I am pretty happy that every nail salon in my area is closed on Sundays, or I would not have stumbled upon Bella at Regal. I passed it for years and rarely get a pedicure. I was greeted by the man in the front, who I thought was doing my pedicure, I usually prefer men anyway. Then a lady comes up and reclines me back and turns on the perfect massage setting without saying a word. She started the pedicure and didn’t say much, which was fine by me because I wasn’t in a chatty mood (though I am normally 🤣) and was just playing on my phone. She did an amazing job. She was very detailed in getting my feet cleaned, meticulously cut out a hang nail I’ve been trying to dig out for days, and added massages between almost every step. I paid way more at another salon to be rushed through in 30 minutes. I was there over an hour. I will definitely be going back to see her and may make it a regular thing from now on!

Not worth the money they charge.... paid 64 for me (fill) and my 5 yr old daughter (nails paintedl and this is the out... 1st picture right hand... 2nd picture left hand... it looks like it was done days ago...when I got it done this morning

I showed him a picture & got no where near anything I asked for. If it wasnt my daughters birthday & first time getting her nails painted I would not have left their like I did!!!!

Let me tell yall how I just got finessed they literally just charged me $102 for a full set and a pedicure not even with any gel I called before I came in they told me pedicure will be 35 manicure will be 45 for what I wanted so I asked him why was it so much she said my nails were long when I tell you they are short as short can be I attached the photos he said the extra $40 was for length I was too tired to argue with the man I would never go back and I would not recommend going here

This salon is very professional nice employees Ive been to both Walmart and there both good but Ima stuck with georgesville rd. Is closer to my house and the man that died my nails I wanted a new set when he drilled the old off my nails hes said you dont need nails look at those its your real nail man I didnt know they was so long so I just got them painted and that was it so he saved me money when he didnt have to do I like that location...... So go beutifi urself

Not sure of his name, but I had the older man with glasses and he was sooooo nice and professional. Even the other guy acknowledged me and made me feel comfortable and welcomed. Will be coming here regularly.Edit: I spoke too soon. The professionalism and niceness of both men still stand, BUT he did a messy job on my nails. I could’ve done a better job. Very sloppy. And when I say down they told me it’d be a price then when it was time to pay it was $20 more. Ugh.

Spent an 1hr and 40 mins getting my toes done. For the lady to even trim my nails, I had ask her to cut them down and to notice once I got home she forgot to paint my pinky toe. Waste of $53

Tracy is phenomenal!! Only tech Ive had that doesnt tear my nails up with the drill! I have never lost a nail from her!! She is amazing and has so many choices for designs!

Nope never again. $25 for a color change (gel) and my nails look like I did them. VERY SLOPPY!! and when I voiced my dissatisfaction they didnt care.

I have gone to Tracy for years now. I litterally have followed her to several different sites because of her great work, attention to detail and her professionalism. Tracy was the 1st nail tech Ive ever had to ensure that my nails were perfect for me not from the trends or their opinions. She has made recommendations over the years from just listening to what I want and has never steered me in the wrong direction. I will always go to her as long as she is in business!

Had a very good experience here. I had a 5 person wedding party to get nails done. They were patient and took the time to take care of all of us. Nails looked great for my daughters wedding. I will definitely return. Tracy does a great job. The staff there was very good too.

Will never come back to this place again. My gems came off in a day. The nails lifted after two days they werent even smooth when I went to another salon gloss nails the lady wouldnt even fix them she said they had to come off 😔. Within 3 days and 150 spent my nails were finally fixed.

When Vin & Tiffany ran the salon, it was wonderful. I went there for over 10 years. I wouldve given them 5 stars. I would usually lose one nail but that was due the fact i didnt have enough my natural nail to put a nail on & last. Last week i went to have my nails done & discovered that salon had changed hands. I can understand why they did it. So i had a balance done. It has only been a week & I have lost 3 nails & others are loose. I have never had such a bad job. I dont know the name of the nail tech. He didnt introduce himself & there were no copies of their licenses posted on the wall which Vin did for anyone who worked there. After I moved from the west side of Columbus to Hilliard, I would still travel across 270 to go there. Never again. I am going to find a nail salon in Hilliard. Be warned before you go to Regal Nails on the west side.

My experience here was not the best it was my first and last time. I came here with my 2 girls and myself. I only needed my toes polished and their nails polished very simple. They rushed us to get out colors, I sat down first and my kids came beside me to watch while they waited for their turn. The female doing my toes snapped at them to have a seat, I kindly told them to sit down. Once it was their turn the eldest had a seat she is only 4 so it was a bit difficult for her to sit in the chairs she started to slip and he yelled at her to stay still then yelled at me to tell her to stay still. I am the first one to correct a child but in this case I needed to correct him for being so aggressive toward my child. Once it was time to dry there was not enough room for all of us to dry our nails at once due to the small drying station. Plus with me being done first they should have directed me to the drying station but they did not. It was cheap so thats the reason they received 2 stars, but I will not support a business that is rude to kids.

Ive had my nails done here a few times. Ive ways been satisfied until my recent visit. The gentleman that did my acrylic set was very friendly but my nails were very less than just ok. I paid extra for gel which was globbed on several nails it was very visible. If I ever decide to go back I will ask for Tracy ONLY. RECOMMEND THAT TO YOU!

Worst nail salon would not recommend. My nails look like I didn’t even get them done the man put the acrylic sculpting powder then put clear polish after ripping me off and taking my $50. $35 just for the shape of nails is a lot, they charge too much but don’t know what they doing. They man didn’t listen to what I wanted my result weren’t even close, now I have to get them fixed somewhere else.

This is the ONLY location that I get my nails done at. Each visit I go to Tracy and she never fails me. She’s definitely great at what she does and she’s so sweet. If you want your nails done FLAWLESSLY most definitely ask for Tracy.

Im always satisfied walking out. But there was one time that I waited 2 hours to be serviced and then the guy told me it was too late and to come back the next day and he would do my nails for free to make up for my wait. I came back the next day and he did my nails only to charge me the full amount. He said he remembered me from the day before but swore he never said anything about free service. I was so upset but already had my nails done so I went ahead and paid. I guess he doesnt work there anymore. That was the last time I went there.

Super friendly pretty quick maybe a tad expensive but they do offer specials on weekdays. Love they hand painted designs I just let them paint whatever they want. Very durable too the place I work others have popped off not mine. ❤ this place

If I could give them no stars I would. Very bad attitude and felt rushed and as if they did not want to do my nails. The older lady rushed then cut my finger. I said something and they were not fully completed and the older man said that I was imagining it and it was my problem and not his. I am really starting to dislike the nail shops because they want you to spend your money but not get your moneys worth. Im so over these shops. Never ever again will I be going there.

Very disappointed. I used to come here and get my nails done by the girl sitting in the front. She wasnt there. I should have walked out then. I got a manicure yesterday.First and biggest complaint is that she hurried so fast that she cut the sides of my fingers on 3 fingers! She was only supposed to trim the cuticle!Their polishes are so old that I feel like it doesnt stay on as well as it should. No shine to my nails. There is no possible way to know what color to choose because they are spewed out all over the shop. Not salon, shop.Again, she hurried so fast that she didnt take care when filing my natural nails with a nail file grit you would use on artificial nails. 2 nails were not trimmed and edges smoothed correctly so they kept catching on clothes and in my hair. I had to trim them. If I wanted to cut my nails, I would have stayed home and saved $30. Wont be back because they wouldnt care to make it right anyway. Ill spend a few dollars more and get a quality manicure that I can count on in the future.I would not recommend them to anyone.

Heather B is the truth so glad she is on my side of town now! I used to go to her in Town & Country, finding her at Regal is a blessing!!!! I love her style and she takes her time.

They say you dont need an appointment but they are so busy you should make one. Its a good thing they are busy because when they talk to there customers you can tell they are regulars!!If they are Toooooo busy they tell you to sign in and leave your phone number so they can call you when it slows down. They never called me on *2 different occasions. Thank God for other salons who have the option of walking in with no appointment!!

I was on my way home from work and I decided to stop in and get my brows waxed!! Because of the kind and awesome Heather I decided to get nails painted and toes done!!! She did such a great job and did this all in a timely fashion!! I found a new nail tech!! Thanks regal nails!!

I love my experience. I thought Vin was awesome! He aeems fair, easy going and just pleasant and hard working. I will always request and wait for him and I hate waiting! He did a great job and did not hurt me once. Gentle but quick . He got me in and out.

People are niceish, but for my first experience it was terrible. I believe the owner did my nails, so maybe it’s just him. They are supper fast. But when your getting you’re nails done, fast is not always good. If I was not in a rush I would of made them do it again, it’s like I glued them on myself.. too bad I can’t upload a pic :/

I definitely recommend, Heather did my nails and did an amazing job for my Birthday. I will only go to her to do my nails from now on. My daughter also got her nails done and wished Heather did her nails also.

I’ve been coming here for yrs I work a lot with my hands these nails don’t last forever no matter what I brake them but at the end of the day Tracy the only person I will go to price a lil more higher then Ven but other places I’ve been to showed pics of my nails to see if they can do it they say no we don’t do things like that but Tracy has always dune me good it took her a lil time to get use to how I like my nails bc I’m different and I don’t like what other people likeKEEP UP THE GOOD WORK TRACY all you can do is keep ur head up

Had my daughters nails filled in here. Lousy job. Nails were crooked, and not smoothed down. They werent filled properly. Still a lot of space between cuticle and nail. Polish was bumpy. Edges were not filed, very rough. It is like she took the old polish off, cut them down and painted them. Never had her wash the dust off. The girl fixed them and they do look better. Said it is the fault of the nail because the fingers slant and cause rhe polish to run down. Will never go here again. Very rude and snotty

So I recently moved from Texas and Ive been searching for a good nail tech. Normally I wouldnt choose Wal-Mart nail shops but I was on a budget and I thought I would give it a try, walking in I sign my name and mention I wanted a full set, pedicure, eyelashes, and wax. So obviously Im a spending customer I sit down and wait to be seated as Im chatted up by the black nail tech in the first right chair. I share my story of moving and my search and what I like in my nail tech. She proceeds to tell me Im a picky customer and she doesnt want me..... I was absolutely shocked at her statement so I ask the owner how long it would be for her to do my eyelashes and her response was that they were out of glue!!!! It would have been nice if they would have mentioned this from the beginning needless to say I was disappointed and wont be returning theres not such thing as a picky customer thats one thing you should know being in customer service but I guess thats what happens when you hire ratchet peiple to work in your salon

My nails are Lumpy and nasty, he kept burning and hurting me with the grinder, and he got acrilic all over our skin, and did not shape them right.Not coming again.

I went in there today to get my nails done the owner van usually does my nails, he wasnt there today the one lady In there refused to do my nails. She done my nails one time a year ago and it was bad she didnt do them right. Im calling owner Thursday but I probably wont go back there because she was rude and said loud as she can say Im not doing her nails.

I went to regal nails salon today to get my nails done with my sister. The people who were working there did not know what they were doing and messed her and my nails up.I was told by one of the associates working there that that facility has cockroaches in it and that they have unlicensed nail technicians working in there. Save your money folks.I had to go and buy stuff to fix my nails because they wouldn’t.

I asked how was the quality of their product I was told great. Unfortunately the next day the nail was cracked and broken I am very disappointed I paid thirty dollars for this crap.
