I went last night to get my nails done. I got the dip, which is what I have used consistently for the last year on my nails. I was really pleased when I left with the way that they looked, but this morning I already have a nail that is chipped. I have never had the dip chip prior to this unless it was due to a nail breaking off. This was the first time that I had this service done at this salon. So, while I am pleased with the shape and length of my nails, what is the point in paying $40 for something when it doesnt even last a full 24 hours?

They did a really really good job on my nails. I got my eyebrows waxed too much and they look good just not as good as my nails....

It was ok the only problem I had was when the guy cut me on the side of my foot. They still charged me full price, he didnt do a good job on my polish either! I wont be going back there to get my feet done. I also had my eye brows done also now the lady that did a great job. My stars is for the person that did my feet!!!

If I could give a zero star I would, went in on Monday for dip manicure. It is now Saturday and they have completely chipped off. They started peeling not even 24 hours later. Also when taking off my previous dip they used a fake finger nail to lift instead of soaking it off, and when I said it hurt the lady named Sophia just laughed and kept doing it, who does that? Never will I come here again.

Not very happy at all!! I got the dip on my nails 2 nights ago and not 30 minutes later the top layer started peeling. I realized he did the top coat wrong and put gel on the top and used the black light. At the time I wasn’t really thinking because I assumed that he knew what he was doing. I went back last night and had to tell him to not use the light and the gel. I had to tell the “professional” to use the #4 “polish” from the Dip set and not use the light!! So irritating. He put the oil around my cuticles it looked fine and I left. Not a few minutes later my right hand looked horrible. I am guessing it wasn’t dry before he put on the oil!!! Very very unhappy. Not worth $60 for a bad dip and a not so good pedicure!! I will not be returning there. If your employees do not know how to do something don’t let them do it!!

I came in sat Sept 5 for a gel manicure. Today is sept 7 I now have four chip nails!!!! My nails originally started chipping yesterday just a day after getting them done Today I came in to get them redone and they were very unprofessional. I waiting for 30 mins only for them to have someone else to walk in and go straight to a chair. When I asked for a refund ( because he had just checked someone out) I was told to come back tomorrow that everyone was busy. I do not recommend this place at all.

I came here with my sister and her best friend for us all to get our nails done for my sisters wedding in Columbus. Great experience, it was fun! The staff is super friendly and inviting, not to mention they know their stuff! I definitely recommend making an appointment because it does get busy quick!

I went Saturday 3/14 and today is Monday 3/16 and my nails look like I had them done 2 weeks ago. I sat at table 1, she was really pushy about me getting gel nails because I aside I wanted regular polish. I ended up just doing the gel for convenience, but that was a waste of money. That was the worse manicure I have ever had. I honestly don’t even want them to reduce my nails. I guess I will keep looking to another nail place to frequent because this is not the place.

I got gel nails done on may 8th and they are still holding up without running to get them redone. Now that is something I can appreciate because when your really busy and cant find time to fix a nail or two or three and they hold up the way mine have that says the tech knows what shes doing. Wont be returning because we moved but I always came here had pedicures and waxing done as well and have had great service by them.

I love the atmosphere and the way the place smelled. I love these ladies- They are the best! I will definitely return there and my friends will too.

I came in at 4:10pm and I got seated and I asked could I soak my feet for a minute and he said we close at 5 so then he puts my feet in cold water and then the lady comes over and does my feet and she was done within 10 minutes she did a very very poor job and then while I’m sitting here one of the workers lit a cigarette before going out side and I’m 9 months pregnant I will never come here again very very very bad customer service

Just finished bringing my mother here because she went here a while back and got her eyebrows done . This time a pedicure. I was extremely disappointed in that service . My mother is first generation Spanish speaking and when I met her at that check out to pay my mother said to me ... “Are they going to paint my nails “ ? When I asked the girl why her foot nails weren’t painted she acted like she had no idea what I was talking about and proceeded to want her payment . Look I realize most of these places are ESL .. but it was clear she knew what I was referring to and wanted to rush her out . Very bad experience. Will not be here again

Came in the nail salon for getting the Shellac manicure/pedicure w/th MY daughter. They were super NICEEE! Feel so relaxing by their atmosphere. 100/100 stars to you Infinity Nails!

I got my gel polish on my natural nail done Saturday and it is the following Monday... when I got them done they didn’t file the nail down, buffer it out, just clipped my nails shorter and put the gel polish on. It started lifting and cracking yesterday, and today they just peeled completely off.

This is the worst place in town to go to have your nails done or anything for that made. I went several months ago and had my nails done and my eyebrows waxed. My nails were so thin and narrow, my fingers looked disgusting. And my eyebrows were crooked when I left the building. I pointed all of this out to the manager himself before I left. He did not offer to fix anything, only told me how much I owed...and he actually seemed to be aggravated with me for bringing it to his attention. Once the charges cleared my bank, I disputed both transactions. Within a few days, I received my money back in my account. And I will never be back!

This my second time there. The atmosphere is nice and everyone seems friendly. Howevever, the lady who did my nails today was NOT Amy! 😣. I wanted coffin shaped. Some ar3 and some arent even tho they were when i walked in... Other things happened, but I got the days Amy works and itll be necessary that I go in on those days..🤕

Please...pick another salon. I do not live in Columbus any more but often go with my girl friends for a pedicure when I am there. We picked this one because it was closer to my hotel. 2/3 of us got the raw end of the deal. Mine started out with cold water followed by the lady not trimming my nails but cutting them too short. From there we got the quickest pedicure on record and it did not remotely resemble the description on the menu. Then when I realized that the color I had selected was not exactly what I wanted, I cant even describe the face I got for that. We selected the organic option which was supposed to be new that came with the most expensive price tag. I can assure you it was not worth the money or effort I wasted to be there. No sooner he she gotten up from the quickest pedicure on record...her only words were...you want to pay me now? Choose elsewhere if you are looking to get your moneys worth...from a fiscal perspective and an experience perspective.

I will not be going here again. The young girl who clearly did not know what she was doing, cut my nails too short. They were also jaggedan uneven. The massage that I opted for that coincided with the service was very very short. She applied very thick nail polish . I had to tell her to take it off and apply a different type of polish. Im very displeased ang will not be going to this place again!

Please don’t waste your money here. So unprofessional. I asked for ombré nails and the lady took probably 15 mins to do them. They came out so bad. My nails didn’t last a week btw. they also over charge.

I just moved to the area, and this place was near my home. I have worked in the customer service field, and I get it that everyone has their bad days, but I dont think I have ever been to an establishment where EVERYONE is completely rude and disrespectful to the paying customer. Also, a lot of the staff were eating sunflower seeds, which was a little strange since they are touching peoples hands, and they were getting spit on theirs. Gross. I wanted a fill and pedicure, and I like to try fun things with my nails, design, color, etc. When I told the gentleman what I wanted, (after he said he could do whatever I wanted) he looked at me like I was a complete idiot, loudly sighed, and told me it would look awful. He did it wrong, not the way I asked, but I was tired of dealing with his attitude so I just accepted it. When I got my toes done, the lady didnt say a word to me, except my feet were very dry. When she was done, I said thank you so much. she just looked at me and walked away. Just so...RUDE, I couldnt believe it. When I went to pay, they asked if I wanted to leave a tip, which was very tacky I think. Normally, in that kind of business the customer offers if the service was satisfactory, which it wasnt. I did however, leave a tip because I do like doing nice things for people regardless of the situation. However, the one thing I will not do is EVER give them my business again. Oh, the very next day, all the rhinestones on my nails fell off because he didnt seal them properly. There are hundreds of nail salons around here, with better attitudes, save your money, and go some place else!

Went in there had no wait Time, they are very unprofessional in my opinion. Went in to get acrylic put on today and he he cut my thump open with the drill, payed 70 dollars for it and told the man to add a 5 dollars top and the man laughed....will never go again

I went in for an acrylic fill and gel polish. My nails are uneven in length and shape, the polish looks really bad and my natural nail is still showing. They were unsanitary and she cut me. I paid for my service but I wouldn’t go back. I wouldn’t take my dog there.

Got gel nails. They took no time to be precise and get the full nail painted and the gel also burned my nail bed. Its been less than a week and theyre peeling. I spent 30$ whenni could have just gone to my regular nail guy at angel nails in pc and gotten 2 services that last at least a month and a half at the minimum

My pedicure looks like it was done by a 5 year old and my manicure does not look much better. My nail tech painted my cuticles and when I asked if she could get it off of my skin, she said then youd be able to see your cuticle and you are not supposed to. However, polish does not even cover my whole nail right beside it. I had to constantly ask her to paint the sides of my nails which are still not painted all the way. I also trusted my nail tech to choose a polish to match my toes, which it was no where close. She knew I was not happy so instead of charging me $40 she charged me $45. I am going to a different salon today to pay MORE money to get them completely redone. I will NOT go back to Infinity!

My nails dont look too bad, but the customer service is HORRID! They dont take time to listen. They are rough when dealing with nail prep. They dont passing much attention to what they are doing. They see constantly talking to each other in another language and only stop long enough to give you short directions. I WILL NOT BE RETURNING!

Bad nail service did gel nails in 15 minutes when it should take at least 30. Its been 4 days and my nails are peeling. Pretty upset because it was a mothers day gift and now i just have a bunch of misshapen half done nails. Would not recommend to anyone. Especially for 30$

This place tried to overcharge me and my mom then when I showed her I could do basic math she tried to give us $5 back which was still bogus because we were over charged by $15. The work is pitiful like the technician couldnt see the nails were crooked or just didnt want to see it. The paint job and designs look like that of a 4 year old or younger. I wouldnt recommend this place to no one.

I will never go back. There were only 3 customers there when I arrived for a mani/pedi. The guy who did mine asked if i was a diabetic because he saw my type 1 tattoo so I explained yes I was a diabetic to please be careful not to cut me. I have never had so many cuts in my life. I have taken pictures of 7 areas on my toes and fingers.They better hope none of them do not become infected. The polish is probably the worst Ive seen. For $52 dollars you would think I would be happy....not!

I thought Id try this place since I was in the area and didnt feel like going cross town to my usual salon. The place was busy which I saw as a good sign- boy was I wrong. First off the woman she cut me twice using the electric file. I should have left then and there but i wanted to give the place benefit of the doubt. Next the had no idea what almond shape means. After my nails were completed I noticed some bubbles and the woman acted as if it was my fault that dust particles ended up in my polish! I will never return to Infiniti Nails.Is there a health inspection service for spas? If so they need to be called to this place. After cutting me she continued using the tool and just hung it up afterwards which is not at all hygienic.Save your money for someplace else.

Worst pedicure Ive EVER gotten. My friend and I went thinking they would do a good job since they were so busy...boy, were we wrong. We chose the Organic (most expensive) selection on the Spa Pedicure Menu and they only used two out of the several things it was supposed to come with. After handing the lady my card (and having to tell her how much to add for a tip, because they dont have slips) I looked down at my nails that looked like they were painted by a 3 year old...Now normally I dont say anything but I couldnt stomach paying $40 for a crappy pedicure (I could have done a better job for FREE). I asked the lady that did my friends nails to fix mine and all she did was put acetone around the areas where the first girl had gotten nail polish on my toes.DO NOT GO HERE. NOT WORTH YOUR MONEY.

I have always gone here.... I originally had acrylic white tip nails with nail art with a jel overlay.... Tri is the only person that does my nails now. The second time recently.... I had my nails painted with nail art added with a jel overlay. The jel is much better especially if you are tough on your nails. Today I have my nails done Ombre... With the three different colors with a jel overlay.

I was in the salon yesterday 8/4/14 and as i walked in and signed in i was greeted politely asked what services me and my kids would like and thought okay not bad place isnt to bad not what im used to in my hometown we are from florida and just moved to fort benning so he tells us 5 minutes we end up waiting 30 i dont complain because we did not have an appointment so he finally assigns us who is going to be doing our nails he send my 16 yr old to chair 1 my 9yr old to chair 3 and me to 14 so we all go to our seats my 16yr old said the lady was very ruff and cut her she said she apologized but continued to be very ruff she did say she tried to conversate and that didnt go far as far as customer service this place SUCKS!!!!! so the young lady that was doing my 9yr olds manicure rushed through it as she was shouting a conversation across the salon with the lady that was doing my nails im very dissappointed in the experience they gave my kids for there first nail salon visit they were going back and fourth about wanting eachother jokingly the two femal techs so the lady that was doing my nails cut me with her toold and dam near cut my thumb with scissors as she was doing the length for my nails she was very ruff rude and DID NOT CONVERSATE AT ALL in FACT she turned on her ipad and watched some show in vietnamese as she was doing my nails i must say my nails look gorgeous but not worth the amount nor being ignored for the amount of money i paid for us to enjoy our nail day very dissappointed i wouldnt reccommend this place nor will i ever go there again for any service even if my nails are popping off!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i guess its back to looking around for some nail shops...

I just got the worst manicure EVER! I asked for gel nails with a french manicure and I got acrylic under gel! OMG it looks terrible. Then, they just pained white tips on over the big, fat chunk of acrylic and gel and it is already chipping off. I dont understand how a professional could do such a terrible job!
