I usually go to Penzones for my nails but needed a cheaper alternative. NLounge did not disappoint. I got a full set acrylic for $35! Way better than the $84 I was paying with the same great quality. My nail tech was quick and efficient. She was personable and great to have. My nails are not overly thick, sharp, crooked or misshaped. They are beautiful! I was very pleasantly surprised by NLounge and will definitely come back.

The atmosphere here was relaxing and fun! Very professional team and amazing pedicure options! They did great at keeping themselves and their clients safe with the safety measures they had in place. I have been to a few nailnspas and this has to be my favorite! I cannot wait to come back here again!

Was on the search for a new nail salon and many of my Facebook friends had suggested N Lounge. At first I was skeptical on their prices and if there work was good since I was driving over an hour, BUT IT WAS WORTH IT! Their prices are very reasonable for being located in Columbus. My friend received a manicure as I got a pedicure and not only was the staff very personable, but the equipment was clean, and my nails felt/looked amazing. Would 100%, no doubt in mind recommend this place to anyone. I felt very comfortable and the salon is very nice as well.

Yesterday was my first time going to n lounge. I had a 330 appointment for a mani pedi. No one took me back for my mani until 3:51 and I didn’t even bother getting the pedicure as it seemed they were overwhelmed and too busy. I don’t know why they let me even book and appointment if they were too busy or taking walk ins ahead of me. The manicure I did receive was sub par. I wasn’t offered a list of services he just gave me the most basic manicure.

My favorite nail spot on the north side! Everyone is great at their job and the polish always lasts. I get gel and it never chips even after 3-4 weeks. Mara is my favorite

I was on limited time on my lunch break and not only did Monique get me out on time, she gave me the best balance ever. Ive been to many nail shops but Ive never left so blown away and please with my nails. Ive finally found the best tech in town!

I’ve been going to this place for 3 years, and I can say that it is my absolute favorite. I am relatively picky with my beauty people (hair, nails, etc), and I can say that this place will definitely impress you. They take walk-ins and they take appointments, but I would make an appointment if you’re looking for someone specific. Sadly, I’m moving, but everyone here does an amazing job. My nail tech was Mara, and she is an efficient perfectionist. I will miss her!

My nails looked beautiful. I had an appointment right at opening and had to wait for my nail tech to come in about 15 minutes late though. Very clean. I’ll be back for nails, not necessarily for service or quickness.Edit: I got my nails done for the second time and oh my gosh... they’re stunning. Monique is amazing. She takes her time perfecting your nails and you can tell she has a lot of experience and integrity in her work. She is knowledgeable and helped me decide what nails were best for me. I’m a waitress and I had acrylics on for a long time. I wanted something shorter so I thought to try gel. She explained that the gel would break because my nails were thin from the acrylics I had on before. She then recommended dip powder nails with tips, and I am in awe at how much I love them! Also, I usually don’t like short nails on myself... I am a long nail kinda girl and not a fan of the short and stubby look, but these look amazing!

This was probably the worst manicure I have ever gotten. The only good thing about it was that it was free because my mom and I had a gift card. We went to get manicures the week before our family Christmas party and they were ruined by the time the party happened. When my guy shaped my nails, they were really uneven and I asked him to fix them. He did but not very well. Right after my nails were done drying, I noticed there was a rough spot on one of them. Like really?! You had one job!!

Amazing! Best my nails have ever looked. The technician took his time, made sure everything was perfect. They are absolutely beautiful and they are very reasonably priced. Will be going back for sure! Highly recommend!!!

I love this nail place! I have had so many bad experiences elsewhere and coming here is such a breath of fresh air. Its clean and professional and Monique does an amazing job on my nails- I will always go back!

Anita is my fave and the only one I go too. Coming from New York with top nail techs I can say that this nail lounge is the best in Columbus and the only one I ever go too if I ever come back. Which I will soon I cant wait !!!!!

I go to N Lounge every time I get my nails done. All the staff is very kind and welcoming. The equipment is clean and there is a large variety of colors and services to choose from. I have never been disappointed with the manicures or pedicures I have received from N Lounge. I highly recommend it for anyone looking for a well done, clean manicure/pedicure.

I came to the Nail Lounge for my first ever manicure. I explained that I was new to the process and was going to try an express manicure and pedicure for myself and my 12 year old daughter. The customer service help behind the counter was practically nonexistent. She wasnt busy but couldnt be bothered to talk about the available services and products. I ended up paying for gel nails, not realizing they cost $25 extra for each of us. The nails were painted Saturday and a blob on my thumb peeled off by that Wednesday. My friend who goes there often was also surprised that I wasnt offered a punch card since I bought manicures and pedicures for myself and my daughter.

So I made an appointment and we got held back 10 minutes so we were literally 10 minutes late and the balance lady for acrylics left early and i was so mad they lost my business and I cant believe they only have one person who can do acrylics deffinetly wont recommend we even drove 40 minutes to get their too!!
