Ann does amazing design s and is extremely talented

I always have such a great experience @ CK nails! They do such a beautiful job. I get the SNS / powder dip manicure and I love how it comes out every top. On top of that, they’re being very COVID safe and are taking lots of precautions to make sure that they’re clients feel safe which is greatly appreciated.

My favorite place in Columbus to get my nails done, the pic is of the powder dip with my natural nail length.

Mary is very polite and does a great job! Giving 3 stars because the prices are very high! I got a fill with French tip a Rhinestone on 2 fingers and a pedi ($40)my hubby also received a pedi ($50) my total came to 173.00 plus I tip 30.00 that was a lot I will return but not anytime soon I will go back to my usuals tech and visit CK when I feel like being boujee!

I went to this salon for a very short set and was charged $60. The money would not have been a problem, if the bails didn’t look lumpy and clumpy. The tech, a guy with black diamond ear rings, couldn’t make any suggestions, do a simple design, or give me a pink and white set. I would never recommend this place. And in the age of Covid they did not have distance or a capacity.

I was in and out - with no appointment... my nail tech was nice and the salon was clean!I got dip.

I called in to ask about pricing, asked about how busy they were and neither were accurate. Friendly, but I asked for a set of nails and he started a manicure, he was going to paint my nails before I realized what he was doing was not correct. Also ended up waxing my eyebrows. She got wax all in my hair. Nails are pretty but, definitely not what I asked for and they charged me for their mistake(s). Doubt I go back.

We stopped in on a whim on a Sunday afternoon. They were steady, maybe a little busy but all of us were able to get our manicures in the time they projected, about 20 min wait. We were satisfied with our service. Hopefully theyll look into a different ventilation system, alot of ladies were getting acrylic and it was a tiny bit smelly.

I have been going to ck nails for almost a year now. I pass by 2 other nearby ck’s, and who knows how many other nails salons. I drive over 40 minutes to get here! The owners are spectacular.

DO NOT GO HERE! I went for the first time here with my friend who suggested the nail salon to me. I asked for a full set acrylic and ask before he cut the nail size to make it the short length so I wouldn’t be charged. He said ok and cut the nails. I asked for normal nail polish and he kept telling me to get gel and I repeated each time no ! They spoke in their own language about what they were going to charge me the entire time! At the end they asked for $40 ! I asked why it was $45 with tax and they said full set is $35 and a extra $5 for length, after I told him TO MAKE THEM SHORT SO I WOULDNT GET CHARGED! I basically paid the same amount my friend who had a gel acrylic paid. NEVER GOING BACK! If you’re going there ask the price for everything you want before letting them do anything on you

CK Nails is definitely my go-to for my pedicure and eyebrow wax. I have been going here for almost 3 years now and have no complaints what so ever. They always are polite, speedy but precise, and dont try to up sell you. Some of the these reviews are ridiculous. If you want to get in and out in fifteen, then go to a mall salon or some random campus one.. I def recommend calling ahead to either make an appt, or to see if they are super busy. Kim is my fave, but if shes not there, then anyone can help. Try it out, you wont regret it.

First time I went here I had seen Chi, she was amazing and everyone was super polite. The second time I went I couldnt remember her name to request her but Id seen that she was with someone so I thought itd be okay to try someone new, this experience was nothing like Id had with Chi so the third time I thought Id make sure I remembered her (Chi) name, requested her, she had an appointment coming in 10 minutes later so I was asked if someone else would be okay, considering I was already there and it was a different person than the second time, I agreed. Horrible decision. Ive never had a pedicure so fast in my life and they were no where near as polite as they were my first visit. I paid, even tipped to be polite not because I was happy with it and walked out.

The best place to get your nails done in the city, hands down. Not only is the quality exceptional, but its affordable as well. Ann is amazing, but the entire staff provide incredible service. To describe CK Nails in on word: perfection. I dont go anywhere else!

I’ve been going to ck on and off for nearly 3 years now. I’ve always loved my results, acrylic shape is always amazing and have never had a single acrylic break or fall off. I’ve always referred people here because I always get compliments. I usually expect about a 15-20 minute wait. I give 4/5 because of my last 2 visits. First time I was told 15 minutes, ended up being 45. Second time I waited nearly two hours and almost walked out before finally getting in a chair. I endure the wait times because of the results. Until I find somewhere that is quicker and still up to par, I will continue coming here!

Had a great gel manicure and pedicure with Ann! I showed her a pic of what I wanted (gold sparkle) and she did it perfectly! Definitely going to come back!

This is the only place in Columbus I will go to. I have tried other places and am never as satisfied as when I go to CK on 5th ave. They are very friendly and always take their time. Prices are reasonable and they have a ton of gel colors to pick from. I would suggest making an appointment because they are always busy. Ann and David are the best!

Love the pedi here. They do a great job with clean up, exfoliation and massage - the hot towel before painting is a nice treat. I also dont feel forced to talk a bunch, which I personally prefer. I knocked one star off because on this last visit I made an appointment for 4:30 and my pedi didnt start until probably 4:50. If youre going to let people make an appointment please respect the time or tell them youll be 20 minutes behind. I was late picking up my kids from childcare when I should have had plenty of time.

I went to this shop about a week ago. I was upset at my overall experience. I went there for the first time just to try it out, they told me i was a 10 minute wait, I was there for 40 minutes before being seen. There are no pricing in the shop so you have to just guess or ask. I asked for a full set acrylic, coffin shape polish. They guy that sits all the way in the front did my nails and he LITERALLY RUSHED THROUGH THE WHOLE THING, when it wasnt that busy to begin with. I felt so uncomfortable being serviced by him because he didnt talk and looked mad. All in all he ended up charging me a whopping $70 for the set. What upset me the most was that the nails were put on crooked. I know not all fingers are the same... But you can obviously tell he had glued them on all crooked. He did not let the gel dry off properly, I felt like I was being rushed out. A week later from now the Gel looks dull and it is peeling...I have never had this happen to me. The Walmart nail shop has done better job and for cheaper. This is ridiculous. Needless to say, I will not be going back there. The end product was horrible, please save your money and go elsewhere. First and last visit at this place!

I have been coming here for years and absolutely love it, they have a great service and take care of you in a personalized way. They know what I like and they take the time to do a good job. I recommend it.

Amazing hospitality & work ethic, youre totally getting your moneys worth. They learn your name & remember you after only going a few times in a row. I definitely recommend Ann for Mani & pedis!

Polish isnt even. Kept trying to get us to get more expensive upgrades, and wouldnt stop asking even when we said no. Annoying. Not worth it unless you want a quick uneven job. Asked what shape I wanted, I said round, she said you try new shape, square. Forced us to go to the atm and pay before we were done and just left us to work on new clients. Not personable. Id rather go somewhere else and pay more and have a relaxing time. Husband went and they cut him then put solution on it that burned him.

I waited for almost an hour while 3 women who came in after me were seen before me: I finally said something to one of the ladies and they started working on my nails a minute later. They soaked my gel manicure in a burning liquid/did not wrap them individually to soak off the polish. The only reason I am giving 2 stars is because my nails look ok. I will never go here again- terrible service.

Thats horrible especially considering Id already had an appointment. First and last time for me! Elite nails or nail envy are both within walking distance.

Have been coming to CK NAILS for 12 years and wouldn’t go anywhere else. Have referred many people here and they love it too.

Never been so displeased with a place. I had an appointment, showed up 10 mins early, waited almost 2 hours & i still didnt even get my nails done before i walked out. About 6 people walked in after me and sat in a chair before me. Beyond disorganized with their appointments & its very unacceptable. 2 hours just to get a balance ? I dont think so.

Today an associate of mine asked if I would accompany him to get his nails done. I located a place, confirmed their hours, & signed us in. The tech insisted that he go first. However, I am the woman, his guess, & this nail salon was my choosing. So due to the the lack of: professionalism, etiquette, & class... I walked out. I can get my nails & brows done elsewhere.

If I could give it fewer than 1 star I would. Ive tried this place a few times only because its convenient, but I have never had decent service, just good enough to not be annoying. But after my last visit, I wont be returning. I find the staff to be incredibly rude and I got the worst pedi of my life at my last visit. First, the water was cold, so when he asked, I told him that. His solution was to turn on the scalding water and spray that into the tub....right down the side of my leg. Then he cut me with the cuticle scissors. Half of the time he wasnt even looking at what he was doing. Lastly, I brought flip flops to put on, as most technicians will put them on my feet before they do the polish. He refused to do that, instead insisting on forcing me to turn my head so that he could SLOOOOOWLY wiggle my flip flops onto my feet after he finished the polish. If I dared to look at what he was doing, he would stop and yell at me WATCH THE TV!And now, two days later, my polish is chipping. Money and time wasted.

This is the best place to get your nails done.They give great service. .. If you make an appointment, it doesnt take as long...If you are a walk in, yes you may have to wait, however, they do the BEST job...

The staff are always polite and efficient. I typically arrive before 11:15 on a weekday and have never had to wait more than 15 minutes. Have been an occasional customer for three years.

I have been going here for years and they do a very good job, but if you get a basic mani/pedi now you get a basic mani/pedi. Hardly any massage on the hands and legs/feet. They use to give a nice massage on both, but now only if you upgrade (and as far as I know, you cant upgrade the mani).

I used to swear by this place. I started to tell all of my friends to go here, but not anymore. I come here regularly and the location in reynoldsburg. For the past month each time ive gone theyve nickel and dimed me. I by no means need a discount. When ive always paid 28 for my face wax and you charge me 40 all of the sudden, obviously im going to question it. Theyve also been charging me 55 for a fill? I get commercializing but this is a deal breaker. No more.

Most expensive gel manicure Ive ever had and it only lasted 2 days. My dad got a pedicure and when he got him, his toenail split down the entire middle of his nail and he has to go get it removed by the podiatrist

Very sales focused service. Was hounded and hounded during my pedicure to upgrade; I did and was mislead about the princing and ended up paying $75 for a pedicure. Slow service, very pushy and demanding. Didnt even give me the exact shape I asked for with my mani, very disappointed

Two of my nails split in half after one week. Don’t get acrylics here. I’ll never go back.

Very friendly and welcoming

I got a full set acrylic gel manicure and it was average. When I went to get them removed the women removing them made two of my cuticles bleed profusely and acted as though she did not notice until after soaking my nails in acetone. The extremely bad part about this is that she never removed the blood from my finger SO EVERY BUFFER THEY USED ON MY FINGER GOT MY BLOOD ON IT and you can tell they do not clean their buffers because she put it right back with the rest of the ones she had in her case. PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE FOR YOUR HEALTH AND SAFETY.

I have been here twice. They use dirty equipment and reuse files. The only reason I went back was to have them fix three of my acrylic nails which had broken after three days. I would be afraid of getting a staff infection or worse.

Dont leave your open sign on just to turn people away.
