Walked in and was seated right away. Very professional and loved my Pedi.

I think I found my nail spot. Since I jumped back on the wagon getting manicures I have tried three spots. The man who did my nails was fast, delicate, funny and nice. My nails are so cute.

Just left Here! They did a good job on my toes and feet 😊 but messe me over on the price total like I was dumb! Never in the History of me getting my nails and feet done that the price cost $125! And that reason alone is why I will never be returning here again 😡 I also believe that use my disability against me to charge me a high price!!

My daughters first time getting a manicure done & she was absolutely in awe & loves her nails. They gave her great first experience, shes already asking if she can have the same woman do her nails next time. My nail tech was just as awesome. I wanted one hand pink and the other blue ombre, they didnt have the blue powder but once she heard its for pictures when my twins are born, she went digging & searching until she found some blue. That to me was really nice & is what customer service is all about 💖 absolutely will be back!!!!!!

I will say that one of my hands turned out really nice but that’s about it. I walked in I was immediately sat right away. That’s what the two stars are for but the guy who did my nails constantly kept scraping my skin with the nail drill and he never let up so the whole process was painful. Not even 2 full days after having my nails filled the gel started lifting on one of my nails so I called and their response was “well what do you want us to do?” Perhaps give good service and fix my nail free of charge maybe???? And what’s adding to my frustration is the fact that I paid $40 for just a fill in. I don’t know about everyone else but that’s a bit pricey for me considering I just got a plain color. Won’t go back. This is my second time going to this shop and the first time my nail got infected. Maybe that’s just me being dumb for even trying again. But be wary.

My first visit was awesome. 2nd visit quality was not as good. Third visit, the work was horrible. Wont be returning.

If I could give 0 stars I would and I HATE giving bad reviews. My mom and I were out for a girls day and wanted our nails done. I wanted a gel manicure and she wanted a pedicure. So we go in and sign in and I ask how long it will be. The man replied ‘not long, go pick out your polish color’. So we did and we waited. Then they had my mom go back to the pedicure chair and they let her sit for 20+ min while the water got cold and they started on other customers that signed in after us (not appointments). My moms tech cut her feet twice and my tech switched with another tech, to take someone else while I was in the middle of my manicure. I have at least 6 layers of gel polish on and my finger tips hurt from being dried under the lamp so many times. It was so quiet in there because they don’t talk to their clients. Wish I read reviews before we went. Won’t be back.

I liked that I was in and out fast. I just had my nails polished. I didn’t like that my technician was FaceTiming while painting my nails.

Everyone is very sweet and do a great job. I have had nothing but the best when I go there!

I come here about every 2-3 weeks for my nails- they are always quick and even their worst tech is better than a lot of places I’ve been. They are always willing to listen and really care that you like what you are getting!

You get great service at Top Nails. I get my pedicures and manicures there. They last and look good and if I have a problem I stop in and they take care of it no charge. The place is absolutely clean.

I have been going to Top Nail for at least the past 5 years. They are very friendly and efficient as well as reasonably priced. They are also very clean. I would recommend them to anyone. The only reason they dont get 5 stars is because they dont take discover.

Excellent Service And Manicure

Got powder dip for the first time and my nails never looked so bad. No only did the nails turn out bad but it was the worse service I have ever received from a nail salon. I am never going back and I hope no one goes and has the experience I did and waste their money here.

My nails always look fabulous when done at Top Nails! I have known the owners for years, the remodel is trendy and clean, and each employee there is very courteous and professional--taking pride in his/her work. I would truly recommend Top Nails to anyone wanting the best nail service in town!!

Just got a mani/pedi at this place and literally had the most rude person ever. Other employees seemed to be nice but the lady I had was rough, and rude and never spoke during either service. She would just swat your hands or feet when you needed to move. Ill never be back to this place. Very disappointed!

My favorite place to go. I get an acrylic balance every few weeks and I am in and out in about 45 minutes and its only 20$. Amazing.

Went in for a manicure and the technician cut my cuticle so deeply that I stopped the manicure. There was blood everywhere. An hour and 30 minutes later Im still soaking through bandaids. I would not recommend this place.

They were absolutely horrible. The male pedicurist with the short/long hair drew blood on my feet twice by cutting entirely too low, made no conversation because he was too focused on the soccer game & the woman sitting next to me. My toes were not cut & filed down all the way & when I went back in to get it fixed, they cut them but did not file them. I guess thats what I get for going here in the first place. I truly wish I could post a photo of what my toes look like now.

Have been going here for approximately 5 years. Always very impressed!! Linh has always done my solor nails. In approximately the last 6 months solar nail quality by Linh has gone straight downhill! Began using old polish and never covered nail to cuticle so that balance was needed very soon! The last 3-4 times polish on tips became rough by the time I got home! Had to smooth out myself!! Within a week polish is all chipped off and nails are horrible looking. Use to get compliments but now Im embarrassed to let them show!! Have had brows-lips-chin waxed here and the skin was literally ripped off so I had to use Neosporin for 3-4 days! Am inconveniently forced to go somewhere else!! Linh is no longer engaged with his clients!! Absolutely no conversation with clients as in past. I always tipped quite well! So upset! I am scouting for new salons in my area! Has only been a week for balance by Linh and since, polish has chipped horribly & I have to scout for new salon -spend more time -more $$ within a week for good nail job.Sooo dissatisfied!!! Will never go back!! 😡

I had got a full set white tip and they were done very poorly. I walked in with nail polish already on and the lady didnt even take alll of it off before starting. So now you can see the old polish thru the nails i had gotten done. They are uneven, poorly shaped and some are even slightly crooked. Not to mention another customer had walked in wanting her nails done that she claimed had gotten for $25 the last few visits and they were arguing with her telling her she will be charged double that.

Sub par at best. Been coming here for years and will not be back.

I went to get a set of nails. The guy that did them was more concerned with making phone calls and talking to other workers. He cut 5 of my nail beds and my hands were sore for over 24 hours. They look horrible and I am going to have to go some where else to get them fixed. Im not happy and would NEVER recommend this salon!

I want to start by saying that Lihn (who sits in the first chair) is wonderful. He does a beautiful job with acrylic nails. The other male manicurist was terrible. The first time i saw him it wasnt too bad. There were bubbles in my acrylic, which I didnt appreciate, but overall not bad. Then I saw Lihn twice. He did a superior job. This last time I got the other male manicurist (I believe his name is Dean) and it was terrible. He was rude (which I attribute to the fact that I saw someone else), he yanked my hands, my fingernails are still burning, he cut too close to my skin with the drimmel and I was bleeding and he didnt shape my nails evenly. I had to refile them myself when I got home. I will go back, but only to see Lihn.

Ask for a guy named Lin. he sits in the 1st seat. Hes the best.

Very rushed. Nails look decent but theres a few mistakes I had to fix at home. Plus, I had to wait for 25 min in the pedi chair. Wont be returning.

Im very disappointed with the service I got. I got a gel manicure for $35. Two days later, the polish is coming off along with my nails breaking. I was wondering why they dont have many people. I see why now

I had gel polish applied 2 weeks ago, and my nails were drilled so thin that my natural nails ripped and tore off...and I don’t even have long nails. Worst service ever being bounced around 2-3 techs. I have been getting gel for years, and there is no need to drill my natural nails down when NOTHING was on them. I have never once had gel polish make my nails tear off. HORRIBLE.

Terrible!!!! This is not the first time its happened. I got a GEL polish over acrylic balance. It hasnt even been 4 days and nails have severely peeled. Attempted to call salon asked for a manager. Person answering phone spoke clearly and understood me until I asked for a manager then all the sudden acted like I had the wrong number and claimed I wasnt understood. I asked about getting them fixed and get put off. Being told they are busy. Wouldnt even write my name down to let others know what happened when I go into have them fixed. Every time Im in I get the same service yet get charged differently for the same service as well.

Ask for linh !!!
