There were 2 dogs on the side of the highway that look like they needed some help and after calling animal control ( who said that’s not their problem) I then was then transferred to the state police (who asked me what I wanted them to do about it because again it wasn’t their job) and wanted to transfer me back to animal control. I called up this place and the woman said she would call a friend to try and save the dog, she was the only one who cared and There really need to be more people like her in the world. Thank you for caring and doing whatever you can to help them

We were so lucky to adopt Bisbee (now named Marci) on 1/5/2020. That was the day Jane brought to our house. We saw them on Facebook (posted by a couple of people I know through animal rescue) on 12/26/19. We filled out our application. Jane and a volunteer brought all four of the puppies to Pet Smart Plainfield for my hubby and I to meet. We loved them all by Marci was extra special. She has fit right into our household and is pretty much house broken. We have her in puppy training currently. We cannot say enough good about Jane and Sacred Sycamore Animal Rescue. I have volunteered for many years for ARPO so I am very familiar with animal rescue. We lost our 15 1/2 year old pittie girl Maddie June 2019. We waited until we found the right doggie. And that is Marci. So thank you Jane. We love Marci.

Very positive experience. Great people that work hard to give dogs a better life with a loving family. We cannot wait to spoil our girl!

Horrible pricing and everyone that I talked to on he phone was rude. If you safe looking for a pet, look for an animal suitable to your personality and your familys preferences. Dont go and blow 350 on a dog that you is purebred and domesticated. Animals should be free so get a dog thats in a shelter that is in need of a home instead of some snobby breeder with ridiculous prices.

It is so sad that someone is giving an animal shelter a bad review. I have nothing but rescues, and I don’t mind paying $350 for an animal from a shelter. Most people don’t know, but the adoption fee is for care for future animals. A big reason shelters don’t give away animals, is because there are a lot of people who are wanting dogs for “bait dogs.”

Dont waste your time driving here, it does not exist. You get there and you are at UPS.
