New the area and am glad to have found this location. Trish is amazing and the staff is always super nice and welcoming. They are my natural nails. I usually get a refill either in 3 weeks or once a month. I get acrylic with no tips and gel polish.**Update* I continue going to this nail salon but now am taken care of by Kevin. Still amazing work on my nails and always feel comfortable seeing the staff.

Ive been here a few times with my friends and the people are wonderful, the pedicures are always nice but twice now ive had gel manicures done and twice ive had multiple nails chip just 1-2 days after having it done. Not to mention when they use the lamp on my nails it consistently burns my finger and feels like its being layed on a stove. I wish I could give 5 stars but after this happening twice I think ill find somewhere else to get it done.

I am a regular here. I normally get a dip mani, a gel pedi and my eyebrows waxed but I would trust them with any service. Very professional, extremely quick and they always do a great job!

The salon is super nice and spacious. The best set of acrylics Ive ever had done! Kevin and his wife own the salon and extremely personable and fun. Kevin is great with people. Booked an appointment this afternoon for my daughter to get a balance. I will never go anywhere else now for nails or nail services!

This place is the best find ever! I have tried every other nail place in the area and havent been happy with a single one. I love how clean this place is! Best pedi and balance I have ever had! Just went back for a new full set. Trish is the best. She is very professional, listens, and takes her time to get it right. She is very gentle and does not jerk your hands around or burn you with the drill. I highly recommend her!

Unfortunately, another experience of how the general public lacks general professionalism/customer service skills typically towards people of color. Can only give 1 star due to experience. I am new to the Columbus City areas, googled nail salons near me & decided to visit this Salon twice this week just to be turned away twice w/ no sincere regard. I walked in on a week day at 4p (they close at 7p per information I received), the guy did have enough decency to greet me & say hello, while the woman (ignored my presence). As I sign in & head to sit down in the waiting area, he ask me what services do I request, I respond mani/pedi. He starts speaking to the woman worker she says to me can you come back at 5:30p. I pay it no mind, just thinking they were short staff because there were 2 ladies getting serviced by each employee. So, I come back on a Sat. at 11:25a just to give it another shot. Same process, the guy greets me, ask me what services do I request, as I am signing in. The lady once again “does not greet me” & then say WE DO NOT HAVE TIME, Sorry give us a call next time. I can understand not having any openings in such a fast pace business, although there were only 3 customers in the salon at this time. I just would have preferred she showed that my business did matter, & she could have taken my name/number to schedule an appt. or could have scheduled me one right then for a later date/time. Being in management myself I would have done this without second thought to show general appreciation for someone attempting to support my business REGARDLESS OF RACE, GENDER OR ORGIN!

The staff really care about your experience and always want to know how they can do better. They are happy to see us whenever we get a chance to come in. I have had manis and pedis, while my wife only gets pedicures since she does her own manicures. Highly recommended.

I love this salon! The new owners are so warm and inviting. You feel like your going to see family members because they want you to be comfortable and enjoy the time you spend with them. Kim is who I see for my nails and she is such a kind soul who it’s effortless to chat with and just have girl time. I would never go anywhere else.

I had gone to this place awhile ago and stopped going because I didn’t care for the atmosphere. Since new management took over, I’m there every two weeks on the dot for my balance. There is a guy there (I think his nam is Kevin) who is great and I also like going to Kim! The owner herself is so nice! I had told her I was studying for state boards and she stood there during my service to give me advice and tips 🖤

The place was very clean, spacious and had a relaxing atmosphere. I was extremely happy with the way my nails turned out. The Prices are good, quality is great, and the technicians are also super friendly and welcoming!

I moved to Columbus 2 years ago and am just now finding a nail salon that I LOVE. Its super clean, they had a great variety of colors to choose from, and my nail tech was very friendly. I will definitely be back.
