I went in today and was greeted by the owner. The way she greeted me was as if I was a regular customer, very personable. She greeted each person that walked in enthusiastically. Eve did an outstanding pedicure and was very nice and personable. Hands down one of the best experiences I have had at a nail salon. I will definitely be coming back here for my future nail needs!

I have tried other places because they are a bit closer to my home, but I keep going back here. My daughter and I had pedicures today. They are very friendly and accommodating. You get what you pay for, quality nail care. I would recommend to go here.

Gave a BEAUTIFUL dip polish to my thin nails. The tech was so nice and checked to make sure I got the color I wanted. Very calming environment Im very happy!

I use to come to this shop alllllll the time a few years back. I quit coming because the previous owner was always busy & the wait was a little lengthy. It is under new management now & it is running so smoothly. Staff is quick & friendly. My mom & I spoke to the manager while she was doing our nails & she is serious about her business. She’s very sweet, works hard & cares about her customers. I definitely recommend this salon.

I came in as a walk-in before my high school graduation. This was my first time ever getting anything other than nail polish put on my nails and I am so happy with how they turned out! It was also my first time at this place so I didn’t catch the name of the man that did my nails, but he was so friendly and patient with me. I will definitely be coming back soon. I really really love my nails.

I went in the other day to get a pedicure and Christi (I hope I spelled her name right) did an awesome job. She was very nice and took her time. I get bad ingrown toenails and I told her that and she got them out gently and she didnt hurt me. She listened to what I want done. I also went in today to get a manicure and the owner did them (I dont remember her name) she did an awesome job and also took her time. I will be going here from now on. 😊

So I came to this place today because I was running some errands in town and this isnt my usual nail salon but it was close to where I was running errands. I came when it was sort of busy and without an appointment, maybe that was my fault. But when I get there, this man tells me to come back in 45 minutes because theyre backed up and they have other people with appointments to take care of. Ok cool no problem. I come back after about 50 minutes to give them a little more time and when I get there he puts me in a pedicure seat and Im sitting there just waiting for about 15 minutes. After about 15 minutes or so he does come over and turn on the water. Well, another hour goes by and I am still waiting. Everyone of the workers there is ignoring me and just staring at me. After waiting for a total of an hour and 15 minutes I finally just leave because I have other things to do for the day and who knows how much longer I would have been waiting. As Im leaving I just tell the owner I have to go and that I will call and make an appointment but Im not doing that. Instead of apologizing for the wait or even offering a discount next time I come in for the wait he just says ok as I walk out the door. Now Im not a Karen by any means and I rarely ever leave negative reviews but I just felt like this was completely unprofessional.

Took my 14 yr old and her nail tech spent the whole time during her Mani/Pedi talking about her husband being in jail and doing drugs. My tech didn’t speak but my gel polish looked horrible. I would NEVER go back! They charge more than the classy place in town.

I think I will probably go back because theyre nice there and they talk to you and cut up with you not unlike some nail salons they wont even talk to you and they end up hurting you and dont say sorry so yeah Ill go back

Tip N Toes is the only nail salon I go to. They offer a wide selection of services in which I love, not to mention very clean. They always get me in very quickly even when busy and do an excellent job on my nails. This is one of the nicest nail salons to go to in Columbus.

I’ve been coming to this salon for about 4 years now and what attracted me is their cleanliness! I always enjoy the quality of service they provide their clients!

Really nice atmosphere. I enjoyed a pedi and mani here. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is the price of my mani was $30. The tech may have added charges for changing the shape and color after I saw how 1 complete nail looked. I think that design changes should be complimentary. Other than the price I paid for my mani, my experience was great.

Horrible experience! I went there with my friend, though I live in Atlanta, Ga, and usually get my manicures done there. After I got a full set with gel polish, the nail tech started making up charges, and charged me $12 additionally for the the shape and length! Btw I got medium length square shaped nails. When I finished paying I went to sit down with my friend who was still getting her nails done by the owner. I told her that I was unhappy with the price, and should have been notified for the additional charges that arent listed in their pamphlet. The owner cut into my PRIVATE conversation, and asked me why shouldnt it be that price, to which I was highly confused by this question, and responded with stating because thats not what is listed for your prices. No one could even tell me why the shape and length costs that much more! When I explained that I would not be going there again, she rolled her eyes, and proceeded to finish up my friends nails. Not to mention, she had her three kids yelling and running around the shop as if it were a playground. Oh and not to mention, this was last weekend and three of my nails have already broken off! Very rude and unprofessional, I will definitely not waste another cent on this pathetic place EVER again!!!

Great place to get your nails done. The employees are fluent in English and speak with you while providing the service. This is nice as they dont speak to one another in another language leaving you wondering if you are being talked about. Good quality and reasonable pricing.

My mom and I went in last minute to get my nails done for a ball and mom decided to get a pedicure for the first time in her life. This is the cleanest, most efficient, and friendliest nail salon I have ever been to in any town. My mother was highly impressed with the job Daniel did on her toes and is looking forward to us going back when she comes to town again. I am so grateful to Tom for the time he took to commiserate with me on how I had jacked up my nails trying to do them myself, and that he made sure to get them perfect for me. I will happily go back to Tips and Toes.

My daughter and I went in for a pedicure. Weve been here a couple times in the past, and my friend raves about it all the time so I thought it would be a good place to try again. I dont know if the person was new or what, but she cut one of my toes so deep it bled for nearly 40 minutes. She had no knowledge of what to do in that kind of situation. I tried to be calm because it wouldnt have helped the situation you be a raving lunatic, but its pretty ridiculous they had to put super glue to stop the blood. They didnt tell me thats what they were doing until I asked. After it was on there. 😠 She tried to finish after that, but I still left with half a pedicure and paid full price. No apologies. Nothing. We wont be back and dont suggest to others to go there.

Relaxing Friendly Clean

Ive been coming here a long time. In the past Ive been extremely happy with the services I get. Today however, I had a new kid do my pedicure. A 5 year old could have done better. And he HURT! BAD! Then onto my dipped manicure. First of all, they do it ALL WRONG. No led light should be used with dip. Second, 4 of my nails would not stop bleeding! I asked her to stop with the nippers, and SHE started to cry! WHAT???? Im sore all over, feet and hands, bleeding on you, and YOURE CRYING?? Then, no apologies whatsoever. That will be $97 please. I WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. Be warned. Im disgusted and in pain. Praying I dont get a horrible infection.

No good. Just terrible work. Tech was polite but the work speaks for itself. $40 for this? After I was shown and chosen an acrylic color. They don’t have it and had to opt for something completely different. Even though it was my first question before I sat in the chair. Unfortunately will not return or can’t honestly recommend.

I went there for the first time about 2 days ago. I wanted to try something new: The Coffin nails Shape, with the ombre design. I didnt want the fake nail, but to see if my real nail can hold the shape with an overlay. They did. My nails looks amazing. Tom, is super sweet, very welcoming. I will definitely be going back! They have gained a customer!!

My go to spot, almost never have to wait and if I do, it’s short. Very clean and good prices for the services received. I always recommend this place to others who usually end up raving about their experience as well. Highly recommend.

My friend and I went in for a pedicure a few days ago. We only waited a few minutes, however my friends chair was broken, leaving the massagers in an awkward position that hurt her back. There were plenty of empty chairs, but she wasnt given the option to move. The lady doing my pedicure cut my cuticles too short so the pedicure was uncomfortable and even painful when she sprayed the alcohol solution on my toes. Now Ive developed sores around my nails and my nails arent even painted all the way. There are patches on my feet that werent even exfoliated. We definitely wont be going back.

Visiting for my brothers basic training graduation and wanted to treat my mom to a mani/pedi. This place was right in front of our hotel so we decided to walk over. They got us both in right away. I showed them a picture of what I wanted done and he did it perfectly! He even fixed the design a few times so it matched perfectly. When I got my pedicure, the nice girl made sure the water was the right temperature and got me a beverage from their fridge. They pay a lot of attention to detail and make sure they have it just right! I’ve been to soo many places where they want to be done fast, so they slap some polish on, sloppily apply the fake nails, the filing is harsh, and they don’t even talk to you. But these guys are so gentle and so professional. Definitely come see them when you’re in town!

I came here after the nail salon by auto nation since Texas roadhouse claimed they were booked for the day. Wee, please forgive me if I spelled it wrong or gave you a different name again, was great. He was patient and careful. I truly enjoyed my experience. I will b back every two weeks.

I went on Thursday for a gel manicure and pedicure. The lady used two different colors from my toes and nails. She cut my nails way too short and the gel is already chipping after less than a week. And the regular polish on my toes chipped 2 days later. Not to mention the lady kept wiping her nose with her hand and then painting my nails....do not go

I have been using Tips and Toes for pedicures for sometime and always happy. Recently had Pink and White done...over the moon pleased.

I’m failrly new to the area and i was in search of a new nail salon, since i’m new to the area i relied solely on the good reviews of others when choosing tips and toes for a pedicure. When i entered the salon, i was greeted by the owner. He was friendly and provided a realistic wait time, which was long but i didn’t mind because i needed a pedicure. Unfortunately the service provided by the nail tech was less than exceptional, she seemed to have a attitude. She came to the chair slamming down her supplies and if asked to fix something, it was as if i was bothering her. Secondly, my paint job looks like my three year old did it, so im very disappointed after paying 46 dollars for a gel pedicure. Furthermore,the day after my pedicure, the base of my toes nails have been itching like crazy and peeling, which leaves me to believe the equipment used on my feet wasn’t properly sterilized. Employess are what give business a good name and she failed miserably!

They are very friendly and care about your well being. Their not ruff on you and stop if their causing you any discomfort. They do nails very well here and I recommend going 😄

We walked in and was told the wait time was 30 minutes. We left to get food, and when we returned, we were told to sit at the pedicure stations. They forgot my sister was getting a manicue, and when she finally got worked on, it was after I had already finished, and well over an hour past the quoted wait time. Never again.
