Absolutely love them... they are a hidden gem! Great coustmer service. They do an amazing job on your nails. They are also very good with children too. My 5yr. old daughter had a blast getting her nails painted and they were very sweet to her.

Amy has such a great personality. She is a very talented young lady. It is owned and operated by a family who treats you like family when you walk through the door. I am an over-the-road truck driver from Chicago and make it a point to come here to get my nails done. I just love, love coming to this place.

Staff is nice and my nails were cute and how I wanted but the downside is they started to brake off within a day or 2. So I have another chance and went back a month or 2 later and the same thing happened so I went back the next day and they did repair 2 nails without a problem but 2 days later they was all coming off again. They did look cute but the acrylic was too thin to stay on and this has never happened to me before. Let me add that my pedicure was great

Their service was absolutely great! It is first come first serve so you should always make sure you look up their open times so you can come in and get served asap. Their seats for pedicures are perfect. They have plenty of massaging options in the chairs. The only thing bad is that the water kept getting cold. But as long as the service and the main work is good I am happy with it ☺️.

They kind of rushed my mom and I. Didnt want to do any of the designs and what not that we wanted because we was the last 2 people of the night. Nails still looked cute. I usually never have any issues here and always go to Sy or Amy because theyre amazing!

Well. They just let $100-$150 (I’m a big tipper) walk out the door. We were never greeted, no hi, we’ll be with you in one moment was... nothing but awkward stares. We sat for 15 mins before deciding to leave. One thing I’m doing this year is not patronizing places who blantantly show disregard or no concern for paying customers. I am a business owner and I would’ve never made it with this kind of customer service! Do better

I have been visiting this place for so many years. I really like the staff. They are friendly to me and my two daughters. I recommend going when they arent so busy because when they are it can be a long wait. I am not a fan of waiting. I get my eyebrows done, acrylic nails and pedicures. I recommend all of these services. I like to get designs on my nails and they are very good at doing the designs. I would give 5 stars if it werent for the wait time.

I was rushed they didnt even want to paint my daughters nails and still charges me for her nails. When i payed the girl before i left she got me for an extra 20 dollars. I do not recommend coming here. I will stick with the nail salon near my house.

I called and asked if there was a wait, they said no come in no line and I get there 10 minutes later and there’s no customer and the lady tells me wait 5 minutes And they just sat there at their nail stations talking to each other. It also smells like sewage in there. Would not recommend.

A week in a half of having my nails done and oneof them pops off! Not to mention they were very rude, I paid $80 for these nails they shouldn’t be popping off in a week and a half! First couple times I liked how they shaped my nails, acrylic was strong and polish was nice I tipped very well. Third time I get two different people the older gentleman cut my pinky up pretty good and didn’t cut the new added nails down the the length of the rest of my nails and the lady who polished them put way too much on.

Do not clean between customers. Very unprofessional.

I’ve been going to Lien for almost over a year now! She always does my designs for me and my balances. She is so friendly and helpful. She makes me feel super comfortable. Also the owners make me feel welcome and it’s a nice atmosphere I’m always done and I’ve never had to wait long they get me in and out!

Thick chunky nails very un natural looking. Polish is sloppy an doesnt cover nail. Have been going here on an off for over 10 years this will be my last visit. The people are friendly an hard working an Ive gotten good nails here before my eyebrows were done perfectly but my nails needed more filling an polish in the corners.

I went there they couldn’t do the design that I wanted ... then two ladies came and the employees were making fun of them and old lady was very rude mean mugging her own costumers and when I did pay she covered her receive were I was supposed to tip so obviously she tip herself and on top of that she wasn’t wearing a maskWaste of money !!!

I’ve been going here for longer than a year. I stopped going for a couple of months because my nails began popping off in less than a week of a full set being put on!! I had no issues before I don’t know what happened. So I came back today and I seen there was a wait. When I asked how long it would be so I could sign in and just come back I got ignored! Everyone that works there knows me you think they’d at least give me the time of day. The officially lost my business forever now. Very upset and disappointed, will be going to a new salon tomorrow. I just don’t understand how you can just simply ignore a returning customer like that, very rude!

I went to Famous Nails for about 8 months.....I went monthly and always had solar nails with the light pink (I think the dark looks unnatural, on me)...Every time I went I had to demand the lighter color, that I wanted, I set most of the time for over an hour so I could get the older gentleman (who was the only one to do them almost right)....My nails usually lifted after a couple weeks,...I was told this was something to do with me, what I was doing, what I had my hands in, and even once he said it was because of my medicine I took....Every time I went in I would talk to other ladies there and noticed that I was charged more for the same things done...When I questioned why, he acted like he didnt understand me, hed say, No, No, you not get the same...Something like that.....Ask me why I went there so long?????? Because I absolutely hate finding a new salon....but I finally took my acrylics off, let my nails grow (as long as they will grow) and have never went back.....Now 8 months later Im tired of having ugly nails....I want some nails that look good and a place where I tell them what I want and they do it......Im around Grove City..I know there has to be a good nail place somewhere....Agh !!!!Also I always tipped very well....

First time I went my nails looked amazing went back for a balance and my nails looked horrible. The chunky girl used nail polish that was almost empty and it left lines and bubbles and instead of taking off the polish and repainting she just painted over them

My acrylics came off in a few weeks. It was rushed and they didnt even use real nail polish dryers just tables with built in fans. No air conditioning either. Last week I got my nails done at a different nail salon which I was extremely upset. They were terrible. So I decided to try this place out and the man who did them was very patient and took his time he did a wonderful job. My nails look GREAT!!!

Would give them ZERO STARS IF I COULD!! ... I ONLY WENT THERE BECAUSE I had to go to Lowes next door & needed nail fix.. RUSHED SERIVICE & GOT CHARGED 56 DOLLARS FOR BALANCE & TOE PAINT. The guy will hustle you then wife doing nails will act like she dont speak English... Then on top of that a 6 dollar charge for using debit cards ??? ✋. Never again

HORRIBLE SERVICE !!! The male who did my nails was not even looking at my nails while he was doing them. The worst rushed job I ever had and the nail tech used the wrong drill which resulted in a deep cut on my finger tip. When I let him know he cut me with the drill he had no idea what I was saying and FILED MY SKIN, and the polish was dripping in the cut which burned terribly. This was the worst experience Ive even had at a nail shop. They were done with my nails in literally 17 minutes. The polish was rushed and horrible. I have NEVER left a review for ANY business good or bad. I would NEVER recommend them to anyone. If I was able I would have chosen 0 stars.

Worst customer service! Took my daughter here to get here nails balanced and after waiting a half an hour the man told everyone that was waiting they had to leave! And it wasnt even closing time!

Horrible pedicure and full set. Went to get it done 12/28 it was three customers including myself and got an unprofessional rushed full set and pedicure. I had to go back the next day for my nails on my hand to get shaped right because they were bulky and fat and just spent the last hour at home giving myself a pedicure because the girl just basically polished my toes (left my toe nails uneven)wrapped a towel and put sugar on my feet. Deluxe pedicure? It was horrible I paid 110 dollars plus 7 dollar tip for nothing I could have paid my daughter to do a better job. I went here a few times and was satisfied but this experience was one of the worst I’ve ever experienced! I will never return again!

There is absolutely nothing deluxe about their deluxe pedicure. They didnt listen to suggestions on my own nails (how I wanted them shaped, etc). The older female and male took turns on my feet as to tend to other customers but still rushed through it. My polish is sloppy and they didnt care to fix it. And my feet are just as rough as when I went in. A WASTE OF MONEY!

Awful. I got my nails done and even tipped the guy. Two days later my nails were lifting and even chipping off. I went back and told the guy and he said hed clean them up. Well he took his pedal filer and filed some of the messed up parts then put polish over that so now it looks like my nails need balanced. Worst experience ever.

Just went here today and received the worst service. They over charge everything. Ive been to multiple other nail salons and no where else costs as much as it does here. There is always a long wait because they only have 3 people doing nails. I got a toe nail polish change and it ended up costing me $16.12 when getting a balance to my nails comes up to a little over $17.00. I also went yesterday and got a balance which was very rushed. Wasted about an hour here, will never go back. Its definitely worth it to drive a little longer to go somewhere else.

Very rude workers. I was getting a pedicure & my sister-in-law was with me. I asked if she could sit in the pedicure chairs with me so we could talk & they said she could. A few minutes later, the manager asked her if she was getting a service & she said no. He then told her she had to move because he was the manager and he said so. The prices are ridiculously high for nails that get tarnished within days. They can hardly understand what you even want in the first place & will argue with you if your request seems to be too much work. Not to mention, the cleanliness of the salon is very questionable. DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Worse nail place in Ohio walked out of there $80 after having my nails repainted 3 times still messed up glue all over my fingers rude after asking for them to fix the polish because there was ridges all over them. Cut me with the drill and acted like I was overreacting got a pedicure cut the side of my toe and didnt even pause when I told her it hurt. Not to mention the place is very dirty. I will not be returning

When to just get my #eyebrows dones and the lady was rushing because it was somewhat busy half ass my eyebrows wasnt straight even or cleaned up when she asked did i like i said no can you take the scissors to them to make them look cleaner she said no she used the tweezers pluck two more times and was like there all better i was over it so i said i guess Ill have to fixed them when i get home...i asked her did she double dip in the wax she said no but when i got up there was only one stick on the table....she said pay upfront and went on about her business VERY RUDE will NOT be going back

After having my nails done 3 times, I had 6 nails with fungus under them. Was told by another salon that there machines are dirty and they should be reported to the board of health. Disgusting, Ill never go back, neither should anyone else.
