This was the worst manicure I’ve ever had. I had called and made an appointment for a gel manicure and pedicure with regular polish. When I got there I told the lady at the counter that I was there for my appointment for those things. Then an older woman comes up to me after I pick out my color and asked if I wanted gel or regular polish. I said gel on my hands and regular on my toes. So then she sits me at the pedicure chair and doesn’t fill it with water and proceeds to just paint my toes. Didn’t exfoliate or file them or anything. I thought maybe for some reason she would do it afterwards, so I sat there confused and let her keep painting. Then she said we were done and I said that I was confused because I wanted a full pedicure and she didn’t file or trim my cuticles or anything. She didn’t understand me and just told me to sit at the manicure station. So she started doing the same thing to my hands, and I said no, I want a gel manicure. So eventually she understood me and gave me a manicure, but this is terrible. I then had to tell her again I still want a full pedicure and I had already told the lady on the phone that’s what I was scheduled for. She asked if I wanted her to redo it right now and I said yes, and I felt like she was talking about me to her coworkers in another language the entire time that she redid it. It was super embarrassing and I felt like a jerk, but she tried to blame me for not being clear when I was. Anyway, my nails look sloppy and she gave me hang nails everywhere and the polish is full of bubbles.

I went in for a full set with gel polish and my nails look awful. I had her fix two nails while she was shaping them but they just kept looking worse. The shape is weird. I was cut on two of my fingers. Gel polish all over my fingers. Just a poor and careless job.

Photos below are 5 days after I got my nails done there. Charged almost $90.00 for manicure and pedicure and I didnt even get full set or anything fancy. Just gel nailpolish. Master seemed to just hurry. Super disappointed and overcharged. Never going there again.

My daughters came in yesterday and asked for long coffins... these are not coffin longs and the flames on them are just I dont know but there bot even ok.. my child said this isnt wat she was wanting and the lady said no its good.. wouldnt listen to her. This is the 3rd bad experience with tip nails..the 4 photos are what she got the 1 with long nails is what she wanted!

I went in wanting a fill and the lady started cutting off my nails. I told her a i wanted a fill again after that and she looked at me in shock. She then proceeded to tell me my nails were long anyways and needed it... thats why Im in here..for a fill and trim? She also did not soak off my nails either, she ripped them off with another acrylic nail.At the end my new nails were thick and not at all what I wanted. I usually dont complain about nail places, I just wanted to try a new place. Im just disappointed that she also charged me for a full set price too. Never coming back. Very rushed

Everyone is very friendly and there always busy I call ahead an make appointment so my wait isnt long. This is one of my happy places😁💅

I got a mani and a pedi. My toes are fantastic best place i have been in a while. A different tech did my fingers and they are not as great. Uneven gel polish and I got my cuticle nicked so that bleed for a minute. But would go back for the pedis

I took myself and my step daughter to get manicures and pedicures because she was getting ready to go to the hospital the following day to have her baby. I paid for her to get acrylic nails as well. I paid almost $160 and in less than 24 hours two nails on my left hand had most of the polish off and today ( which is 2 days after getting them done) the pictures below are what my nails look like. I could have painted my own nails and it would have lasted WAY longer and been WAY CHEAPER😤

She did what I wanted but I needed a new full set and she just cut them and made them short so next time I will have to do a full set and she rushed to get me done. But I love the color she did

I had a basic fill and the quality of polish job was absolutely horrible 😢 I requested to have them redone by owner but she would not fix them. I feel horrible for sharing bad news but the price you pay to have your nails done is not cheap. I was so unhappy I hope this review will help some of you not to waste your hard earned money like I did.

I love Amy and Kim. They always make my nails beautiful. Same for My Mom. We just love them.

I used to go here for years in a row. Never once have I been displeased with the service. However, I went there today and wish I would have went somewhere else. The lady I had was nice and very fast. Probably a little too fast because she ended up cutting me on 3 different fingers. I wouldn’t recommend going here if they’re busy. They will just rush through it and not pay much attention to you.

Hard to get them to answer the phone. Better using Google to contact them.

This is the 3rd time my daughter and I have used this salon, hoping they were just having bad days but they do not honor appointment times and are very pricy for the quality of work.

I went in with high hopes as I was referred by a friend. Only to get a 2 minute manicure, and a horrible job on my nails. I asked for them to charge me half price and they refused. Here is why.She massaged the grit from my nails (where she grinded them down) into my hands and arms. She did not even bother to wipe it off! I told her 3 times when cutting my cuticles that it was painful and she laughed! You pay $20 (which was unknown) to get your cuticles dry cut and a massage that was like an unsanitary exfoliant. I would not get my dogs nail cut here. The worst experience I have ever had.I asked to speak to the owner and I’m sure you know what followed. All of them speaking back and forth in their own language.

The service was absolutely amazing. They were very professional! My nails were perfect and foot was so soft and polish to match perfectly. I will continue to come back for service. All staff were so nice.

They are not worth their raised prices. I have been going here for 2 years and the last set I had done did NOT stick to my nails and they were done thin. One of the sets I had them do was so thin that I could BEND THE PLASTIC TIP. They over charge for trash work. They also nip you with the drill, and twll you to stop moving when you flinch.

Terrible job. to fast, rushed. very rough on both toes and nails. not professional. rude. cut my skin. doesnt even paint your nails right. definitely dont recommend coming here AGAIN.

This is the best nail salon in the entire surrounding area. Almost, if not, perfect every single visit. Extremely consistent. Most employees here take their time, and are more than willing to fix something if it’s not correct. Literally will not go anywhere else.

I haven’t had my nails done in a few years so I decided to go and I always went here before and my nails looked great so I went back. First off I’m a guy and so I know people are like “oh” but still. I got bad looks from all the workers. I blew that off. Then I saw the nail art design board and saw the faded looks and decided that’s what I wanted. So I picked out my colors. (Dark blue and gray) the whole process was okay besides the lady like wouldn’t talk to me. I tried to make conversation and she just kept giving me short answers. So we get to the color and she put the “dark blue” on and it was a lighter purple color so I told her and she took it off and after 3 different times we found a blue that was dark enough and I was kinda annoyed at this point so went with it. We got to the gray that I wanted fading out of the blue down to the tip. So she starts up at the top by my cuticle (I think that’s how it’s spelled) and I said no the other end and pointed to it. The second time she put it in the same spot!!!!! So I told her again and she took it off then just have me a gray tip. A straight line. Not faded. So I was beyond annoyed and just told her to take the gray off. So she did and now my nails are just blue but not even the dark blue I wanted. After I left and inspected them they are not even, not painted all the way around, they are lumpy and I have nail polish around my nail on the skin that she didn’t even take off. It’s safe to say I won’t be going back. Sorry for the long review but I needed a rant.

While my wait to have services complete was extremely long (2hours as a walk in on a Sunday), I love my nails! I realized going in that I was going to have to wait since this is one of the few salons open on a Sunday however I feel that it was worth the wait. Prices are much better than other salons in town and my nails look great. I got exactly what I wanted. If the wait had been shorter I would have rated 5 stars!

The girl that did my nails cut me twice and my nails winded up breaking off

The place was very nice and clean. Tony did both my pedicure and nails. The pedicure was amazing but I am dissatisfied with my nails. I understand I chose the stilettos nails which not a lot of people have mastered. My nails came out way smaller in length than expected. You can see the white on the side of two of my nails and three of my nails look as if they need a refill.

Was cut 3 times and still paid full price for set. Charged extra without notice. Acrylic all over fingers. Very unprofessional.

My first visit to this nail salon was 9/8/18. I am so glad I did. Excellent service at a fair price for the manicure and spa pedicure I selected. I felt relaxed and my nails looked great when I departed.

I went last Sunday, which I knew would be somewhat busy because Top Nails is one of the only nail salons open on Sunday. However, I waited an hour and a half to have my nails done. I showed a picture of what I wanted and did NOT get what I wanted. When I left, My nails looked like they already needed filled yet, my best friend(had hers done at the same time by a different person) her nails STILL look fantastic! Im annoyed that I waited so long and paid $40 but they look terrible. The polish has bubbles in it. Just all around not a great experience for me. We chose Top Nails because we have had such great experiences in the past but, after this last trip, I will find somewhere else.

Worst nail experience ever. The wait was short and they did good on my toes but I got a new set and it is awful and I don’t have money to just go somewhere else and get them redone. Very inexperienced it seems. I had to show him a picture of what shape I wanted and none of my nails are the same at all and the paint job is sloppy as is the design. Absolutely never going back.

This last time I went the guy that was doing my nails was talking to another guy and laughing at my design i had from before when it was done there. It was not the best design but it was extremely rude!

I asked a few times for a soak off and she clearly didn’t want to hear me and did it her own way, ripping off my pinky nail she didn’t say sorry she just glued it back on!! The shape is not how I wanted and was told one price and charged for a whole different price!! Will not be coming back!! Waste of 60 bucks!!

This use to be the only place I would go. Owners changed yrs back and this place has gotten so bad. The nails are different shapes, length. Prices are getting higher.

If I could put less than 1 star that is what i would rate this place. I was there 2.5 hours. I got a pedicure and dip. I was sat in the water for almost 1 hour. Just as I was ready to get up and walk out the lady came to start my pedicure. Ive been getting dip put on my nails for years. The lady who did my nails did not do them properly. They are thick and misshaped. She put me under the dryer (which I never did when I got dip). When she tells me it will be $60 for my services I tell her Im unsatisfied with my nails that there is so much build up under the nails. She takes the drill & goes under each nail. When that did nothing she began cutting my nails on the sides. Finally I was so over it I paid & left. I will NEVER be back to this salon. It looks like a 5 year old did my nails.
