I moved to the area in January and was told about Luxury Nails and Spa by a family member. Ive been going every since. My technician is Tee and she does an amazing job 👏. Ive been introduced to new styles and she (and the other staff) are always so patient and professional. I have more pics but these are some of my favorites. The pedicures are great as well. Cherry does mine and she arches my eyebrows 👁. As you see they take care of all of my self pampering needs.

This is my first time visiting to this salon. The costumer service was good as they will greet you when arrived at the door and asked you how they can help you. I set up an appointment with Hannah. I want to say that Hannah is absolutely amazing! She stays focus on every detail to make sure she did her best to make it prefect. I did not once regret and I will be coming to see her again. My first time here was wonderful! The woman who did my nails was very skilled and gave me a beautiful set of powder nails in a shimmery blue shade. The pedicures are also amazing the lady gave me the best massage ever I would definitely recommend you go here.!!

Went last minute as a walk-in, I didnt have to wait. She did a great job on my nails and they are reasonably priced. They were very detailed and very considerate. I would recommend them to anyone.

I am very disappointed that I left this place without getting what I asked for. I had Will for my nail tech and he left me highly upset. I was charged $50 for a full set and got nothing I asked for. The first photo is what I asked for and the second photo is what I got. I’m guessing he took it upon himself to go off a photo he had in his phone instead of the photo I showed him multiple times. I was in Columbus, Ga visiting and thought I’d try this nail place out because of its rating but I do regret going after this experience.

A very inviting and clean environment. All staff are friendly and professional. There are a variety of color selection, and services to choose from. Especially the Pedicure services. There are over 3+ pedicure selections. Hot rock, paraffin just to name a few. This is probably the only salon to provide paraffin wax.You will not be disappointed.

Today was good day I visited luxury nail spa, my appointment was with Emma. She one of the best in town. Got the jelly pedicure and manicure.. very nice and relaxing, Emma did a great job and I was satisfied with her work. Nice sweet girl, would definitely recommend family and friends

Came here for a gel manicure. They did a great job! I didnt get the name of my nail technician/waxer but she was so detail oriented! Ive never been more happy with my nails, they shaped them right and pushed the gel right up to the cuticle so it doesnt look grown out

I did a walk in.They were very busy, my wait time was still 20min or less.. The staff was efficient, polite and did a great job. I will definitely be back.

This was only my first time going and I am blown away with the service. I started off with Hanah who was phenomenal with doing my fill in. She was very precise and particular with making sure each nail was shaped perfectly (which is a huge plus for me). After That I went to Tee who did my design, now I generally have some over the top designs that no one wants to do. Tee took the challenge and executed EXACTLY what I wanted and then some. Will definitely be back again!

Everyone here is always so friendly. When you first walk into the door staff greets you by saying welcome to Luxury Nail and Spa. I’ve been going here for over a year and I’m always pleased. I mainly see T and Cherry, but everyone else still smiles and greets me. Everyone asks about my kids, what I do for a living, etc. I’ll never go to anyone else!

I just went with 2 girlfriends to get a manicure and was cut twice by a male employee while filing my nails he showed no type of remorse or compassion what so ever he continued to work on my nails and refused to discount my service. Ill be reporting the business. I dont appreciate poor customer service or nonchalant behavior when I spend my hard earned money. I wont be returning.

I paid $55 a full set of nails they began to pop off the very next day. My tech i think his name was Jeff was not attentive to anything I said. I allowed him to finish even after noticing he was not giving the design i tried asking him for. I still got my lashes and brows done and I was quite pleased with her work...I feel cheated out of my money and they werent bothered by it or my feelings.

This is my new go to nail salon. The tech Tee is the bomb. I dont want anybody else doing my nails. She does great designs and is very professional. There the customer is right. They do whatever is needed to ensure u have a pleasurable visit.

The day after I left the shop, I lost 2 nails. Its been many years since I had my nails professionally done and unfortunately this wasnt a very pleasant experience. My nails are not what I thought they would be and after expressing my disappointment 😔 I still paid there very expensive full price. I guess next time will be better 😌

There was a long wait but was definitely worth it they took the time to find out what I wanted and made it perfect for me, everyone there is sweet and funny and makes you feel completely comfortable like you belong there. I absolutely love it and they are the only ones I like to use.

Horrible service!! Had my infant with me and when my infant started whining NOT CRYING the nail tech Emma started rushing on my nails, the other nail tech Tee came and asked for my baby to stop whining once Emma said whatever she said to Tee in their language. I WILL NEVER GO HERE AGAIN!

Friendly, clean, and well kept nail salon. On a nice little shopping center. Made appointments day of for pedicures 2x now with no issues. Gel pedicure was ok. Did the deluxe spa pedicure and it was relaxing.

Came in for a basic pedicure and and a gel manicure paid $95 for uneven shaped nails on my feet and hands and for the gel to chip off the next day

Due to being out-of-town for a while, it made it harder for me to make my regular appointments with my professional nail tech & nail salon owner @nailsby_Tony . I was so concerned and hesitant on where to go. Once I arrived to Luxury Nails and Spa, I was assisted by the sweetest nail tech professional by the name of T. Once she examined my nails, she immediately recognized the detailed and custom design of my nails. I explained to her that my nail tech professional is not from around here and that I am concerned about having my nails designed by someone else. She assured me that I will be fine and shared with me that she knew @nailsby_Tony and has even taken his nail design training courses before. I felt so relieved. I received dip powder services and design. She truly did a good job and I felt comfortable going to a different nail professional while being out-of-town. Thank you T for being very kind and skilled......you are truly a professional!

First time going here and the atmosphere wasnt bad at all. I enjoyed my pedicure which was a basic one with a design on my big toes, but when it came to my fullset that was another issue. I explained to her i wanted my nails short and wanted them a neutral color (showed a picture) and she said okay we will find an ombre color. Next thing I know she painting my nails clear and Im done....Im like huh? I said whatever because I actually like them. So when it came to pay she came out and said $98, Im like for what!? I only got a full set and a basic pedicure. Will not be returning because I know I was overcharged. Sticking to my original nail salon and their prices.

Very clean, affordable, patient staff! You get exactly what you request with quality service. They don’t rush their service, however they work in a timely manner. The atmosphere here is just wonderful and relaxing. They must have changed ownership because it was nothing like this a few months ago. I wish I could give them more stars.

Great overall experience the first couple of times, then the prices went up.. While value/look of nails went down. (Chipping, gel coming off within a week, bumpy nail beds, nails several different shapes.) Tried one last time (because I loved the cleanliness/sterilization of the shop) to see if anything would change & was overpriced for a simple set. Definitely wont be returning.

Went here an had a horrible experience. They really messed up my daughters nails and my daughter was so upset she just wanted to leave and I still paid for the horrible job she did.We will never go back.

Visit about an hour ago! I was very pleased with the service and I think the nail technician did a great job! However compared to what I had been paying from the previous management the price was much greater! I have been going there getting the same service since they opened a year ago or so! Also I didnt like all of their staff standing and sitting around me while I was getting my service done! I need my SPACE while being serviced! However I probably still will try them again!

I came here for the first time and I was very impressed! The technician that worked on me took her time and she knew what she was doing. I have very bad ingrown toe nails and she took care of them for me and now they feel so much better! I would definitely recommend this place! Ill be back!
