I have almond shape nails. I went in for a balance and she told me she couldn’t shorten my nails and reshape them. I have had these much shorter with the same shape at the same place with a different woman. She made my acrylic nails very thin. A day after the balance my ring finger tip snapped off. 2 days after that my thumb nail tip snapped off. 3 days after that my index finger tip snapped off. I was not helped at all when I called to fix this problem.

I had a dip powder manicure today for the first time here after recently moving to the area. It was Dillon who did my mani, and he was extremely kind, careful and did a beautiful job. I’ll be back for sure!

I don’t even write reviews but I’m really upset. I had an appointment for a color change on my toes and fill on my hands..it took 3 hours. My nails also don’t match in length or size and the fill is gappy (still showing my natural nail, almost like I didnt get it done.) I will NEVER come back nor would I recommend this business to anyone.

This place is fantastic! Part of me doesn’t even want to leave a review so they don’t get busier and it’s harder to get in, but I just have to give them credit where credit is due! I’ve had my nails done by Cindy and Nick and both of them did a fantastic job! Other salons leave your gel nails with that collection around your cuticle which makes it awkward to grow out, but they don’t. My nails last a long time and the environment is friendly yet professional, definitely found my new nail place!

I love this nail spa I’ve been going here for a long time and I don’t want to go anywhere else!! The work is so good and they really take their time with it I love nail art they always please me with their work when I come in with a picture of nails they always do there thing with it. So gentle as well other salons will cut you but I’ve never been cut here I’ve been going here for a long time . Always does my feet so perfectly and is great prices I love a plus nails !!!!!

I find a lot of nail shops are not very inviting to male clients, especially for pedicures. I was treated like a customer. Service was efficient! but not rushed. I would recommend them to anyone. Hey guys, you might be surprised at what some soft feet can do for you. I will definitely be returning!!

I used this as my regular place for over a year and a half. Truly good work by a few techs. But I ALWAYS called and made appointments days ahead of time and still ended up waiting 30 minutes. Recently a nail tech only tried to only paint and not do a manicure and when I asked for the manicure she tried to argue with me saying I didn’t ask for it. I made the same appointment for 18 months. Great color selection, sad to have to leave because of bad business.

I got my nails done by Kevin yesterday and my nails have never looked better! He did a fabulous job. I am from out of town, so I’m not a regular but they still got me in for a quick appointment! Very clean environment & just a great experience. If you need a place to get your nails done in the Columbus area, go here!!!

I absolutely love this salon and will not go anywhere else. It is very clean and they take COVID very serious. I always see Nick, who does my pink and white nails and they always look amazing. He is quick, yet very detailed and very fun to talk with during my visits. All of the employees are very friendly. I highly recommend this salon!

This was an amazing choice!!! I visited at 3pm on a Wednesday, and got a pedicure. I am in the agriculture industry working in the fields outside daily and on my feet, so a really good pedicure was much needed. I made an appointment, but I didnt really need it. The massage chair was clean and provided wonderful massage. I had Sue (not sure how to spell her name). She was wonderful, asked about my preferences, and was not pushy whatsoever. I had the basic pedicure, and it lasted a good while, but it was totally relaxing. I have had some at other places when people rush through. The environment was relaxing, wonderful colors, not too much talking between employees, and music playing instead of TV. The polish appeared to all be brand new and in color order!!! I chose a dark purple, normal polish and the pedicure looks amazing. They do offer a discount for cash payment. I had gel on two nails left, and she even took it off without me even asking or suggesting it. Wonderful place, great atmosphere, and my pedicure looks great after 2 weeks still. Will definitely be going back.

I dont often write reviews, but this was such a bad experience that I had to. I came in November and Im still dealing with the pain. My nail beds were torn up. I waited two hours just for them to give me what I didnt ask for. I wanted acrylics and regular dark green polish (I brought in pictures) and ended up with tip extensions in an odd shape and a thick layer of light green dip. They looked like thick press on nails. I had to get the excessive layers of dip powder removed at another salon. I sat with acetone for over 30 minutes and it still had to be removed with a drill. I had the dip on for less than two weeks, but it was so thick that the cuticle area kept getting stuck on my clothes and hair when Id play in it. If you look at the picture I uploaded, my nails are still growing out (very slowly) and the upper half of the nail is brittle and bruised from where the six layers of dip were. The owner guy was really nice, and so was the woman he had do my nails. The job was just low quality.

I am thinking of going to this nail place the reviews are good so far but I was wondering if for acrylics the $30 includes any design and color that will go on the nails. The nails in the picture are the ones I want.

I enjoyed my manicure/pedicure. Today was my first time here and Tracy did an awesome awesome job. I kept thanking her throughout the entire process lol. I will definitely be back. The salon is clean and relaxing and you can tell that the owner takes much pride in the salon. He even wiped down my credit card after taking payment. Awesome, awesome, awesome! Thank you!

Had high hopes from the ratings. Unfortunately was let down. Recently moved to town and found the owner to be extremely rude to other customers which was a put off. As for my first experience it was okay, nails were adequate. I am right around the corner and would have been a great location to continue getting my nails done however as a small business owner myself, the place seemed pretty sorry towards customer satisfaction. I understand we are all running our businesses but man oh man what a let down to be a bystander and see how the owner reacts to discrepancies.Please review other 1 star reviews. I bypassed them initially, now I see how I could potentially be treated even after becoming a loyal customer.If you’d like to understand how the “manager” is read his responses to the complaints in these other reviews. Enough said.

This place is amazing. After a previous poor experience Nick and his team had me come back in and fixed my nails to be up to their standards. All the while making sure I was comfortable the whole time. I will be returning anytime I need my nails done 😁 I will also be recommending this place to my friends and family. Great job! I really love this nail salon and its owners/staff. Nick and Jenny are always there, and they/their staff do a really great job for a reasonable price. I generally get dipped nails and gel toes, so nothing fancy, but am always super happy with the results and my experience. I highly recommend them if you’re looking to try out a salon or are switching.

I went today for a gel manicure and a pedicure. I love the place but hadnt been there in over a year. I felt very comfortable throughout. The place was clean and sanitized, and although covid is always on everyones mind, I never feared for my safety. They are the best!

I went there for gel manicure and pedicure. Was way overpriced for the service that they did. They didn’t scrub at all during the manicure and pedicure. Just applied the polish and shaped my nails.Very disappointed. Will not return again. When asked about it they didn’t care to reply.

Got dipped powder that started to chip off after 2 days. Went back to get them fixed, they refused to redo them!! (Dipped powder should not chip off for first 2 weeks)!!!! Also not to mention they are over priced for the services and they will try to charge you more so make sure to pay attention.

My go-to place for dip nails. They have 100s of options and the staff always does a fantastic job. They are also great with feedback, too. If you dont like the color or there is a chip in the nail, Nick and his team do whatever it takes to make it right. Also very clean and modern, great music playing when you visit. Highly recommend!

Me and my soon to be daughter in law had appointments today and we were both 100% pleased with our services. They did an absolutely beautiful job on both of our nails.

I don’t know what to say. The service that I got here was mediocre. I feel like I spent way too much money on a pedicure to not be treated like a king. Also, she threw a hot hot towel on me and almost burnt my soul. I was in disbelief, completely took all of my zen away. I don’t think that I will be back. Honestly? I would look elsewhere for someone that is a little more passionate and compassionate. These services cost too much for just ok. Amirite?

Nick, the owner is horrible! My first experience I called to make an appointment, and as soon as I pulled into the parking lot (I was 10 minutes early) he called me back and said you better be on time or I will not do your nails. He fired his two best nail techs C and M (I won’t say names.) He is sloppy with work he doesn’t want to do, he has a horrible attitude, he is a toxic person to his employees. He once didn’t like the way I wanted my nails and got mad because I told him I wanted them narrow square not bulky and he made his wife finish my nails. He is so rude and I will not go back. I followed the two techs he fired to their new shop and will continue to follow them wherever their journey takes them. Don’t even bother making an appointment at A Plus, you will end up waiting still. They never take customers on time. Horrible service.

I picked this salon because of its high rating. Possibly they are wonderful with nails but I was disappointed with their pedicure. I chose the higher pedicure but it didnt meet my expectation for even a basic pedicure. There was no leg massage. I got the pedicure 2 days ago and I am already filing my toenails. They also did not trim any of the dead skin around the nail bed. What a disappointment. I love getting pedicures but I might as well have stayed home.

I have been getting my nails dipped for about three years now. I have tried many different nail salons and Nick is hands down the best there is. I will not go anywhere else now. Not only do they look perfect but they last for 4 weeks without cracking or damage. Not too thick and shaped just how I ask. If my nails didnt grow, who knows how long they would last. The salon is a busy place, so be sure to call ahead and make an appointment. Highly recommend!

I’ve been going to this salon since they opened this location and have never had a bad experience - I normally have Nick do my nails (dip) which is reasonably priced and if anything I do messes them up (which let’s face it 9/10 is my fault) Nick is always willing to accommodate getting me back in that day or the next for it to be fixed. I can’t wait for them to open back up due to COVID so I can get my nails looking right again - wish I could schedule an appt already for the 15th at 10am!!!

My girlfriend and I made appoints for 6:15 on Friday evening, called 24 hours prior to set appointment and were both super excited because we read amazing reviews! Unfortunately we did not receive our services because we decided to get up and walk out after waiting for over 30 minutes and watching multiple people go ahead of us and sit down to have their services done. We ended up calling another salon and headed there. Definitely disappointed though. Why take appointments if you can’t keep them?

I came in here originally when they were having an extremely amazing discount for grand opening but I have been coming ever since. I get pedicures and dip manicures here since they ooened.Nick does my dip every time and he is the best of the best. I have been to many other salons all over the place (boutique, large nail salons, small) and no one is as precise as he is. They also have what seems like 500 dip powder colors, so that makes it even better. Plus, under my dip my natural nails are long and healthy!Clean, modern salon with great team and great service!

With as busy as they are I couldnt do a walk in appointment but was able to schedule for the next day. Staff was friendly and the services provided were excellent. The owner went out of his way to make sure everyone was happy and taken care of immediately.

I have been here a handful of times, and each time i loved my powder dip nails. Last time i went, which was about two weeks ago, I had gotten a new employee. She did not know how to do powder dip, and it was obvious. I was with her for TWO hours for a fill which typically takes 30 min - 1 hr. Finally at their closing time, nick came over and saw what she had done to my nails. Told her to go home, and finished my nails for me. My fingers had hurt so bad and the trip was about 3 hours long at this point.I still had to pay the 70.00! Last week, 2 nails fell of while i was doing paperwork. One week after a new fill. I do not to heavy duty work, i do office work. This is very disappointing. I called to complain, said i did not want them fixed, just removed as my fingers still hurt! The guy told me i would have to pay $10.00 for the removal. I ended up soaking them in hot water and they came off (all 10) in about 5 minutes, Definitely would not recommend and would not give them any more business,

The best damn nail place in Columbus period. Nick and Jenny the owners are so professional and friendly. You want nails that shine like gems? They do that with just normal nail polish let alone gel. You want more color options than the paneton color wheel? They’ve got it! Dip? They do it? Gel? Yep! Aesthetic services? They’ve got you!!! Comfy pedicure massage chairs with USB ports? They have it. Spotlessly clean shop with serene atmosphere and bomb music? They have that too. If you pay cash, you’ll get a discount. Mondays and Tuesdays are not as packed as Wednesday through Saturday. Yes they do walk-ins but don’t be surprised if they’re so booked that they can’t accept your custom. One thing you won’t find at this shop is yards of waiting frustrated people. They tell you the truth about how long you may have to wait and then it’s up to you to choose to do so.

I had my first set of acrylics done here and Nick did a great job putting them on, no pain afterwards or anything, so I came back a few weeks later to have them balanced not sure the woman’s name was but the next day my nails seemed to hurt, I dealt with it for 2wks then decided to have them taken off and this time with a different lady who was kind and looked concerned as she saw my nails and kept asking if she was hurting me.. she couldn’t even tell if she was removing all the stuff off my nail or hurting my real nail... my nails were pretty damaged, paper thin, had to cut them really short, and my nails throbbed, they hurt for a week and half and still do a little when touched. I don’t know what exactly they did but I will not be returning. :(

I made an appointment for a Wednesday @ 11:45 am. I arrived about 10 minutes early was told I would have to wait 15 minutes from my appointment time, it ended up being more like 35 minutes. I was to receive a gel manicure & a pedicure. The pedicure was good. However within 4 days all the gels had came off my nails in one piece. The young lady looked like she was clipping my cuticles, but after looking at them after the gel came off my cuticles have not been done. They are nice people, I think just too busy, they did mention more than once that they did not have enough staff. I was going to go back in, however have decided that its not worth the time.

Walked-in for a gel manicure and the staff was extrmemely friendly and was finished within an hour! Two weeks later and my gel nails are still holding on strong, none have chipped or peeled.

For a grand opening, there were only 2 employees working. There were only 2 customers in the salon. As a walk-in, I wouldnt get in until after 2p.m. they close at 4. ODD.
