Went in to get mine and my daughters nails done for Halloween. Messed it all up. Said they wouldnt charge for making a mistake. Get done and charge me more then it was suppose to be.on top of all that very rude. Highly dont recommend

Quality of nails were great I really loved them, the manicurist who did mine was nice however the atmosphere with the other employees was not great, very pushy / demanding to get you to buy all the extra things. i absolutely hate when places do this it totally kills the client experience and for me personally from returning for future services….which sadly is long term revenue loss for a business :(

I got a full set and pedicure. They tried to apply the full set while I was getting my pedicure, it was extremely rushed. They were not thorough at all with my set, they did not put two coats of polish on my nails so my polish job was awful. I had globs of polish under my nails. After two weeks my nails were lifting and popping off.They pressured me to get the more expensive pedicure for callous removal and spent less than 30 seconds on the bottom of both of my feet.They are more expensive than most places in town and their quality is awful. I would not recommend them at all. They also charge a 7% fee if you use a credit card. It’s 2021.

I had a pedicure, it was very relaxing. You have several packages to choose from, I have hot stone it was wonderful.

My friend and I walked in for a fill in and she had one broken. My bill was almost 100.00 why? They charge $10 extra for NAILSHAPING! $20 for a fill in and $30 for fill and NAILSHAPING! But you get the nail polish for free still. I’ve grown up in a nail salon and never have I ever seen or heard this! Beware it maybe due to the times but they should word that differently!

I have been here multiple times and always love this place. The Japanese lady did an amazing job on my nails like always, but I am not very happy about the American lady with black hair named Ashley, who was working next to me and had a client. The two workers wanted to switch and her hostile rude comment made me become rude back! Right off the bat Ashley was very rude and gave a hostile vibe. I may never go back just because of her! I try to keep things professional & always being nice & sweet, but this girl got on my last nerve. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and she said something and I said “I’m confused... I thought you guys were switching” and she goes “ yea.....that’s what we’re doing” then the lady who did mine said “ okay im ready “ and Ashley rudely says “ no she wants you to do hers” and that’s when I said “ no yeah I want you to do them for sure” just very rude and I am going to speak to owner tmr.she instantly gave this vibe & giving death stares at me to . I gave them back tho lol but still, what do u expect ? I’m not going to sit there and allow a business I pay my hard working money to, to disrespect me

May be the worst pedicure Ive ever had. Every toenail is crooked and she cut me twice. Very pushy about additional products! There is also a 7% fee for using a debit or credit card. Should have read the reviews before I went 🙄

I like how they did my nails, but dont do a walk in. Make sure you have an appointment. They definitely take appointments first no matter how long a walk in sits there and waits. I will go back, but not without an appointment.

Horrible. I had a new set put on and it looked like I needed a fill when she was done. Nails filed unevenly…Painted horribly…honestly looked like a drunk person did my nails.

Dillon always does an amazing job, takes his time and make sure they look good and i leave happy! I was pretty disappointed with the $30 something dollar pedicure I got, she rushed through skipped a step or two, and didn’t do a very good job painting my toes. The “massage” lasted a whole 15 seconds, wish I knew the lady’s name!

Probably the worst pedicure I have ever had in my life. The trimming and painting of my toenails was top notch....my heels are another story. Minimum attention had me thinking they were not as bad as I thought. Wrong! Not long after I left and the lotion soaked in I could see they still looked and felt the same. I basically paid $27 to have my toes painted. Was told I needed to have selected the callous treatment package. I do not have callouses on my heals!! So ridiculous!!!

My first time to gossip nails and I had both a pedicure & manicure with gel polish. Ashley does a fantastic job! I will no longer go to anyone but her. I am picky and both manicure and pedicure were done to a “T”. Thank you so much Ashley, two weeks in and both still look brand new! I’ve been MANY other places and honestly dread getting nails done- not anymore though! So thankful for you!

They do a decent job, but the staff is terribly rude. Has been on multiple occasions.Walked in 2 hours before close, they were finishing off a customer. Employee snotily said she didnt have time for me, I was the only person in the shop.Easily agitated and abrupt, a kind explanation or answer goes a long way. Very poor customer service and more expensive than most other shops.

I have never been here so please dont use my rating but I have a question for the owner and anyone else. Do they do acrylic nails there? If they do are they good quality?

First time at this place since I am from out of town, but went to enjoy a relaxing day with some girlfriends celebrating one of their birthdays. We had pedicures and SNS dipped nails. The girl who did my pedicure was brand new. Now I was let known that they were training her the steps to follow for my $47 pedicure, but I could tell shortly after she started that this may have been her first ever. She was very slow, so I was the last in my group so everyone had to wait long time for me. She cut me multiple times and I have a very tender spot on my big toe now. I felt it was an expensive price for that service. On to my nails finally the lady appeared very annoyed on my request. (The reason we chose this place was they had displayed a lot of fun nails online so it didnt seem like it would have been a big deal to request more than just a simple nail). I have had dipped nails before and loved them. These I do not love. She only did 2 layers, Im used to getting 3 or 4 to make them harder and more than just get nails.I ended up spending $200 for my friend and I and I definitely do not think it was worth it at all. So nice facility but way over priced for services!

Only setback was that it was more expensive then it should have been its my first time I got them done a theyithey wherewwhere very short like I asked but $53 was nuts

Amazing! Came from out of town and am particular with how my nails are done. Ive been going to the same place for 4 years but didnt have time before I left to get in. Therefore, i ended up going to this wonderful establishment! Prices are decent. My full set acrylic was 26$ the gentleman who did my nails was amazing!

I went with my mom and the salon interior and vibe was nice, but the mans kids were running around the whole time. Aside from being adorable, His 3 toddlers were very disruptive to the nail artists. In terms of product, my Manicure was lovely and smooth! This was my first time there but i would go back.

My daughter and I had gel manicures. These 2 girls is Vietnamese’s descent are so friendly, prompt and efficient. 1 week later and still going pretty.

This nail salon does not like to give the customer what they want. They are extremely slow. When I asked for them to clean out under the nails I had to wait and wait for another person to do it and he damaged the finish on one of my nails. He quickly touched it up with remover and dismissed me. I had to go back to the person that started it all to fix it. I would not recommend this salon to anyone!!!

Used to be best in town. I have been a loyal customer for over 2 years. Now staff is rude, wait is unbearable wait with an appointment. If you don’t have an appointment, forget it, if they even acknowledge you it’s a good day....and they don’t answer the phone frequently enough to actually make an appointment. So bummed. I loved this place and the staff for so long. Last 6 months has been a whole different experience.

Just wanted to take a minute to share my experience at Gossip Nails Salon. I was there with a group of about 7 or 8 women all getting our nails done for a wedding we were attending in Indiana. We were all from out of state and I chose the salon based on a recommendation and the positive reviews. I cant speak for the other girls, but my experience was not that great. The day we were there, they were very busy and although we had made an appointment, they kept taking on walk-ins which made our appointment take longer because they were accepting clients in between. The girl who did my pedicure was fabulous and it held up amazing, the gentleman who did my acrylic tips DESTROYED my nails. He was rushing (Im assuming because of the line of people waiting) and overly ground away multiple layers of my nails and didnt bother with my cuticles. I was disappointed because I have had acrylic tips done in the past and although I know there is some damage to be expected, my nails have always held up pretty well. My nails have never looked as bad after getting the acrylics removed as they do right now. Pieces of my nails came off in chunks during the removal process. My nails are thin, brittle, broken, and sensitive. I am hoping that this review helps in some way. I took the pictures at the end of the removal process so all the uneven and broken nails had already been cut down. **I tried posting the pictures various times and they wont post, not sure why.

Man this place can be so great one time and not so great the next time. They are always busy which is a PLUS FOR THEM ! But dont have an appointment option if you still have to wait 1+ hours or more. The little old lady is sweet but she is TERRIBLE. She did my nails 3 times and i feel bad asking for anyone but her. They were bumpy and thick not smooth at all. Her shaping is not great either. I asked for square round some are square some are round but none were square round. I cant remember the lady that sits at the front she is VERY FRIENDLY and nice she gives me pedis a lot and is one of the best things this business has. Also there is another lady who does nail designs wonderfully she is patient and makes sure its good !

I got a full set which was $26 for regular painted nails, no gel but I got my nails almond shaped and had to pay an extra $9 for that. I didn’t mind to pay but I had no clue until I went to pay and was informed then, nothing on the price sheet about it nor was I told.They were also a little rough my fingers still hurt after 5 hours.Also there were chunks of acrylic under my fake nails I had to pick off
