I love this place and the Owner is amazing. She will try to do any design you ask just show her a picture! Their massage chairs are awesome. They always offer me water and honestly my French tip pedicures last well over a month. Highest quality place I’ve been to ever.

Had a party of 3, said they could do us all at once but then only had 2 workers. Got gel with nail art (lines and dots) and they were so messy and she didn’t clean them up for me, I could have done them better myself. My friends nails looked good though. Also not a very clean business. Save yourself the time and money.

They always do such a good job and are so friendly. Even though i only get my nails done 2-3 times a year they always remember me and are so nice. Good quality and good prices. Once i was in a big rush and needed a manicure and pedicure and even though i had no appointment, they had someone start on my finger nails while they were still finishing my pedicure so i could make it to my plans on time. It was so thoughtful and also efficient af. Love going to these guys.

That was my first time here and I loved it. The owner treated me really well and made me comfortable at all times. For a regular, non gel, manicure and pedicure, it was clean, well painted, and relaxing. He took his time feet, which I really needed because I am always on my feet.Tip for all future customers: be nice and courteous to these hard working people. Good energy is good karma.

Tried this place for the first time today. I was a walk in. Super friendly, professional, and clean environment. Terry really took her time and did an amazing job! I will definitely be back. 10/10 would recommend. The quality for the price is incredible!

Ignore all of the negative reviews you read on here. I went in today for an acrylic fill in and had an amazing experience. The service was prompt, they figured out a way to get the exact color I wanted, Jack was full of good conversation, and he made suggestions that werent simply to get more money out of me. Prices were pretty reasonable. It was obvious that they actually care about returning customers and take pride in their work. He took steps throughout to make the final product as close to perfect as possible. Nothing felt rushed and it was the most comfortable, relaxing nail experience Ive ever had. 10/10, hands down. Im excited to go back.

Highly recommend this place. My nails are perfect every time I leave here. Got in and didnt wait long. I usually have the guy owner but I had his wife this time and she also does a fabulous job. The place is clean and bright. Prices reasonable. I got the dip powder and she paid very close attention to detail. 10/10 recommend

I love this nail salon. of all the salons i have been to, my gel has never stayed as long. i had gel stay for a month with no chipping or peeling. they are also so nice and really take the time to make your nails look perfect every time.

First time coming by here and I will be back. My acrylic set was perfectly shaped and polished. Also worth mentioning that they have a huge selection of gel polishes.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I walked in and the lady said 10 minutes. I asked her if she knew how to remove powder and she said yes. After 30 minutes of soaking my fingers in acetone she started scraping at my nails with a metal tool. My fingers were so dried out and my cuticles were bleeding. I had to ask her to stop and she said okay 10 dollars. Ill attach a photo of my nails so their work can be shown.. Ive never been so disappointed. All she had to do was say no, I dont know how to remove that. Instead she ruined my nails. I will never come back.Besides the terrible service and nail damaging experience, the place is a mess. There were finger nail trimmings at the table I was at. The pedicure stations looked so dirty I didnt even think about getting one. Their children were running around barefoot yelling and eating food. Im not sure how they passed their inspection....... Theyre in need of another. Overall, this is a very grungy nail place. Its cheap, but youre getting cheap quality as well. Not worth it.

The shop is very unorganized I literally had to wait in the chair with no water in it as she finished up another customer that was poor management of time. I initially contacted the salon and wanted to know if they took walk-ins she said come on as if she was ready for me when I arrived she was not prepared nor did she acknowledge that I was there so I took my business elsewhere.

There were a lot of good reviews about this place but when I went, the lady that did my nails was rough with my hands and moving my arms in uncomfortable positions. I got acrylics and she was careless with the drill and cut up the skin around my nails, once she saw that one was bleeding, she sprayed it with rubbing alcohol and then just applied nail glue to it. I was not happy about it.

It was great experience. Terry worked hard on my nails and I enjoyed it.

My gel nails almost always last AT LEAST 3 weeks. They have great service and little wait times. Definitely my go-to place in Columbus.

I have read some other people that have not given great reviews, but personally, they have always been great to me. They take great care of me. They have always been able to fit me in. They do a good job and for the same reasonable price as everywhere else. They have free wifi which is great because Im always playing on my phone when i get a pedicure haha. Have had many different people there that make nice conversation with me instead of saying nothing or only talking to other workers like I have seen at some other places.

The owner? was fantastic. She was friendly and did a great job on my daughter 👍🏼👍🏼👍🏼

The guy took forever to shape my square nails. Probably 30 minutes...then they still came out uneven. Some were crooked. When he put on the top coat it had a different purple on the brush so it changed the color of one nail. He didnt offer to fix it either. Not to mention, he hardly talked to me. Also, I guess longer nails are $5 more...doesnt make much sense to me at all. Wont return.

They will damage your nails for months! they dont paint all the way into your cuticles they leave a gap right when you get your nails done, they look a week old because of the gap. I went 3 times they either made my nails thick, or they thinned out my nail and damaged it, or it came out crooked. if they see someone else come in they will literally rush and tell you to hurry up and dry your nails because they need to move on. THEY WILL DAMAGE YOUR NAILS FOR MONTHS. nice people tho

I used to not get my nails done, until this place. They are so consistent and the finished look is always PERFECT. Now I look forward to getting my nails balanced :)

Definitely the worst experience Ive ever had. Dont go here if youre looking to get your nails filled or if you want to schedule an appointment. Problems: they lack attention to detail, get easily distracted (look away will filing down my nail with an electric filer and file down your actual nail, seriously damaging your nail--quite painful), and are unprofessional. I really wanted to give them a fair chance since I have read good reviews elsewhere and went in 3 times. First time I had a brow wax and nail fill. Lady waxed my brows extremely thin without doing it gradually and asking for my opinion. Oh well, I thought. It was cheap. I waited an hour for my service to begin for reference. Next I had a fill. Who I think was the owner was hesitant to have this other gentleman do the fill, but allowed him to. At one point someone came in the door, the tech looked up, and sanded down my nail bed with the electric drill. OUCH! He sanded down my fingertips a few times as well (weird, right? but ouch!). Obviously was not ready to be doing acrylics. I wasnt very impressed at the end, but at least they were cheap, right? Next time I had a fill, and the guy rushed through them. It was obvious that I needed the white part filled as well, but he pressured me into only having the pink filled. Apparently he had another client. I walked out with uneven, centimeter long french tips, with the tip, which should be white, being clear in some spots because it needed the white fill. I also want to note that he filed down into my nail bed in the SAME spot the last guy did, causing me to wince in pain. Ive been burned before, but nothing like that. YOU CANT LOOK AWAY WHILE YOU ARE DOING THAT STUFF! He then proceeded to lay the acrylic on top of it anyway and told me to come back if it swelled up or got infected and they would take it off. Oh. My. God. I dont know why I tipped again. Since my 2 previous appointments took so long in terms of waiting, I thought Id schedule an appointment. So I called the day before and scheduled a pink and white fill and brow wax. I came in for my appointment the next day, waited 45 minutes past my appointment time (I should have left but had an event I needed my nails done for), and then found out he forgot about the waxing and that the lady who waxes wasnt there. He started filing down my nails and I just said, you know what? How about you just remove them. He asked if it was because of the wait, but really, I just knew Id probably go through a botched nail job again and didnt want any more pain. So he proceeded to cut one of my nails and shove a false nail tip underneath and pulled the nail off, severely damaging my already frail pinky nail that had the nailbed damaged. I asked hm um, I didnt know you were going to do it that way. He said that the other way takes more time and I had already waited so long. I said I didnt care--whatever wasnt going to damage my nails as much was fine with me. Then he asked the other guy to take them off. He did that and then put a topcoat over it, charging me for a manicure PLUS the removal. I am so done with this place. You get what you pay for. Do yourself a favor and, if you have acrylics, go to someone competent.
