I used to love this salon and think of it a as a little oasis. I had been back for a post-shutdown mani and had a good experience with my technician, so I came in for a trial of gel polish before my wedding. Thank goodness for the test! This treatment, which is advertised as lasting 6 weeks didnt last 6 days. A small corner of color came loose on my thumb the day after my manicure. Today, three days after my manicure a split appeared that resulted in the middle nail pictured. On top of it all, I leave for vacation tomorrow with torn up nails.I dont see contact information on the website, so this is my only hope. Although, lastly, speaking of contacts, the reception was disinterested in me in my two post-shutdown experiences. She appeared to be attending to personal business which was off putting.To say Im disappointed is an understatement. I would like my money back.

A great place to go and leave your stress behind. The infrared sauna will relax your muscles and release the toxins. Then step into the salt cave, sit back and close your eyes and let the music take into a restful state as the salt is infused into the air. When youre finished you will feel like a new person, happier and ready to conquer the day!

I scheduled a pedicure and 10 minutes before my appointment, I received a text saying my appt was moved 30 minutes past my original appointment time. I got a gel pedicure and after she cured the top layer there was a yellow tint to my pink nails so the girl redid one nail and that was it. When I went to check out and use my Tranquility Day Spa $150 gift card, the receptionist said they were under new ownership and refused to let me pay with it. She was very unprofessional and I feel like they should still honor a gift card regardless if it’s new ownership. I will not be returning

I have gone to Tranqulity a few times now. I have had a couple massages, a facial and yesterday had a gel pedi with Kim. Every experience has been wonderful! Kim did a great job on my pedicure, was so nice to chat with and my toes look perfect. Kim was great with helping me pick a color and really took her time to get my cuticles and shape perfect. I cannot wait to start getting regular pedis here! Thank you Kim!

I spoke with the specialist, she gave me a consultation and told me about the referral program since I got referred by a friend, my friends got a free session which is awesome! Got the laser package, did the teeth whitening, and their fat and cellulite removal treatment. Everything was great, service was amazing and I really relaxed. Coming back again to try other things.

This place met all of our needs. Delicious food. Excellent exercise classes. Activities on the lake. Spa spa spa. The loveliest people. It was so easy and relaxing. This place is the perfect girls trip getaway. The myofacial release Water spa treatment is a must. The pool workout classes are amazing and a must try. Super fun. I can’t wait to go back.

My husband booked my first pedicure since the pandemic for a valentines day gift. Im so glad he did! When you first walk in you are greeted warmly and really feel at home. My jaw dropped when I entered Tranquility it is simply beautiful to look at. Mynicqua took care of me and she is amazing! She made my feet look 10 times better than they did when I walked in. Her care added so much to the spa experience. I plan to go back very soon!

My mom, sisters & I got the facial, massage, pedi, mani spa day. They truly treated us like princesses & we were all impressed with the services. The woman who did my facial & massage, was amazing! I feel awful for not knowing her name but she is so intelligent and professional! She even gave me amazing advice on new products I could buy to help better clear my complexion. I got rid of all my old products & have been using the recommended products for almost 2 weeks (since I left the spa). I already notice a huge difference! Ive struggled with redness and scarring and the knowledge she shared with me has completely changed my facial routine for the best! As far as the facial/massage I can personally say they hire professionals!

I visited Tranquility for the first time for some postpartum pampering. I received a spa pedicure and gel manicure by Brittany and loved every minute! Brittany is so down to earth and a pleasure to chat with. I felt so pampered and the quality of her work was definitely above average compared to other places I have visited. I will definitely return for additional services maybe a massage next time. I love that this spa offers such a range of services.

I was in town visiting my daughter so we decided to get facials. It was absolutely amazing! It’s so beautiful inside and we had the best experience ever! Ashley was the one who gave me my facial and I cannot express how wonderful it was and everyone there was so nice! I really wish I lived closer I would go weekly! We both felt amazing all day!

Not sure what happened but the manicure destroyed my nails. I have been growing them for 4 months with no issue. The day after a gel manicure, one nail breaks and multiple are chipped. 6 days in, another two nails are broken and the gel isnt holding up. Nails also much thinner than when I went in. Very disappointing.

I called this location two weeks in advance for an appointment, confirmed the time and price for two services and everything. I walk in today and apparently theres no record of my appointment at all, very disappointing as Ive came to this location before and this time was for a very special occasion. If I could leave 0 stars I would, will not return.

We went for our first massage and as an early Valentines day gift to ourselves and couldnt be happier that we chose Tranquility! From the moment you arrive, until you leave the entire experience makes you feel like royalty. Refreshments were offered to us immediately while we filled out our first time paperwork. After paperwork we were ushered to a changing area where we were provided a shower, shorts, robe, slippers, and a private locker. After changing you are escorted to a relaxing lounge with comfortable couches to wait for your masseuse.We opted for the facial rub and scalp massage for no extra fee, (just time away from other areas you may wish your masseuse could spend time on) and were given a choice of oils to choose from, each providing a different scent and holistic benefit.My massage was soothing and deep enough that I had to at one point ask to ease up a bit, which is something Ive never uttered during a home back-rub! It was amazing! From neck, to shoulders and lower back, and even my legs and feet! I was offered a hot towel for my neck, face, and back which only complimented to Roses already magic hands.The entire time tranquil music was quietly playing in the background of our dimly lit room. Conversation was minimal, only to ask if pressure was ample, and what area we were moving onto next.Before we even made it to the car we were planning our next visit!Overall a wonderful experience and can not wait to return!

Service itself was good. But after the fact, I realized they charged me for The Perfect Facial which is supposed to last 1hr 15 min. She was done with me in less than hour.

Everyone there is so nice and professional! Very competitive prices and the atmosphere is so relaxing.

Here is my synopsis. Tranquility is the perfect name for this place because it perfectly describes ones hour there. You just sort of leave the rest of humanity in the parking lot when you enter. The friendly and skilled staff treat you to a fab treatment in friendly surroundings. If the rest of humanity was as nice as this staff, the world would be a nicer place.

My review is based on the customer service and not the spa service because we never received that service. Made an appointment a week in advance for my wifes birthday, when we arrived we learned they had my information but the appointment was never booked. One of the employees repeatedly asked if I was sure I made an appointment and made us feel like we did something wrong and were just out of luck. They did offer a free massage but honestly its difficult to have to want to come back and trust we will receive service. This was incredibly disappointing and frustrating.

Jena was the best!!! Staff are super friendly, and professional. Affordable, and flexible with my schedule - I highly reccomend coming here. Ive already booked my session. :)

Booked an appt for 10/5 at 12:00 for a couples massage. Received an email telling me that no appt was available for that time but there was a 1:15. I responded back letting them know the 1:15 was fine. Showed up for the appt only to find out that I was never booked for the 1:15. Seeing that I am not from Columbus, booking an appt for a different day was not an option. As a business, if you are emailing clients to change their scheduled time, make sure you are checking your emails for their response!

Had the worst experience here for The Spa Facial treatment. I felt it was bad enough to report the issues to management, but they were pretty unconcerned about the $65 I had thrown down the drain. Unfortunately, mainly from the way the issue was dealt with from management, I will not be returning here.

I had my first and my last massage at Tranquility! I received a one hour massage as a gift. It was heaven. The environment is very... um... Tranquil, the staff is very helpful and Robin, the owner, is a gem. Even us guys need the occasional hour of relaxation. I think about the experience all the time and encourage family, friends and our team at Payex to pay them a visit. In fact, I have purchased several gift cards and have heard nothing but positive from those who went. Highly recommend you check them out! P.S. I think sometimes reviewers can be a little harsh and/or theyre the type of people that only leave reviews when theyre not satisfied. As a business owner myself, the fact that Robin monitors reviews AND responds to same says to me that she is very interested in her clients experience. Koodos.

Ive been there a few times over the years. My first time going, I purchased a day at the spa. I came home feeling like a new person. My husband bought me a gift card for Mothers Day during my first pregnancy and I used that one to get a maternity massage. Also a great experience. I had been in tears from the pain for weeks, and the massage left me feeling better for a week. My husband purchased another gift card for me on Mothers Day and on Christmas last year and I havent used them yet. I am pregnant again and will be going for several massages this time.

I have visited this place few times. I really like the service here. They have pretty food deals for students under 22 and also they call you ahead and remind you of the appointments. The microderms and dermaplanings are pretty busy and needs atleast a month in advance booking.

I 1st want to say thank you to the wonderful staff! My experience:I needed a last minute spa day package and tried to call them. Their phones were down so I emailed them. (Not their faults phones were down. Things happen.)The owner personally e-mailed me and set up my reservation for the next day. I was able to get in last minute which was awesome.When I first arrived there the staff greeted me with a smile and had me fill out paper work as soon as I got there. There was no wait.I came on a Tuesday so it was very relaxed.I am pregnant and asked for the maternity package. I got a facial, upgraded pedicure, and an hr massage all for under $300. Thats amazing.My massage was great. I asked for light pressure and she did just that. The room was very nice and comfy. I loved their pregnancy pillow. I wanted to take it home. Haha. I wish I could remember her name. She was wonderful! She was 30 weeks pregnant, so it was nice to have someone to talk to that knows what im going through and can provide an excellent massage.After my massage I had my facial done. The lady who did my facial was amazing and has a heart of gold. Her name is Tamicka I believe. (Hopefully I remembered right) She did a wonderful job and I loved chatting with her.I never had a facial done before, and she provided a great 1st experience. My face felt so amazing I bought some products to take home with me. (: She educated me on certain products, and explained some of the other facials they provide. I will definitely be returning to see her.After my facial I had lunch while getting my pedicure. I had chicken noodle soup and salad. It was a wonderful light meal. (They have a menu you can choose from)The owner Robin did my pedicure. She was very nice and made my feet feel amazing! Being pregnant my feet were hurting so bad and she made them look and feel amazing.I have been looking for a spa to go to that wasnt extremely expensive, that has a wonderful staff, and that has many services to choose from. Well, Im glad to say Ive found my spot! Im hoping to see them before I go into labor, but if not Ill definitely be returning afterwards!Thank you so much for the wonderful experience. I truly needed that. You guys were very professional, but very relaxed and were all around amazing.I love their star room too.
