Guy was very friendly but after cleaning our area rugs there were still clouds of dust coming out when I shook them (you can see the dust cloud in pic). He said that was a vacuuming need not a cleaning need - I was disappointed that vacuuming was part of the cleaning service.

Provided education on cleaning process and made recommendations on upkeep. Very professional and personable. Arrived on time and work completed in reasonable time frame. I highly recommend this service and am planning for our next routine cleaning with them.

Had my couch cleaned after they called and changed the day and time they were supposed to come 4 times, each about an hour before they were supposed to come. They offered a “deal” for the inconveniences but the cleaning was still completely overpriced. The couch was definitely cleaner but the worker left dirty water all over my floor and walls. Guy seemed nice but I was not impressed with the professionalism, price, or quality at all.

The gentleman was on time, wearing protective gear, was respectful and fast. My couches look like new. The price was great. I would definitely hire them again.

The work was amazing. Had horribly stained recliner and sofa and now it looks soooo much better. Im no longer embarrassed about it. Another round of cleaning and it should be back to brand new. Im really excited. Also the spot on the floor has now disappeared. He was also able to do it the same day, which really fit into my schedule.
