I come here every week and love it. Very accommodating staff. Picked up nicely. Some out of order machines but understand machines can only get fixed if the fixer shows for them. Great quiet place to do laundry.

Lots of machines out of order including the change machine...there was water leaking all over the floor in some spots. But the washers and dryers did a good job for the price and it was open 24 hours

I love that this laundry mat is open 24/7 hours; however I dont like that it is not employed 24/7. I have had problems with both washers and dryers here but they are always fixed and taken care of quickly(unless its after hours which is 7pm to 7am). The tanning beds are a good way to kill time if youre into that. The convenience far out weighs issues.

Half the washers had asorry, out of order sign on them. The other half wanted to take money every other time, without giving credit. Also there was no one there to put complaints in against the machines.

Most if the washers and dryers dont work. If they do they dont heat right. It dirty. The chairs are broken and have ruined my pants. It just isnt worth it there go pay a little more for

Could stand some updating.and better cleaning,especially inside of the washers and get more things working. Better than other Laundromat in town(which they have more broken washers/Dryers,than working ones).

Alot of the washers and dryers our out of order.

It has way too many out of order machines. One 8 dollars washer that wouldnt stop running which put clients at risk of falling. They need somebody there on site 24/7. But nobody there to fix pm problems. The day staff are quite nice. Tey have technical issues to deal with not ones about personalities. Get the machines fixed they would rate. Much higher.

I would start by merely reminding customers and would-be customers that the era our grandparents lived in is long been a thing of the past, so consider how imperative your clothes are in your day to day life before leaving them unattended in ANY laundromat. . . And if you choose to leave the premises (especially in them black-dark hours of late night/early morning) only to find your clothes gone upon your return, then how about acting like someone old enough to actually use a laundromat by accepting at least a SLIVER of accountability for yourself . . . One doesnt have to reside in columbus, indiana very long at all before becoming aware of the alarming, yet sobering reality that is our citys unusually large (per capita) homeless population . . . And Im fairly certain that should an opportunity arise to obtain CLEAN clothes, the necessity of those ends would indubitably override the moral construct of even the most conscience laden of individuals left to fend for themselves in the streets. . . And then again, there are those among us who are just . . . complete d?cks . . . and would take someones unattended clothes out of a dryer for no other reason than to be just that - complete d?cks. . . Either/or, please dont pawn your own irresponsibilities off on these owners who allowed you 24/7 access to their wares. Its as utterly repulsive as it is juvenile. . .

Smells funky every now and then toilet seat is the worst choice for one but keeps me from stinking so pretty good laundry mat

Went last night to do my laundry. Was fine until I returned an hour later to see that it had an error and had to restart. Go back home for an hour and come back only to find ANOTHER error. This happend 3 times before it finally worked. So theres 4 hours Ive wasted on a 60 minute load. By this time its well into 1am. I get my clothes out and put them in the dryer and set it on 1 hr. I ended up falling asleep because its 3 am by the time theyre done. Return in the morning to get them only to find them gone and nobody attending. I have no idea where my clothes are or my totes, and have 0 point of contact to find them.

They were great! They washed separated and folded all 100 and something pounds of clothes and did it faster than I thought possible. I got much more than expected and Im very happy with the service they provided me

It looks like 18 out of 53 washers are broken still leaving majority of 35 as useable. There are 41 dryers and 13 are broken and 2 dryers state boss only credit/debit. It is tidy as far as Im concerned but some of their carts are basically unusable because the wheels are either tore up or are full of hair. I love that they are open 24 hours so i can come in when few people are here they have a drink machine a snack machine there is a paper machine outside. It is overall a great place however i wish they could fix carts and their broken machines as i imagine it gets pretty crowded when people have a lot of laundry.Update: a couple of the washers I used were set on the right temperature but the scent beads werent dissolved and I had to re wash costing more money. They still werent dissolved.....

It was clean the lady washed and wiped the whole time we was there we liked that, its an awesome place

The machines take my money, the laundry boss service does the same thing, have had my things stolen out of the dryer, I tried contacting someone to receive a refund for these occurrences and the email domain does not exist? very unsatisfactory, will not be returning.

Could use some better cleanliness... But with clientele, its not bad. Machines work well and open all the time. Very convenient and I dont worry about leaving and coming back later to get my things. Seems like secure and good location

The manager was very very nice and helpful and kept the place clean and washer were up and running which before was very rare for this place ... before we would have to come in to check if we could even wash our clothes cause of alot of the washers being down but not this time cause most were up and running ...👍👍

The laundry place looks like it has mold in the washer doors. If it not mold it still junk that should not be in an area that is made to clean. It seems to only be on the ones that face the side on the right beside the right door. It never looks clean. I don’t trust the place at all. Our stuff has been stole before. They don’t have soap in the bathroom half the time. I honestly can’t say how much I hate it there. The only good thing I can think of it the change machine, that the reason we go there and so we have to do our laundry there. You can also tell how unclean this place is by the picture they have up there. I would love it if you put some more time in to cleaning, this place could be good. I would honestly would love to come here if there was more cleaning done there. There is also a lot of broke washer and dryers that have been broke but that stuff is expense so I can understand that but some have been broke for while. But then again it expense so I not judging that harshly.

The prices was about the best thing about this place. Most of the washers was out of order as well as a lot of dryers. A lot of the washers smelled like mildew from the doors getting shut when not in use. The place was dirty. With some extra work and care this could be a nice place. It is also convenient for being open 24hrs.

I like this place. Ther have a few big $8 washing machines, makes it easier to wash a lot of laundry @ once. The lady up @ the desk is always very nice too!.

I want to say this laundry mat has really cleaned up n the months ive been coming here. The new manager Arley is a kind woman who takes pride in cleaning up the place and making sure all customers feel like they are welcome

Nice amount of washers and dryers. Cold building. No bathroom to use because it was a Sunday. Very few carts. Looks as if its rarely attended to, however, it was the only laundromat open in the entire area. Kudos for that.

I love that this place is open 24 hours. I can do my laundry late at night and only have one or two other people there.

Nastiness place Ive ever been in to wash clothes. Coin machines were empty and most washers and dryers were broken. Water all over the floor and completely dirty. We left, didnt even use it. Any good reviews on this places is lies.. must have been paid by the owner for their revue.

Typical laundromat but attendant was extremely helpful and friendly. Lots of washers and dryers, cheaper than Speedy Clean Laundromat. and attendant was way more friendly and helpful.

Constant issues with machines taking money but not starting. Machines timers malfunction washing my clothes for nearly 45 minutes and LOCKING my clothes inside unable to stop the machine aside from unplugging it. Overall horrible place to do laundry. Such an inconvenience.

The machines here LOVE to steal your quarters. And theres no way to get them out. I lost 5.75 just trying to get them to take my coins and there were no employees there or any way to contact someone about it.I definitely will not be returning.

Ran by crack heads, washers dont wash with clean water. Try washing your clothes here, go home and put your socks or anything in water like the sink and ring it out. It will be black. They wash clothes with reused water. Nasty. Probably why I was always sick.
