. She educated me about how to take care of my nails as well as how to recognize rather I am getting the most for my money. in addition, the gels & nail shapes are on point. I am very, very picky, but I left completely satisfied! Clients want to TRUST the people rendering their services & after just one visit; I heart nails is my new home!!!

I have been going here for about a year. The service is amazing. Kim does an awesome job every time.

I have come here many times in the past. My experience is normally great. I got a full set done and as always, it was great. The techs were personable and funny. It was the aftermath I’m so upset about. The tech that did my acrylics buffed my nails too much and now my nails are incredibly thin and brittle. My acrylics have come off and my nails and fingers will not stop throbbing and it’s quite painful. I will not be going back to this salon.

Kim is AMAZING. I love I Heart Nails, the salon is VERY clean and professional. They have great products and great staff. I go every two weeks and I am never disappointed when I leave.

It hasn’t been two weeks since I got a full set, and the acrylic is lifting from all of my nails. To avoid a fungus, I’ll have to soak them off. I gave two stars because I was given nice service for the most part—the owner has a...combative...demeanor—but having to get a new full set in less than two weeks made it a waste of money and time (more money).

Kim is the jam. So are Bre and lil Dee. All equipment is sterilized for EVERY customer in the autoclave so your chances of dying are really low. So much polish to choose from & you can also get your face and armpits waxed. Stop by.
