They are so nice at this location, they try to fulfill each type of request.

I went in for a simple toe nail repair. It was all uneven seemed when I pointed it out the man half fixed it. I wanted them painted not sure if he heard me but he didnt do it so I left with uneven unpainted toe nails! Ill never return here ever! I shouldve followed my first instinct and not went in!

I will never go back, this isnt my usual salon but I went because I was on that side of town. My gel polish was uneven there are spots in my polish and the second coat was sloppy. After two days my nails looked like they were drugged through some rocks. Without a week my thumb nail came off. When I go to Avalon up north my nails last three weeks. The man did my balance and the lady did my polish. Everytime I said something she just looked at me. I thought Easter nails was bad this place deserves a negative 10. Also my nails are so unevenly shaped.

Nails were shaped wrong.Polish left everywhere.My pedicure was not thorough.My toe is still rough and my feet were still rough.They do not take enough time to detail properly.the female acts as if she doesnt understand English when she doesnt want to answer your questions.Two of my nails fell off 4 days later.Polish with all over my fingersIt was just horrible do not go there. rude..Service is poorSkills are poorNails do not lastDirty

While I thoroughly enjoyed visiting with the man who did my nails, each and every nail was crooked and I needed to file them to straighten them out. It will be a week since I got them and they are starting to separate away, I am sure they wont last much longer. 3 stars because of the visit.

I was a regular customer for many years. Me and my mom got our pedicures, manicures and eyebrows done here. Kim, Kelly and Toni were the best nail technicians there. Kim took care of all our needs and had a very friendly personality. Kelly was the owner and she was similar to Kim. Toni was not very intelligent, but was a nice person.I came in to get a pedicure and no one was working, but Henry. I had to wait two hours to get a pedicure and they never have enough staff to help. Henry knew I was a regular customer and he assisted people before me even though I walked in first. When, I finally got a pedicure, my feet were still crusty when I left. Horrible!

I went for a balance and to have nails fixed that was lifting and had to go back twice and the second time he charged due to them not doing it right the first... worst nail shop I’ve ever been to

Hung gave me a fabulous pedicure with a foot and calf massage that was quite possibly the best Ive ever had. Im very happy with the service, cleanliness of the salon, great selection of products, and reasonable prices.

My first time there yesterday. The wife, Long? I believe her name was, FABULOUS!! She did my pedi & I fell in love with her. Massage, very detail oriented, took her time & my feel feel fabulous!! BUT her husband, cant remember his name did my balance, gel powder & clear polish...smh horrible. This is only the next day & my nails are already chipping, their cut/shaped uneven & have little bubbles on top. Needless to say, I WILL be back for my pedies.

I spent $60 on the worst balance I have ever had in my life!! My nails are uneven, the shape isnt square and the design is just horrible!! I will never in life return there!!

The place is a mess!!! My nail a mess! They older guy is very unprofessional and doesn’t know what he is doing! He didn’t even wanna wash his hands before doing my nails cause when I walked in he was eating! I will never go back!

I went for gel polish, all the nails cracked in 24 hours went back so they could redo them they did the same thing in 2 days didnt last a week chipped, cracked, Ive never had gel polish do that, something isnt right about their polish

Rushed through doing my nails. Look sloppy are bubbled and misshapen. Will never return. Was also a two hour wait.

I went there to take me and my grandmal to get her nails done on i believe it was mothers day.The service was bad, they did a terrible job, left pain and acurlic on my fingers(skin) and they came off in a week, He cut my grandmals nails down all the way to her finger, basically it looked like it was only painted. ILL NEVER GO THERE AGAINI dont recommend anyone to go there, Wonder nails is better.

I got gel nails and they were chipping and cracking the next day and they say they close a 7 but they close at 6. They are horrible a doing nails. I would nvr evr go back there or refer them to anyone.

I came to the salon to get my nails done I got a balance and a pedicure with gel polish the lady paint my nails and it looks like my six-year-old niece painted my nails and when I asked the gentleman what was the reason that the polish look like this he said it looks good no problem and he stopped responding to me and did not say anything else the customer service was horrible they did not listen to the instructions they did not file my nails correctly they’re crooked and they’re not even and the polish is horrible DO NOT WASTE TIME OR MONEY DEALING WITH THESE UNPROFESSIONAL DISRESPECTFUL NO TALENT HAVING NAIL TECHNICIANS 👎🏾

I would never go there again I got my nails done and not even a week later my nails was lefting and he didnt even put a top coat on my nails and the nail polish was chipping terrible still trying to find a good nail place on the east side used to go to nail tech up north look like Imma have to go back north

It was TERRIBLE !!! My my nails were all different sizes and they didnt give me the nail shape i asked for. Whatever they use for acrylic also burns really bad, it HURTS. Im never going back here again except for going to get my money back !!!

They are very horrible and bad customer service. I recommend NO one to go there. The manager there is rude and disrespectful he hung up on me TWICE. Nails look bad after a week and 3 of the nails came off.

Painful, the man, I believe his name is Tommy, he cut my pinky cuticle then just suck his finger on the open cut....the whole time my cuticles were on fire from how careless he was while using the metal drill tool. ..I even told him I was looking for a regular place to get balances and he was that careless. On top of it I called ahead to see if there was a wait, he answered and told me no wait, I got there in 4 minutes and walk in to see theres 2 people ahead of me....So hes also a liar... terrible experience and I was nickle and dimed for everything...my search for a regular place continues

Horrible. Nails Crooked & looks like a 5 year old painted my nails. Very rough. Nails not even shaped right never again I should’ve stuck to my normal nail tech. NEVER AGAIN

This place is horrible I have to go back to get my nails redone n they still did a horrible job. Glue all around my nail no shine to my nail paint job has lines.

Nothing the man was rude he cut all my nails uneven, I got airbrushed white tips he didnt even airbrush them all the way like one side of my nails just dont have airbrushing he got the acrylic on my skin, horrible job they did I will never go back there

I just left this place and My experience was terrible, the person that did my nails was rough and cut my finger . I also do not like my nails there was glue all on my fingers but I went straight after work and didn’t feel like sitting any longer
