The people were friendly and nice! I got acrylics and I was satisfied with them. They were coffins and were a little round. BUT during the process my thumb was cut and it burned and was sore for days.

Amazing, the quality of work is so perfect she listens to the way you want your nails and she delivers. She’s forward and straight to the point when it comes to prices and service . She’s just awesome she did a nude set with a hand drawn butterfly to the ring finger adding rhinestones 💙 In love

If I could give a zero I would . This salon has by far the worst customer service in Columbus. The worst is Jasmine. Jasmine refused to do my nails bc I called her the wrong name (wow). Thinking she was joking, I waited and she proceeded to tell me that her husband will do my nails and she’s fine with the clients she has now. She even went as far as speaking in another language about me. I was in shock on how incredibly rude she was (and with no provocation on my part). It amazes me Because i was polite n kind to her (even when she failed to acknowledge me when i came in). Without a scene or further conversation, I left .

My daughter and I had a wonderful experience here! Walked in at the last minute and they still took wonderful care of us. I will definitely be returning!

Ty (the eyebrow guy) sold the store to his niece and moved to Florida. I found this out when I went in last month to get my brows done. I can’t remember his nieces name, but she said she does brows and Ty taught her everything she knowsI gave her the benefit of the doubt and let her do my brows. They looked awful.... no arch ...and she didn’t even tweez at all. I had to find someone that same day to fix them. The person that fixed them said she shouldn’t be doing brows. She said it looked like an amateur did it.So, needless to say, I will never be back to Nail Spa.

AMAZING staff. They all are so wonderful and kind. I love this place i tell all my girls about this place. Never had an issue with my nails and they last long and never chipIn all just a great place to go for nails or brows they are amazing.

First time visit. Wanted to get my brows done. The gentleman was super fast which is good. Only down side is I failed to notice the $12min for credit usage. They didnt post a picture of the sign on their Google page.

I love this place! This is the only place I go to get my eyebrows done. Plus I have gotten gel nails here before and never had an issue. Highly recommend

I’ve been wanting to come here for years, I visit Sally’s so often but I just never got the time being a busy work from home mom. Anyway, I finally went 2 weeks ago and it was the BEST nail salon experience I’ve ever had. The staff was very friendly and inviting! I had a 1-3 minute wait time which was fine bc the waiting area is very cute. Ty did a perfect job on my nails, I’ll be back today in fact👌🏽

I love my nail tech Joshua!! His sculpting is A1!!!!! Everyone in the shop has always been friendly, fun and helpful. They always give great advice on nail care. Jasmine is great as well!

Friendly staff, but not a great looking space (kind of dirty) and the service was not great. There were two customers in the salon, and three people working, and I still waited about 30 minutes to have a manicure. The person who performed it was nice, but was rushing because there was an influx of people needing eyebrows done. I ended up filing a couple of my own nails at one point when he walked to the back (they were very uneven), pointing out to him a couple nails in which he only painted half of, and even after that still ended up correcting a couple of the nails on my own after he walked away to do eyebrows.

This place was absolutely terrible. Visually it was beautiful which is why I thought that my experience was going to be great. Well looks can be so deceiving. They guy was so rough with my hands and cut me 3 times! To where I was bleeding. No apologies or anything. I left I didnt even have him paint them it was ridiculous and at that point I was done. I will never come back here. I would also never recommend it. The guy knew he was hurting me, that was the craziest part. Terrible, just absolutely terrible.

Only place I go for my eyebrows. Been going here for years. Ty is fast and efficient. Eyebrows only $8 and I always leave happy.

The equipment they used was NOT CLEAN! He pulled out dirty clippers then proceeded to use the same dirty tools on my sister (who went right after me) that he used on me. He cut my fingers 4 times and they painted the polish over my nails onto my skin. I have never had such a terrible nail experience.

I was a loyal customer. I guess I went in bad day. The nail tech. Youll know who Im talking about. Its only 1 male there that does nails.his attitude is very rude and disrespectful. I sat there an whole hour. And all I asked was if I could soak while I was waiting and he got attitudush. He always had an attitude. I just had never experienced it.so I left. I can spend my money somewhere appreciated. I will never go back there or send no one there. Rude as hell.

Charged me $10 for my eyebrows. The man that did it pulled out a chunk of my right eyebrow and pretended like he didn’t. There was also random hairs that he didn’t get. I told him that I had a bunch of missing hair and he tried playing stupid. And he was on the phone while finishing up... Don’t ever go there.

The nail technician rushed my acrylic nails. He didn’t clean, cut my nails, nothing. He even shaved down one of my nails too deep, leaving a deep and hurtful scrap. Lastly, one of my nails is crooked.

Extremely rude and horrible service. I came and there was one person in front of me, four people walked in after me and got immediate service! Guess only loyal customers get served there.the nail tech completely ignored me and countined to talk on his phone. They also did my eyebrows with a very dirty wax machine.i waited for 2 hours before I got fed up AND just went next door to regal. Regal has amazing service and better customer service.

This salon (I wouldn’t even call it that) has the WORST customer service plus it’s dirty and they have no modern color choices for gel polish. I will never go back. I have gotten my nails done there twice and they were almost embarrassing looking. This last time I was desperate and needed a fill, I was told to wait for Ty to get back from Walmart. After waiting for 20 minutes, Ty walked in the front door and saw me waiting in the “lobby” and just looked at me and said, “No I’m busy.” He didn’t even acknowledge me, he just kept walking to the back. The female nail tech then just screamed at me, “Come back tomorrow.” By the time I left, it was 5:41pm and they didn’t even close until 7:00pm. I grew up in the restaurant and bar industry - here’s some free advice for Ty and his wife: People who don’t want to practice good customer service should not be in the service industry. Go find another career! Now I’m trying out Anthony Vince Nail Spa across the street - it’s super clean, they actually have a receptionist, and they have a bar!!

Save your money they are unprofessional and dont value your business. Two employees offered a customer a discount to say they were closed an hour before actual close time. They didnt even bother to ask what I service I wanted and thought it was funny. If I could give them a no stars I would. Gas and time wasted.

If I could give a lower rating I would. ALL of the staff ignored me. I waited for 45 minutes. No one told me how long the wait would be. I was only getting a pedicure. People were provided services out of turn. Even when I complained they were completely disinterested. NEVER go here. There is ZERO customer service.

Literally if I could give a zero rating on this place I would, never ever get anything done here I got my eyebrows done here and they removed my whole entire brow and the other one looked like an upside down U its rediculous dont waste your money here ever.

The nail specialist here were very friendly and they remember everything. They listen to what I wanted and I was pleased with their work

Horrible place...I was there last month and they butchered my eye brows even after I explained specifically what I was looking for. Then last week I went to get a manicure and the older guy who did my nails couldnt have done a worse job. my cuticles werent cut, let a lone my 5 year old couldve done a better job. On top of it all, he was rude. I would never go there again

The WORST experience ever. not only did i leave with unnecessary and painful cuts and bruises on my fingers but the guy that did my nails had the nerve to tell me but youre not bleeding. DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE

I really want to give a lower rating but that wouldnt be fair because i have had positive experiences at this nail salon. Cinthia and the other girl are super nice and easy going they have both done my nails with 0 issues. Tye is pretty funny when he wants to be.The guy in the first chair by the nail dryers is nice until he messes up your nails because he sucks at French manicures🤔 He has a BAD attitude and doesnt like to be proven to be wrong. I had the advise of 3 other women in the salon before i complained because i hate complaining but a teenager could have done a better polish job. To be fair he ended up fixing them but it killed him to and he was a smart ass while doing so. But i did leave with pretty pink nails. 🤗

Horrible customer service! Ive been a loyal customers since 2010, had a horrible experience caused by the manager. I was cut 2x, received no apologies or any form of courtesy. I all but begged for a band aid. Thought I would give them another chance so I went back only to wait 40 minutes just for a service, and Had 2 people Called before me that came after me. Talk about disrespectful. This place needs to get their act together if they expect to stay in business.

Just went to get a gel manicure and he cut me so bad my ring finger wouldn’t stop bleeding and then he put super glue on it.. and alcohol which made it burn like hell. On my way to urgent care. Outside of that the quality is terrible.. I have little pools of gel polish in all my cuticles and my nails are scratchy. Worst $37 I’ve spent at a nail salon. Do not go here.

I go to this place to get my eyebrows done on the regular, every blue moon I’ll go & get my nails done. Last Thursday I decided to get my eyebrows and nails done. Afterwards I was charged $47.90 to my debit card & gave a $10 tip. So the charges came out today & come to find out Nail Spa took out $8 more dollars than what they should have. I call nail spa to see what happened and TY immediately starts yelling at me telling me they took out the eyebrow fee because I didn’t communicate to my guy that did my nails that I had gotten my eyebrows done as well. I told them I thought that was included in the price he told me $47.90 and it’s not my job as the customer to communicate that, it’s their job. He started yelling even more and was being VERY unprofessional. I told him I’ll pay for my eyebrows but this was the wrong way of going about it (taking it out along with my tip) they did an unauthorized transaction without my consent which is ILLEGAL, end of the story I filed a claim with my bank. I will not return to Nail Spa again because how unprofessional they were when it came to trying to resolve an issue!

I dont even know where to start... absolutely the worst place i ever been to for my nails. Im about to get in labor in a day or two and i specifically told ty i need them perfect for birth! I wish I could’ve read reviews before I decided to go there. The salon is so unsanitary and gross. I decided to do a full set acrylics and besides each nail was shaped differently all my fingers were cut and bleeding!!! I went home and the next day the polish had bubbles and one of my nails broke!!!!! I went back to get them so they can get it fixed and got cut again and had to pay for the broken nail!!!!!! Please dont waist your money and find a clean and professional place for yourself.
