I called at like 3:50 and they fit me in at 4. My nails were horrid and she didn’t make me feel bad about them looking so bad. She happily started working on them and suggested nail dip. So I tried it and liked it. I am very satisfied with my nails 💅

I have been here twice. The first time was wonderful. Second time the two ladys where swamped but got everyone done after a wait. I will go back again.

I truly believe this is the best place Ive found. And its right next to my Villa barber shop where I do hair and Im taking over eventually! Love ya Seyla your the best!

Awesome service! I booked two pedicures for my mom and I and both our techs were super nice, easy to talk to, very thorough but also very gentle. The space is small compared to other nail salons but that allows it to feel intimate, which we absolutely loved!

I’ve tried literally 20 other salons and I finally found my home. Stephanie is absolutely fantastic, every time I leave I feel like a new person. I’ve had acrylic nails for year and I switched to dip with Stephanie and she nails it every time.. they are all so welcoming and sweet. Love it here 🥰

Absolutely ADORED this salon! The staff were so friendly and were making conversation the entire time with my friend and I. Even some of the other clients getting their nails done joined in on the conversation. Will definitely be my main salon from now on. 😊

Absolutely do not get any type of design. At all. Save yourself the frustration and money for them not being done well.

The lady that completed my nails made my nails and feet bleed as she was doing the services. Also, an acrylic set and pedicure was a total of $118 for not the correct color as requested and the hospitality was atrocious. They used a cheese grader on my foot and we made an appointment and did not get in until 45minutes after.

I went here in October for full set of acrylics. It took over 2 hours for them to finish me and my two friends with appointments and being the only ones in there on a weekend, not to mention we were all left with mediocre manicures. I noticed initially that it looked unclean (nail products everywhere, blowing the used dip powders in the drawers and on the other manicure products, lack of cleaning materials). About a week after my manicure, I noticed my nail beds coming up from the cuticle and flaking. The next nail salon I went to said I most likely contracted a fungal infection at this appointment. It is two months later and my nail bed had a dead line in it for weeks and has just now completely fallen off on my thumb . I am in awe of how unclean this place was and hope that no one else has to experience this.

The lady who did my feet, had used a cheese grater which should obviously never been used on feet, but the pedicure wasn’t a horrible experience. All though the lady who did my nails, continued to cut into my cuticles and made every single one of them were bleeding. We made an appointment and made us wait for 45 minutes until they got to us. It took us almost 3 hours to get me and my friends done and we were the only ones there. Way over priced for what they are giving us.

My husband and I are in town from the Cleveland area and decided to get pedicures. I highly recommend Grandview Nail Spa. The pedicure and conversation was great! We will definitely be back when we come back down to Columbus.

I loved my experience here. I walked in and was seated right away with the owner, Stephanie. She’s usually always booked due to the fact that she specializes in nail design. I choose to do a pedicure with normal polish and a circle cut with a gel manicure. She helped me pick a color that complimented with my skin color and I’ll definitely be coming back! Extremely professional and clean.

I came in today with no appointment, i was greeted nicely and the women were very friendly! I didn’t have to wait long at all and that was nice. I am from Cincinnati and I am here for work, this place is better than the ones I have been to. I love the girl with the tattoos, she was so sweet!

Heard them say they are working by appointment only due to pandemic. We had a grat time, and they did a great job on our pedis! Will definitely be back.

I was in town for the Premiere Columbus Show... However, I was unable to get a fill in before leaving Michigan... So I have been traveling ALL OVER the Columbus area, looking fix my life and my nails! After a LONG search...I found Mrs. Stephanie and she didnt disappoint! (ESPECIALLY after poor customer service at ANOTHER salon earlier)..... I am put all the way back together now!! Very nice result. Had manicure with gel polish. Helped me choose color. Very detail oriented. Did a thorough job with layers. Great price for the service. Will return.

This is just a tiny little spot, easy to miss. When I saw the building I didnt expect much but the service was wonderful! The lady who worked with me was super thorough and even asked if I wanted one last coat of polish. No other nail salon has ever asked me that. I will absolutely be back.

Best pedicure I’ve ever had! I am VERY picky about nails and this was amazing. She spent almost an hour on my feet meticulously doing each step. Highly recommend!

I have gone here 5+ times now and have only left 2/5 times with no complaints. There is one lady that works there who is great, the others, not so much. I always get gel and they never paint the whole nail, leave dents, etc. The last time I was there I asked the gentleman to fix the dent on my nail and he “fixed” it by making it worse.

I walked in here with disaster nails and Seyla was so inviting and gave me confidence that she could fix them from a previous nail salon. Seyla did SUCH A GREAT JOB. These are my favorite nails ever - I literally cant stop looking at them. I highly recommend!

Ive tried many nail salons in Columbus, and this is one of the better places. The online booking system is easy to make an appointment. I went today for a gel manicure and pedicure. Both were as expected-- good products, nice massage chairs. The customer service was great-- at one point I had a coughing fit, and my nail technician brought over a bottle of water and a throat lozenge. It was a small gesture that I greatly appreciated.

Ive gone here at least 3 times now. The pricing is great for Columbus. Employees are sweet and extremely professional. Highly recommended! All in all, this place is amazing and totally worth every penny.

The manager has a thick accent and it was difficult for me to understand her. I asked her to repeat some things and this apparently made her upset. Do not go here without cash! They acted like I kicked their dog when I handed them my card. The lady doing my nails was nice and did a great job. If I go back, I will make sure to have cash. They are very casual. They all ate lunch right beside me. Didnt bother me, just unusual to see at a place of business.

I’ve never had a bad experience here. I go all the time! One time I went for an acrylic fill and I had originally gotten the acrylic nails put on at a different salon when I was out of town and they put them on so horribly. They popped off, were crooked and were bumpy. The Grandview nail tech, instead of just filling it in, offered to remove and redo them for no additional cost. I really appreciated them realizing they were horrible (from a different salon) and offering to fix them even though they weren’t the ones who did a bad job in the first place. I don’t go anywhere else anymore!

These ladies are super friendly and accommodating. They made sure I was satisfied with everything before moving onto the next step. The price was pretty good, given the location too!

What a great experience. Had to find somewhere for a last minute manicure and gel change while on business trip. This was a great choice. They are kind and very gentle. My nails look great and my hands feel wonderful. I will come here again when in town!

Me and a couple friends wanted to try pedicure for the first time. They had walk-ins, so we went in. They are reasonably priced and did a good job. Very friendly ambience. They prefer payment by cash even though they accept card.

Went here for the first time after trying many places around Columbus and being disappointed. I saw this place has high ratings so I thought I would give it a try. Lily did my gel manicure and did an excellent job! Really focused and attention to detail. Very personable place. You can tell they value their customers. Will be going back!

My pedicure was a relaxing and reasonably enjoyable experience. It was not my favorite pedicure nor the best, but you get what you pay for, and there is nothing wrong with that.That said my wifes experience was not the same, her technician kept leaving her to handle other things in the shop and then when she got attention; everything was rushed to make up for the time. My wife was distraught that she felt like she was just an annoyance instead of a customer.I think it comes down to who you have as your nail tech, especially seeing the experiences of other customers. They are short-staffed, and it can make things very hard on them.

I randomly paid this salon a visit after I yelped them while in the Columbus area. They are amazingly sweet and patient. They are very creative with their work as well. Couldnt imagine going anywhere else. Its such a gem!

Used to come here often, my nails were always beautiful and the staff was friendly! Took a short break on my nails, when I came back for another dip powder, they were SOFT feeling and began chipping and peeling off immediately. I was also charged an additional $10 more than I was more 2 months prior.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND! This is my new place to go! I was the only one in the salon at the time I went. The nail technician brought me coffee, changed the TV station to ESPN per my request, and did a great job on my pedicure! I was surprised the salon had nail dryers near the floor for my toes afterwards. Clean, great service, will return!

After going to la vie nail salon and telling her to soak off everything and doing a fresh over lay, she drills gel off and then the solar. After that she take a fake nail and starts to peel it of my nail and took my nail with it. She did not start soaking til she saw I was mad. Try to tell me thats how she does it. So I left and ended up coming here. They finished SOAKING off what the other place did not. They were very understanding and my nails look great even tho I have to grow my nails out all over again 😔.

Just overall bad customer service. Giving them a 2 because I did not have my nails serviced here, however I was desperate for a manicure on a Friday night and they were the only place open. I went in at 7pm & was so thrilled to find a place open (they close at 7:30pm) and was polite enough to ask if they could squeeze me in real quick instead of just assuming. They said I had to come back tomorrow as they were just sitting and talking at the front desk. You would think with the amount of competition they have they would take as many new clients as possible. Just sending some feedback to management and turning away customers!

I am beyond happy that I found this place!! ! They WERE always friendly and mellow. Im so HAPPY with the finished Gel product. SO AMAZING!

So disappointed with my experience this morning. I had the very first appointment of the day for dip nails and they were late to open. The guy who did my nails rushed the entire time, he even hurt me a few times. The job was very sloppy and I can tell he thought so too. I will not be returning. Complete waste of $45

Never ever again. The woman who did my nails cut my fingers multiple times. The nail shape was completely wrong. Very very thick. Uneven. And I was there 2 and a half hours!!! I cried after my nails were done. They were so bad another place couldnt fix them and had to add brand new acrylics

Grandview Nail Spa & Brows- one of my top fave nail salons now. Which is no easy feat when it comes to multiple layers. Never have I ever had such perfect nails :)).

Read the Google reviews and had to go see for myself. The manicurist did a superb job on my nails and was a real sweetheart. The prices are right and its local. Thank you again and Ill be visiting again!

I was excited when I read some nice comments, how they take time to do pedi...But I was so desapointed the way the guy was just focus on my toes and down my foot.When he starts, I feel happy because he try to remove cuticles on my toes. And after he did not even touch around my foot. I have dry skin around and between my toes. He did not even brushed them. When I try to tell him, he pass on telling me that I need to help myself home.And this is the same thing I was hearing since I try to do pedi. We dont have the same pedi problem. Im not paying more the $50 just to clean my toes. SPA Pedi is cleaning your toes and foot for them to look nice. After 35mns, they are acting like they just want you to leave the place.They dont want you to say that you are not satisfied. They are talking chinese for you to not gear what they are saying about you. Sprcialy when you bring them a lot of work.The pedi even mani, you need to see first what the client went before you start.Why they have differents prices?They put fees when you pay with the card. You dont even know why?This is just a place to come when you dont expect any pro service.And the lady who is doing nails, very rude. She show me and say on my face that she doesnt went to touch me....

Absolutely terrible. Came here because I needed to get my nails done sooner than I could get in with the girl I usually go to. The man used CND for one nail and switched to regular acrylic for the rest and lied about it when I asked why. The lady forced me to pay before I was done and was completely unprofessional and rude about it. Not to mention how unsanitary this place is. I should have left the second he made my cuticles bleed. My nails looked terrible, way too thick and I had to go home and fix every one. Their pictures on their site are all pictures that they found online, none of their own. I neverrrrr leave bad reviews but this place was TERRIBLE. I will be going in for a refund as soon as they open.

Got dip nails - they are uneven, thick, blotchy and you can see the powder. Left the mess on my skin surrounding my nails. Dents on every nailbed.

I came here on a whim yesterday to get a gel mani, regular pedi, and eyebrows touched up. I had excellent customer service! The guy who did my gel mani was very detailed and made sure I liked everything before setting the gel in the light. I had total of 3 people help me and had great experiences with each. two thumbs up!

Staff is friendly and personable! One of the best mani/pedis Ive had!! All of their products are top notch and smell amazing by the way! Very clean and modernly styled facility!
