By far the best nail salon I have ever been to! Nobody compares to H2O nails! I have traveled to many states, tried many salons, and H20 is BY FAR my favorite. Everyone is so friendly; when you walk in they call you by name and everyone smiles... They remember you & engage in friendly conversation. And, they do a fantastic job. They take their time and are very particular about getting it just the way you want it. I do have a favorite person, but from my experience, everyone there is very professional, cordial, and good at what they do. And, I always come out looking fabulous!

They really take the time to do things the right way. Although they were busy, I never once felt rushed. This was my first time here, but definitely will not be my last.

I love coming here and bringing my friends and family. The techs know your name after a couple of visits and are always friendly and professional. The quality of products used is superb and the ambience is clean and relaxing. Highly recommend visiting and checking out for yourself.

I’m in Ohio for a short stay and needed a fill. I was not happy with the last place I got them done. Tim was amazing! He made me feel comfortable, he took his time and he was so friendly. He reshaped my nails, cut them down and made them perfect! I then decided to get a pedicure. Christina did a wonderful job she was patient didn’t rush and paid very close attention to detail. I highly recommend H2O nail care! Thank you so much for providing excellent, sanitary care during this pandemic! Also reasonably priced. I’m a firm believer in you get what you pay for!

Relaxing atmosphere, kind people, very clean. I came in just before closing and she was very thorough despite my keeping her late.

My new favorite place! That’s what I said a year ago and it still is. Twee did my nails yesterday and it’s truly the best polish job I’ve ever had. Others have done my mani and pedi here and it’s always great. Lovely atmosphere. Highly recommended.

They were easy to get an appointment in a moments notice. Walk ons are welcome but appointment allows to plan a little better.

I came here today with my mother. The place is very nice and seems clean. But my toes looked better BEFORE my pedi. My toenails were really short to begin with.... I told the girl I am trying to grow them out. 10 seconds later she is using nail clippers to cut them even shorter! I couldnt believe what was happening and told her abruptly to STOP! So at least one foot didnt get butchered. Why someone would do that is beyond me. I wont be back. Learn to listen to your customers instead of looking at your cell phone! Where is your professionalism?!!! I hated having to pay for this pedicure. I barely have any toenails left. And the polish job.... I could do better myself. See photo.

In the five years that I have been frequenting H2O I have never had a negative experience. The nail techs are all excellent. The environment is clean, nicely updated and the chairs are very comfortable, cozy and massage worthy. I have been recently experimenting with nail art and they have always met the challenge.

H2O is my go-to nail spa. I live about 35 minutes away, but always make this location my top choice to get my nails done. I started going a couple of years ago with my mother in law and have had great experiences every time. All the girls in our family go, and every nail tech knows us by name. Its amazing that they have so many clients, especially ones that return continuously. The atmosphere is clean, inviting, and relaxing. They recently did a floor flip which looks great! One awesome perk of H2O is how long they massage your hands or legs during a service. They always do such a great job! Looking forward to my next visit.

I have been coming here for years and the ladies and gentlemen here do an amazing job. It is always clean, quiet, timely, and you can feel comfortable going to any technician for your service. Even after just a few visits, they remember your name and other personal details and make you feel appreciated as a customer. Glad I found this gem in Columbus.

I go often for waxing and pedicures. They do a great job. Twee is my favorite though. Shes top notch with excellent people skills. Also, theres a discount if you pay in cash.

I have been here twice and was not satisfied with the service I received. Both times I was hurt during my services (mani and pedi) and I got a fill with gel polish and the price was outrageous ($45 for a fill with gel). I left unhappy and my nails did not look good, they were uneven and not shaped properly. I would not recommend going here

Absolutely do not recommend this salon. I stopped in a week ago for gel nails. They looked pretty nice, but not even a week later three of my nails are chipped and they look very faded.

$80. For a mani pedi. Got home same night and pinky toe polish popped right off (reg polish).2 days later my gel mani has chipped off.Very disappointed, spent way to much for cheap polish that doesnt even last 48 hrs. Never again.

Do not recommend this place at all! The employees are not friendly at all. They charge so much and do a very bad job. My nails looked horrible/crooked. Even though I made an appointment, I had to wait 45 minutes. Very bad service.

My friend and I meet in Columbus periodically since its the halfway point between where each of us live. I read the reviews online and couldnt resist giving this place a try. It was SOOOO worth it!!! Its now our official new meeting place. The staff is amazing - so friendly, so professional, and so good at what they do. By far, this is the best pedicure and manicure that Ive ever had - and Im a seasoned mani/pedi recipient, lol. You wont regret going here - your only regret will be not having gone sooner.They also offer waxing services if youre looking to incorporate that into your visit. I didnt get anything waxed since I thought they focused on nails only, but Id be willing to on my next visit.
