This is honestly the best mani and pedi I’ve ever gotten. The salon was very clean and the staff was professional and kind. My wedding is this weekend and I am thrilled I chose Elli nail spa to do my nails!

The ladies are always so loving and friendly! I love that they focus on natural nail care vs acrylic. I highly reccomend if youre looking for great gel nails! ☺😊

I researched a ton of places online and Im so glad I picked this place. Everyone is super kind, it is super clean, bright. It has a great minimal, modern, calm decor. Ive never been there before, Id never heard of it, but Im so glad I found it because its ah-mazing. 10/10 would recommend. Pic is of my tween getting her nails done too. Seriously call them! My person was Madison but the gentleman there was super nice also.

Ariana has always had difficulty finding a nail spa that would use quality material made to last. Since using Elli she has not had any fading or broken nail issues. Always sterile and manually file instead of drilling. This is the spot for quality work. Thanks!

Technicians are friendly and do a terrific job. Easy to make an appointment and they always return phone calls in a timely manner. I also love how the place doesnt have that nasty, overpowering nail salon smell. Able to relax without getting a headache. Good selection of polish, oils, options on the massage chair, and youre always offered a beverage!

I love Elli!! I go to the Grandview avenue location. They always do a fabulous job, with pedicures, manicures, and gel manicures. Clean, pleasant environment. Friendly, skilled staff. Always great results. My last gel manicure was still chip free after almost 4 weeks. I always call or email ahead to ensure my appointment time, although they do take walk ins. I have always been satisfied with both my experience and the results. Worth every penny!

Got cut badly on my cuticles. Not once, but three times on three fingers. Just cant justify that.

I have been to this nail salon before. I am usually pleased with how they do and how they treat their customers. Today, I went to get a gel mani and I arrived around 3:30pm, there was one customer in the salon being helped. I saw a minimum of three other employees that were not currently busy. The woman stated that she couldn’t get to me for at least 45 minutes. I’m confused how on your website you state walk ins are welcome, but do not help them.

Jamie is the one who who gave me my gel nails, and I have to say that she was amazing. Great to talk with, very outgoing and cares about making you feel comfortable. Day 2 with my nails and they still look great and I use my hands all day. Will use this salon from now on!

I always enjoy going to Elli! Olivia was my manicurist this time, and shes bright and lovely. I appreciate that I can get a great mani/pedi for $50! One thing to note is that they only accept cash for the gratuity.

Every visit here is great! Friendly & funny technicians do a fabulous job on my nails. Great selection of gel polishes. Location is always clean & professional.

I could have done a much better job at this. I specifically told them to keep the length, and then they made my nails as short as possible. They also got polish everywhere on my hands and didn’t clean all of it up. Plus, there was a wax dip (?) that they did where they didn’t clean up the wax after, and they just began painting my nails with wax still on my hands. I am extremely disappointed.

Excellent job. One of the cleanest most hygienic nail salons I’ve ever been to. Being in the medical field I cringe at the practice of other places. Trust these folks hands down!

Polish I received on my toes rubbed off that same night. They lack the ability to do any nail art, design is not great and they cant do ombres. Though its nice to have a more healthy alternative and go into a salon not smelling all the acrylic in the air.

Nice atmosphere, cool downtown Grandview location and fast and quality manicure. I liked the music they played and the tv show they had on. The woman who did my manicure was very polite and friendly. I appreciated paying before she started painting my nails. Its a nice nail salon.

Prices are way too high considering the local competition in Dublin. The atmosphere is okay, but again, theyre not offering anything extra that would justify the cost of their services. At least offer a girl a glass of champagne!

Gel manicure-lasting 2+ weeks (Sunday will make 3 weeks and Im sure that itll still be here) through work, the gym, numerous hair washes this stuff has stayed on! Its fabulous. I enjoyed the minimalist, clean atmosphere as well.

Got love gel manicure on 3/16/2018, pd $64 witch included tax and gave $10 tip. The extended hand and arm massage was totally ridiculous and my thumb nail has already chipped 4 days later. Does not seem to be a professional nail salon as you set at a table with no light and place hands on a towel and have to hover over gel light for manicure, will NEVER go back, serious waste of money!

They say they are open until 6pm but they don’t take any manicures after 5pm. Why are they sitting around after 5pm doing nothing then? Poor service.At 5:15pm today there were five employees in the store and zero customers. They declined a simple manicure and said they are only open in case someone wanted to purchase a gift card.

Favorite place to get a pedicure! No one is ever in a hurry, the place is beautiful, nails turn out great and they always offer you coffee, tea or water. What more can a girl want??

We had arrived about 30 mins early for our appointments and we had a wedding to be at. They took us in early and made or nails and toe nails flawless. I highly recommend you go get your nails done by Tamika and kalee. They are so nice and make getting your nails done so fun!!!!

Fast, friendly service in a clean, well ventilated environment.As a first time customer, i really had no preconceptions of what a manicure salon should be like. But the atmosphere, cleanliness and professionalism of the ladies at Elli outranks every other location I have been to.Please make sure to bring a little cash for a tip, as their CC machine does not have that function, and the service is well worth it.

UPDATE: No I will not be returning.You can offer me all the free services in the world. Won’t happen. I drove 45 mins to go there and you cancel my appointments without notifying anyone bc the time I selected wasn’t convenient for you and another (larger party) wanted scheduled close to when we were. So please don’t lie on your response about the reason why is bc the manager had a death in the family. That had nothing to do with why you did what you did to me. Sue told me the exact reason and apologized bc she had no choice the manager made her do it. There was three of us that came together every 3 weeks. You could have called one of them since you couldn’t get my number right.I have been going here religiously for months. Well this last time they changed my appointment....tried to tell me but called the wrong number so when I showed up for my appointment they told me they could not do my nails like it was my fault.... won’t be going back.

Worst manicure experience EVER. Other nail salons were closed due to it being a holiday so I thought I would try out Elli. What usually is a 45 minute removal/application for my gel names took almost TWO hours. The girl made me bleed on multiple fingers and at one point I had two girls working on my nails at once. Very unprofessional and did not feel 100% clean. Im not sure if the girl was new and didnt know protocol. Instead of using towels, she brought out a brown paper towel from the back to do my nails on. As she was about to apply the third coat I asked her not too as I was running late for another appointment. At the end the other girl offered me 10% off but my bill was still $43. I went home with nail polish all over my hands and fingers and my nails are bumpy. Very dissatisfied with my service and definitely not going back to Elli nails. I wish I had stopped my manicure halfway through because I will still have to go get them redone.

I had my nails done with gel polish and they started to chip the next day and now 5 days later all my nails are chipped and look awful. Anytime Ive had gel done else where they last at least two weeks with no chipping

Went with a few coworkers today...very clean and comfortable salon, very competitive pricing, and plenty of workstations and technicians. I got a Quick to Endulge Mani from Christina, looking forward to booking another appt with her soon. She was ery friendly and really took her time to ensure that everything was done properly and also meticulously cleaned up the edges of my polish, which I very much appreciated. My coworkers were also impressed by the techs and services they had, one with another Quick mani with gel polish removal, and the other with a Care to Endulge Pedi.

Gel nails here last at least 3 weeks! The price was a little more than what I was used to paying but worth it!
