I have been a patron several times at this establishment and have always felt something when being serviced. My last visit I decided would be my last and wanted to write a review regarding my experience. When I went to the site I read a couple reviews and was disappointed to find similar experiences, but it confirmed what I felt. They really dont value their customers. I too felt they mistook me for someone else and treated me like I was not a valued customer. I too wonder if we all look a like to them.I arrived at 5:30 for a basic manicure. There were only two customers being serviced and several of the techs were doing nothing. The gentleman directed me to sit at a dirty station (that tech was getting her nails done and her station was dirty, apparently from the previous service). I thought that was unprofessional to have a customer wait at a dirty station while other techs were just sitting around. However the tech by the front desk instructed me to go to her station. Long story short, she commences to debated with me about the service I wanted (regular polish verses gel). She even said that if I dont like the way they remove gel, that I could do it at home before coming in. The entire conversation (tone, body language, and all) made me very I uncomfortable. Another tech (her sister) even chimed in. As I sat getting the manicure, I heard another tech talking another customer and it mimic one of the reviews I read about the business. The entire experience was sub-par and I would caution potential patrons. There are too many nail shops in town to not feel like a valued customer.

I have recently moved to Columbus and have been looking for a nail shop....I stumbled across this place and decided to give it a try, needless to say I was very pleased...Van who did my nails was very professional, sweet and just overall super friendly, I messed up my thumb nail and she just kept assuring me it was ok and she was gng to fix it....if you are looking for a nail shop give then a try....I will definitely be going back!!!

I go to Easter Nails because they always do a great job. I have a nail that needs repair because it splits. When they fix it, it lasts for 6 weeks. The staff are very sweet and take pride in their work. Highly recommend! Wendy Wijegunawardana

I’m so saddened to say . I’ve know Easter nails for so long. I come on town from Atlanta & Nail Tech was very busy so I go down the street. I walk in they automatically judged me or maybe even thought I was someone else maybe we all look the same. I get told by the First Lady in the right chair if she knew it was me she would’ve said no. I was baffled. I let the comment slide bc I literally need a balance so bad before work and I work every other time nail shops are open . She then goes to ask me what service I need 3x even though I said it she starts writing the price and specifically says I don’t need you saying it’s to expensive after the service so you need to pay now. That hurt my heart not only do I not walk out on anything I never walked Out there & I don’t even have an appearance of anything harmful . You really need to do tighten up hope they don’t treat others like this . Nothing is worth letting anyone disrespect you. I said I don’t know why you said that but I’m ok. And walked out politely

I like going here Teresa is very nice has good customer skills. The guys are also very nice. Shop is very clean. I hav no problem with them. The one that i hav a problem wit is Van. She’s good at her job, but her attitude is not business lik. She talks about customers to other customers. She changes the prices eveytime u go there. I always get the same service. So unless i break a nail or need a cut dn add eyebrows then the price should be the same. But Van goes up on the price everytime. It’s sad bc i hate changing nail shops.

This was my first experience today at Easter Nails. I am so impressed with how my whole visit went today. I had a pedicure and my feet feel and look amazing. All the staff were very friendly and carried on conversation, made me feel welcomed. The shop is very clean, well maintained. There is a huge selection on colors from polish, gels and powders. I was looking for a new salon and I will definitely be going back.

If there was an option for half a star, they would have it. Ive only had pedicures done here. Ive never had a problem. Ive had great service up until this point. I decided to have a manicure done. After one day, my hands looked terrible. Chipped off paint the next day. If I would have had a particular coating on my nails, it would only be guaranteed for 24 hours. I will not be returning. I spoke with a lady who evidently confused me with someone else. (Of course, we all look alike!) There is no reasoning with them at all. Glad it wasnt for my wedding!

I came in right before 5:30 and there were 2 other people waiting. I was told that I could wait, but they might not have time to do my nails even though they close at 7pm. Irritated, I said “I hope you do because if I wait an hour and a half and don’t get service then I won’t be back”. She snapped back and said “That’s your choice!”. I scratched my name off the list, walked out and drove down the street to Nail Artist where I got my nails done for a lower price, and felt welcome to be there. It amazes me that places like this stay in business. I had every right to be irritated by the fact that I drove all the way to the salon an hour and a half before they closed to basically be told I can wait but might not be seen. Her comment was unnecessary, and let me know my business wasn’t wanted. You should be treated like a customer when you spend money somewhere, not like a nuisance. I wish I read other reviews before going because there are MANY like mine. I waited tables and bartended for 10 years. I understand wanting to go home when people come in right before close, but in the 10 years I worked in the service industry I never let the customer know that. Also, an hour and a half isn’t anywhere near right before close, especially when I can clearly see there are only 2 other people waiting. I won’t be back. Reviewers please take heed to the reviews. Spend your money somewhere that actually wants your business. There are so many nail salons in Columbus.Edit to the nail technician who responded:You are flat out lying.You remember the situation going differently, but you don’t remember telling me, “that’s your choice!” in a extremely snarky tone? Those were your EXACT words. You also failed to mention in your response that the only reason I mentioned that I could go home and wait for a call was because immediately upon entering the salon I was told I would have a long wait. I let you know I had no problem waiting, and still was told I could wait but may not be seen. My entire interaction with you was so unwelcoming. Like I said, you made me very aware that you did not want to provide me with service. I could understand if it was extremely busy, or if it had been closer to close.Instead of being apologetic for inconveniencing your customer you were rude, and as I un accommodating as you possibly could have been. The nail shop I decided to go to after leaving yours had less people working, and more clientele, yet were still accepting walk-in’s 15 minutes before they closed. It’s called providing quality customer service. The fact that you responded just to try and call me out on something you KNOW is true just makes you look worse in my eyes. I don’t usually leave reviews, and I didn’t leave the review because I couldn’t be seen. I left the review specifically because how YOU made me feel as a customer, with the hopes that you might see and think before responding to your next customer so negatively.

The wait wasnt bad I had an excellent they getting a pedicure but it was $59

I was a long time customer of this establishment. I went there on 1/2 and I believe I was overcharged and WILL NOT be returning. They charged me $65 for a deluxe pedicure and $65 for a balance and repair which is ridiculous. The young nail tech (can’t remember her name) said the reason was for my $65 balance was due to a one nail repair, gel removal ane gel application in addition to length. This is bs because I went to a nail salon in my neighborhood and they only charged me $43 for the SAME THING. Same length and needed a repair as well. If going to Easter Nails just know they’ll overcharge; especially if you’re wearing designer things.

They are way too over priced. Ive been getting my nails done since the 6th grade and NEVER had to pay over $90 for two BASIC fullset! Short length. Now wI was expecting to pay $80 maybe $85 but $96 and some change i wont be back

Price on the door says $15 for a fill-in, dude starts working on my nails and then tells me it’s going to be $48 cause they have to take the polish off and charge for each color I was getting, then declined me service. Most ratchet nail shop I’ve ever walked into.

I went into Easter’s nails yesterday to get my nails done. The man that usually does my nails and that has always did an awesome job was not in he was on vacation and he was going to be gone for two weeks. The manager was there and she said she was able to do my nails. Once I sat down in her chair she said that she did not have any White solar power to do my nails. Which I know solar nails are not that popular I felt like she did not want to do my nails and put in the time to take care of me then she told me she was very busy and that she ordered the white powder and that if the order came in that she would call me. I felt like she lied to me she just didn’t want to do my nails due to being lazy because if you do solar nails it’s a very lengthy process. I am very disappointed in her behavior. I would not recommend this nail salon I will not be going back to it they just lost a great customer plus I always gave a great tip..

If I could give this place 0 stars I would! I faithfully went to this location for years, but I got a fungal infection from their dirty tools that is causing my big toenail to fall off. It costs one thousand dollars for treatment and I will have to deal with this for the rest of my life! Whatever you do, stay away! Its worth the extra $10, trust me!

I was a long-standing customer for over 7 years faithful and I used the technician she did my nails incorrectly after spending $75 on the service and nails were done incorrectly in order for them to correct it they wanted additional money Ill never go back again they have no loyalty to customers who come in and pay their money and patronize their shop

**NO STARS** Very rude! Especially the nail tech in chair 1! Had a nasty attitude because I smudged a nail! Like come on, who doesnt!?. And then repeatedly told me that next time they would charge me to polish ONE nail. And what made it worse was the fact that she didnt even properly fix the polish. She just used nail polish remover with her finger to remove some of the polish and painted over it! Its clumpy and ugly! The guy in chair 2 proceeds to take about me in there language saying that he had to fix my polish the first time but it was actually because of him. He smudged it while painting my nails and also got an attitude about it and had to fix another nail because a piece of hair was on it. They are so unprofessional, she proceeded AGAIN to tell me that next time they are charging me to fix a smudged nail. I told both of them that I would NOT be returning and she continued to be rude about it. HORRIBLE PARKING ALSO. Go at your own risk!

Ive been going to this place since it has been open. Its in a small lot so parking isnt the greatest, but the ladies are amazing. They really take their time and my Pedicures seem to last longer. Van, Jenny, and Teressa are the best.

Penny pinchers!! I was a faithful customer for over 4 years and always got the same thing done to my nails, white tips. Last visit I asked for a different SHAPE and they wanted to charge me extra. I was told by the manager I had to get them longer for the coffin shape. I showed her a picture of the coffin nails at a shorter length and she still said it would be more. I paid the extra and had less to tip this time since I was charged more. I went back next time and they told me Juan was not comfortable doing my nails anymore, Im guessing because I tipped less? You would have thought I caused a scene or something? Disappointing!!

I’ve visited this location 2 times both times I tipped the nail tech. I just went back today and they refused to service me because the nail tech said after doing my nails last time, he was uncomfortable. I asked several times why he was uncomfortable and the lady could not give me a specific reason. She said we just don’t want to do your nails anymore. In my 30 years of living, I’ve never been denied a service. I’m appalled by the way I was just treated. Furthermore, I signed in and sat there for 20 min before they decided to tell me they weren’t servicing me. I left feeling so confused as to why they treated me that way. Do NOT visit this place. I repeat do NOT patronize this awful nail salon. Never in my life. Smh.

Horrible! Bad job on toes. Over charged my card. Was rude to other customers while I was there. Wow honesty just do your own nails, it will come out better Im sure. Dont get me wrong im I am sure there are talented nail techs in there but that business and customer service have never met. Worst pedi ever. Worst mani ever. If I could give zero I would and I want my 20 bucks over charge back even after I tipped. Smh!

They are good with full sets. The older lady in the front on the left hand side is the best one to me. I think her name is Ming. I had one of the guys who work here give me a Pedi & I was so disappointed. Their eyebrow waxing isnt the best neither. I guess you get what you pay for.

Last set I got was great, this one.. not so much. Theyre all uneven all different shapes and sizes and they didnt clean out the inside of the nail. They look like trash thanks :)

Similar to what other customers have reviewed, the staff here is extremely rude and they are penny pinchers. Their work is decent, but you can get your nails done better with way better service elsewhere.On one occasion, the manager charged me extra for having to get a 3rd coat of polish after the first 2 coats still left visible areas where you could see through my nails. Okay, so either leave with my nails looking a mess or pay extra, I paid extra. They also charge extra to paint one nail a different color.At my last visit there I was told only Jenny would do my nails and the other staff would refuse service because I mentioned that my gel nails started chipping 2 days after I got them done and I was criticizing their work. Okay, so if you do bad work you get upset with the customer for mentioning it. That is absurd.I absolutely would never want anyone to do my nails that wont take feedback and will try to charge me for poorly done services.I will never return and if you expect any type of professionalism, this isnt the place for you.Id recommend Volare Nail Spa. They are amazing. They do great work and the people that work at Volare are phenomenal.

THEY CHARGE FOR ANY AND EVERYTHING! $1 per rhinestone, $10 for BASIC design just 2 fingers etc. The tech asked me if I wanted my nails cut down I said NO she says extra $8...I asked if she charged for,cut down she says yes $5 like damn u gonna charge me regardless. Lady did my eyebrows and when I asked her have she been,doing them for a long time she got upset...F this Im going back to HOT TIPS..I always wondered why they were never busy..thought I was winning....NOT! Dont get me wrong the work is good but customer service and pricing is TERRIBLE!!!!

I had a horrible experience here. The lady argued and raised her voice at me about a water, yes a water. She told me it was 50 cents and I told her it is usually free and this send her on a tail spin. I feel that she is most likely mentally ill and her business will never last with this type of behavior. I was unable to continue the process because obviously this irrational behavior made me uncomfortable. I would not suggest that anyone go there ever. I have been a lot of places over the years and the energy in this place was down right bad thanks to this batty lady, whom I believe sadly is the manager.

Easter Nails deserves NO STARS. I made it my business to write a review about them. They are so money hungry its ridiculous. I get a gel manicure and toe polish change and am paying $50 when their sign says $27 for gel manicure and $10 for toe polish change they up the price when you get in there. They are true penny pinchers and have no morals. I stopped going in there because they dont deserve anyones money. I will continue to tell people not to visit this place. They deserve to be shut down. There is one nice girl in there Jeni but the rest are horrible and have been rude to me on numerous occasions.

Nail tech never spoke to me, felt rushed to choose colors/ design,, when I asked about pricing, Van n guy tech got very upset n said I should not even ask, I felt ganged up on just for asking prices... They kept on me an amongst themselves in diff language. I got up and left without even drying. Whole experience was negative and I will never ever return. Also the parking was not good along with hard to take left on Morse road was risky!!! Dont subject yourself. Hot tips on morse n Cleveland is great. Been a week ny nails need redone already...

They are very out-of-date on their services and way too expensive me and my daughter went there they charge me $25 for a full set and then $19 for a gel nail polish and $2 for each additional different color on one nail which is ridiculous

She had my name wrong as brittany and i said thats not my name she said yes i know you cos you have a line on your nose you need to go somewhere else. I never go to this shop. Im embaressed and appalled at them and will be filing a report.

I came there a couple of times and a few of the nail Tech did my nails wonderfully but one day the owner of the salon decided to do my nails because they were busy and she was very disrespectful towards another customer and then became very disrespectful towards me I decided to let it go but now its still bothering me after all of this time I think its time that she realizes just because you have a salon doesnt mean you have to treat your customers very rudely and nasty a customer knows what they want and what they can afford that was the problem with the other customer and she had a problem with it but she became very nasty towards me and I had to check her about it and I never came here again so sad because she had to very good nail techs that lost out because of her.
