Angel really is so amazing! I always love when she does my eyebrows too. My entire family goes here (parents and 2 sisters also) and my 3 yr old and husband even had their very first pedis here. All 3 of us got pedicures for $80 (and mine was gel)! Will absolutely be a family outing for us from now on. Thank you ladies!

I will not be returning. Went in last Thursday for a pedi and a fill-in. Went back Monday because my gel came off and now it Tuesday morning and the gel has already came back off one of my nails. And as you can see they are not great at getting the in grown.

Today was my first time going to John nails. I got acrylic dip powder (SNS), and they did amazing! There was a wait, but I felt it was worth it! Everyone was so kind! I recommend 100%!

My daughter took me to have a pedicure done for my birthday. It was very relaxing and refreshing. The woman was very nice and professional.

I get there at 415 and they are closing. Theyre closing time says 6pm. Ive been on the fence about finding another salon and today just made it much easier.

The lady that did my nails did about 4 coats of polish. The nails are chipping already. I went in yesterday.

I have been coming to Johns since they opened and they are the best. I have tried different places but they are never up to par with Johns. They have you sanitize your hands upon entering and wipe down chairs and tables with alcohol in-between customers. Love my me time at Johns Nails.

They were very rude. I got a pedi and the lady didnt even cut my nails. My sister got her pedi and the lady put in little effort to doing it. My both daughters got their nails done. Their tech was rude, slapped their hands.

Mr. Kim did my nails very detailed, nice and professional service.

I would give it no stars. I got a gift certificate from my kids for Christmas for this place. its been about two years since Ive had acrylics and decided to get some. Well at first unless Im missing something, are they not supposed to push back your cuticles and clean your nail beds up? She didnt even do that. So then we start and Im liking them alot as a matter of fact I ended up loving them. But two days after I got them done I look at my left middle finger and the tip is completely gone, while the acrylic still stayed on my finger. I chaulk it up and was going to get it fixed when I got back into town. Well I get back 4 days later havent even had them on a week and I go to open a drink and the right pointer finger tip just pushed back and fell off, my friend and I were in disbelief bc as anyone knows with acrylics if its done properly it should tare your whole nail off. So I check the other ones and they all just come right off. No tugging clipping anything just pushing them back a little bit. So I go up there the next day with the tips still brand new looking and show them my hands and tell them what happened and she said that it was my fault and she would do paint for 20$. I was like heck naw. I want them redone the same way I got them, no difference the dsame way. Well ol body gaurd guy says the owner isnt here Ill have to come back thurs. This is a Monday. I told him Im not walking around like this that they need to be fixed, meanwhile some random asian lady sitting on the couch is saying I probably got bored and bit them off. I told her she needed to be quite talking to me like that and she did. At this point in getting angry at the audacity if this place. Well two girls walk in and I am in the wrong for this and I do apologise for that, but I tell them not to get their nails done here or youll end up getting ripped off and youll end up like me. So ol bouncer guy is like naw you got to leave and I go and sit in the bench out side and wait for the police bc I want a incident report to prove I even went there. 55$ 45$ nails and a 10$ tip gone waisted and my girls were upset they also got ripped off. Im recently separated and two weeks after that my father died. They just wanted to give me something nice to cheer me up and thats what I get. A hard time and a rip off literally. So just be cautious going here. Some of the techs are nice and stand behind their work from what I hear and some dont. Even though she told me if I had issues to come back and she would fix them. So beware!!!!

Worst experience ever ! I wouldn’t recommend this place at all . I walked in and asked them for a marron color with matte . It came out dark brown ! They painted on top of my cuticles which made the finger still show some spots not matte . They had paint all over my fingers & hand, it was a mess. I told them it’s not what I wanted and made them fix it .. the lady was mad i wanted it re done and had another lady do it . It took the lady about an hour to take the gel paint off because of how thick it was !!! And because she painted over my cuticles! the brown started to look purple and I had to change my color to purple! A color I didn’t want but had no choice because my cuticles were stained . Even the lady who was re doing it agreed that it looked sloppy and a mess but couldn’t say anything cuz she can get introuble & works there. Then I got cut as She was trying to take the paint off my cuticles and hand ! I spent around 4-5 hours there and got nothing I wanted. And they charged me 50$ for something that looks a mess ! When I got home my cuticles were in so much pain, stinging and everyone at my house noticed the sloppy ness . I called and told him I just left and how bad my cuticles were hurting . I asked if I can get credited my money, get it fixed when my cuticles heal cuz if they fix it for a 3 rd time they will just damage it more, or get my money back . He yelled at me and said that the lady who did my nails the first time was his best technician and there was nothing wrong with my nails the first time it was done !!!! So I guess getting paint on you’re skin, bleeding, being there for hours, putting paint thick, and and also damaging you’re cuticles is what they concidered best ! Waste of 50$ and my nails don’t even match my birthday outfit now . Irritated. This was 3 days ago and my cuticles still hurt

This was my first and last time here. When getting my nails done I had a customer in my face, after complaining they put a barrier between us.Ive had my set for one week and my nail cracked and just fell off. I paid $65 for my nails to only last one week. I was told, After three days youre on your own. I feel like I could have gotten a discount for the poor quality to repair the nail. I will not be coming back. Place is overpriced without good quality.

I visited this spot right when they opened at 9. I was seen right away to get a full set. No wait & I knew exactly what I wanted. The guy was so polite and made sure my nails were just how I wanted them to be, shape and length. Communication was good as well. I was there for about 35-40 minutes and I liked how organized they were. Out of the four times I’ve visited, this was the best experience.

MESSY POLISH, BAD ACRYLIC, RUSHED JOB.Absolutely terrible. The guy doing my pedicure, sunny they called him, rushed through the entire service. Left me with the same dead skin I started with due to his negligence, crooked toenails and super thick acrylic job. When I simply told the lady taking my payment, she hurried and ran my card as if I wasnt going to pay, and offered no resolve to my horrendous nails. I had to go to another salon to have them fixed. Never again.

I just can’t right this second. Angel serviced my pedicure and because she had an appointment that was running late she rushed through my pedicure, nipped my skin and literally threw the polish on. People do have bad days yet clearly talking over me to satisfy her client who was late and the poor service is just beyond me.

Fabulous experience with Simone Coderellis!Shes the PA who is also the aesthetician. She has moved to Hawaii but flies home every 3-4 months to take care of her clients/friends ❤.Shes incredible and Im already looking forward to seeing her again in October!!

Rose was very nice. The staff is kind, the shop is clean and they do a good job. I only got a pedicure. It was $22. Nice massage. There was no long wait. They have plenty of chairs and employees to help reduce wait times.

Very unprofessional did not do a good job with my daughter pedicure. Left her sitting there cause another customer complained about there feet then got an attitude when I asked her to finish. Highly DO NOT recommend. Very understaffed so they rush with any job

I visited John Nails today for the first time after a friend recommended them. I told them I needed a fill in and showed the guy a picture of the color I wanted and he gives me the ring w the colors and walks off. Every other place I’ve been to shows me the similar colors available. Then he starts drilling my nails and nicks my skin several times. I tell him “Ow, you got my skin.” No response. He continues to hurt me and I tell him. Still nothing. So I start blowing on my finger where my skin is visibly split open and he rudely points to my tattoo and says “you got this. That hurts way more than this” as he points to my finger. I wanted to get up and leave but I had my daughter with me and still needed to pay for her color change, and I just didn’t want cause a scene. He finishes, still charges me $35 for a fill in after hurting me several times and being rude about it. I will not be going back to this location.

Clean salon with friendly atmosphere definitely recommend going to Nina she took her time and didn’t rush and did a great job shaping my nails and Smooth polishing job

I really do like this nail salon as it’s the only one I’ve been to since I’ve moved to the area. I usually just get my eyebrows done by angel who does a wonderful job with my eyebrows. However on occasion I do get my nails done the guy who sits in chair 5 (idk his name) I feel like always over charges me, because the other times I got my nails done from others it was only $30-40 depending on the design I add to my nails. But every time I have the guy who is in chair 5 he charges me $50-55 every single time no matter what I get as a design. I even tried asking him figuring out how much it would be if I just did regular square shape and he still said it would be $59 which I know is wrong because they had their prices on the wall saying it’s $25 for a full set. I’ve added crazy designs and have done done mix match colors before with some of the other employees and they have never charged me that much. I feel bad because I do not too him because I feel like he’s getting $15 from top but overcharging me. I’m going to start lookin for another salon because every time I come here I always get stuck with him.

The only place I get my feet done at! They do an amazing job and Ive been a customer for years.

Because they are one of the few places open on Sundays, I have always come to Johns nails. However... I came today at 4:57 p.m. with their Closing Time posted as 6 p.m. and they were all coming out the door and said sorry were closing early. I was not the only customer standing out in the parking lot that had come at this time in order to get our toes done. I am so disappointed that I will never come back.

I used this mail salon since I was given a gift certificate. I went after work on Friday since I went out of town for the weekend. I was very dissatisfied with the work Mr. Tim did. He left polish on the skin of my toes. My overlay is terrible. There are divots all in my nails. I go today to have them fixed today and refused to allow the same person to fix them. They were going to charge me. That is beyond wrong. I wasted the gift certificate. I will never recommend this salon.

Great experience here today! Place was clean with modern chairs, tools were well sanitized and staffs were very sweet who treated me with smiling faces. Had Deluxe Pedicure and my tech did a really good job on my nails. I really loved the way my nails came out. Price was surprisingly cheap for what i got. Love to be back!

This wonderful salon, has the most friendliest service. I came into this wonderful salon to be pampered and they really went beyond what i was expecting. They have tons of services to choose from pedicure to waxing. An it is a decent price. They even have tons of nail polish colors to choose from as well as designs to look at. They have a very clean interior and no need to worry ladies, they do disinfect their tools after each use. I love my full set gel. She did a wonderful job with my design I wanted as well as taking her time. Made me feel very comfortable. I highly recommend John Nails if anyone is around the area.

John nails its self is nice and clean in appearance. As soon as you walk in you are greeted with a smile, usually by Mr. Mike, and asked what you would like to have done. Ive never had to wait longer than 10 mins for my requested nail tech. Mrs. Nina 😄 despite them always being busy, which I love! My nails are always beautiful when I leave. I personally recommend Mrs. Nina if you decide to go here. She is amazing!💜

After having a rough week I went here hoping a pedicure would make me feel better. I think the lady rubbed my feet/calves for maybe 2 minutes max. After I was finished she didn’t help me get my stuff or anything. I don’t feel better than where I was before I walked in the door. I’ve had better service from others but I’m new to Columbus

I called and they would not let me schedule an appointment with a nail tech. I was told I had to know somebody in order to schedule an appointment. This is crazy! I thought it would be smart to schedule an appointment due to the covid pandemic.

I had been here twice before and brought my friend here today for pedicures and manicures. We didn’t have a long wait and were able to get chairs right next to each other! We had good service and our finger nails and toe nails look great!!

Good experience. I had the overlap removed from my nails and did a dip instead. Nails look awesome exactly the look I was going for.

I thought John Nails was great until I saw a dark spot on my nail. The tech who did my polish change just painted over it. Then when I went to get a fill in I told the guy about it and when I was distracted by my phone he just skipped over it like I had said nothing. When I brought it to his attention and said I didnt wanna just leave that he sighed and said yeah okay and removed the acrylic. The then filed it down and although I voiced concern he assured me that although it was terribly stained and clearly damaged it was all gone and the stain would just have to grow out. He didnt sterilize any of the equipment he used on it, and added another layer of acrylic over it. Then told me the nail color I had chosen didnt suit my nails...because it wouldnt cover the spot. (I specifically asked why and said that) The woman who was my primary tech had put acrylic on the side of my lifting nail at my last fill in. She shouldve already known what I researched to find out. I am so disappointed and will never go again. Now I have to deal with an unsightly fungus...that is green!!!!!!

I got a full set with gel polish which was $50. The first attempt was for a matte burgundy. It was so bulky at my cuticle & some nails looked black while some looked red. I was told the color isn’t always even looking with darker colors & they would redo it so I chose a different color. New color.....light pink. After getting cut by the drill & 2 coats of pink, the color wasn’t even & I was told that’s what happens with gel polish. After a 3rd coat it did look better, but not great. Left unhappy, but I had to go (was heading out of town). They are still lumpy by the cuticle and flat looking from the side. Also when I went out for New Years, the black light showed all the polish they left on my skin & the uneven coats of polish. It was so embarrassing. I will never go back!

I always hear horrible reviews about John Nails but I always decide to give them a chance. My past two experiences where the worst and I definitely won’t come back. One experience I was rushed and I didn’t like how my nails look. Today I want to get my eyebrows done. I walked in at 5:10 pm. They close at 6 that day. I walked in and was greeted with “ we are not serving any more today” from one nail tech. The owner didn’t even asked what service I needed. THEY WERE STILL OPEN! You just lost a customer and probably many more if you continue to have HORRIBLE SERVICE!

STAY AWAY!!! I wish I could give 0 stars. This is not my normal nail shop and i only went because my usual spot was extremely busy. They have the worst nail techs ever!! Let me start off by saying I do not do extensive work with my hands, I’m a customer service representative so I type all day... that’s it. By Saturday my nails were breaking and the paint was chipping. I went back to have them fixed and they refused to fix them even though t was clear this was an error on their part. My sister also got her nails done on that day and ironically the exact same thing happened to her. She was told that the reason her nails broke was because the top coat had worn off after 4 days!! This place is a joke, never again.

If I could give a 0, I would. The management here is horrible. The techs talk about you to each other in their own language. The chick that sits at table 2 is horrible and disrespectful . Where did she get her license if she has one. Don’t go there with nails because you will come out with none. I got a pedicure and she did not ask what type I wanted. She just did what she wanted. Little did she know that if asked I would have gotten top of the line. She acted like she was in a hurry. Worse nail service in 25 years.

I love coming to this salon, once I found my normal person. I had a few rocky moments, but when Lynn and Ted started taking care of me I have had nothing but positive visits. Very clean, and most of the staff is friendly. I will always use Lynn and Ted when I go into this salon! I absolutely love them.

If you’re going to get a full set don’t let sonny do your nails. He did a rush job the nails are bulky and very poorly painted. He talked to me almost the whole time and it was frustrating because I could barely understand a word he was saying. Also I planned on visiting this salon because of the prices on there website said $20 for a full set. I got a basic full set with no extra designs and anything and I was charged $30.

After trying different Nail Salons, I chose Johns. Appointments can be made, but Walk-ins are welcomed, without having a lengthy wait. Everything is offered, from eye brow correction to Deluxe Pedicure . Staff is friendly and professional. From Mike greeting you, to my favourite, Tuan. Im totally satisfied.

Well lets start with the lady was very nice. But not one, not two but three people asleep on the couches. The prices were decent but clearly the level of professionalism was lacking.

Had a great experience here. The staff here were very friendly and efficient at what they did. I had gel manicure done and the colors on my nails look fabulous. My manicurist was very meticulous and detailed.

I had heard wonderful things from a few ladies here on post and when I drove past it looked really nice and professional. I dont know if I went on an off day but my experience there was irritating. First I asked the girl to paint my nails a certain color because I had an event to be to later that evening. She say she was going to do my nails another way because that color wouldnt look right on me. I said no I want it my way or I can go somewhere else. She agrees to my way. As Im distracted by my non stop ringing phone and other things I realize shes painted my nails the way she wanted. I was in a time crunch and didnt have time to have her do them over. Then as Im getting ready to pay Im asked, No Tip? Hell no, no tip. I was so irrate I just left went to the nearest place I could get nail polish remover and took that crap off. It ruined my whole night and I will not be returning.

Went to try in get my nails done. Nail tech was very unpleasant. Didn’t want to do our nails because she she supposedly had some one coming in. We waited for about 10 mins then just left. Went to across the street to Luxury Nails much nicer staff.

Very poor service. Entered shop at 6:45pm, informed staff that I needed a gel mani/pedi, and was told to have a seat in a pedicure chair. I waited 30 minutes before the individual at the front chair told a technician to go to Chair 3 (my chair) for a gel manicure and pedicure. The technician approached me at 7:15pm and stated that he did not have time to perform my service. He provided no apology for time wasted, and no goodbye upon leaving. Terrible experience. Absolutely would NOT recommend. I called after I left the shop and spoke to the individual who sat me. He indicated that I should have gotten up and said something. Worst experience ever. Spend your hard earned money elsewhere. They don’t deserve the business

For a long time this was my number one nail place, but the last few times Ive gone Ive had bad experiences. The staff is nice, and the place is nice but the last couple times I have gotten an inexperienced girl who made mistakes on my acrylics, like putting too much glue, cutting my cuticles, just small but annoying things. Despite this, I returned hoping that maybe I would have a better experience. I finally was placed with a different nail tech, and this experience is what led me to decide that I will not return to Johns nails. The lady was in such a rush to finish that she was physically hurting me, and not just cutting my cuticles, she was filing my nails in a way which was pulling my fingernail back. I specifically asked her to round the edges of my nails off so they didnt look so sharp, and she ignored me. I am disappointed to say that I will have to find a new nail salon.

Excellent salon. Miss Linda took the time to do both my nails and my daughters nails and did a magnificent job.

The staff is really nice and most will talk to you during the experience. I do believe they are a little over priced and my polish was a little uneven at the base of the nail, but overall the experience was good and I would come back.

After she waxed my brows with barely hot wax, she took a pencil and shaded some of my brow. Ive never seen or had this done before. I wont be returning, my brows dont have any shape or appeal to them.

My friend and I went there today to get a manicure. She got a nude color and I got French tips. They rushed our manicure and we were done within 15 minutes. Her nude color does not look professionally done nor does my French tips. I couldve done a better job myself.

I had a great experience! I have been trying new nail salons and came across John nails.i read all the reviews and to be honest they are pretty bad, but I decided to give it a try anyways! When I arrived they Immediately Told me they were understaffed and that there would be a wait, I only waited about 30ish minutes which isn’t bad! They also had soooo many colors of gel polish to choose from which is a big plus for me! I had a lady who was named Chantel I believe and she was awesome! She shaped my nails perfectly and she held a conversation with me which most nail technicians that I’ve used never really have! I would definitely recommend goin!

I asked for SNS which they said they had and with SNS you do not have to put your hand under the uv light. She said my hand had to go under the light and they tried to explain to me that the other places that I have gotten SNS done at were doing the process wrong. I was very polite however they were very unpleasant especially the lady who did my nails.
