EDIT: I uploaded more photos with receipts since the owner is now claiming I never used their service. This is just sad.I used this service for air duct cleaning in 2017. At the time, I thought they did a great job. Fast forward to today and I have another air duct cleaning company (McBrides) at my home to clean the vents and returns. Problems: 1. they noticed old nicotine in the returns and asked if we ever smelled stale smoke when we run the heat or air (answer is yes - we dont smoke but previous home owners did) and 2. they said that whoever cleaned the ducts before did not clean the returns then they showed us the evidence. This company is doing the extra work to clean up what Clean Extreme did not clean 4 years ago. Buyer beware using Clean Extreme. They did not do the thorough job I expected (and that I paid for) 4 years ago.

Workers Ben Gabriel and his partner from Clean Extreme were very efficient, informative, and professional. They were also fast and detailed in their work. I have a home over 100 years old, built in the 1880s, and Ben was well educated in older homes. He helped me understand more about my air conditioning system so that I could know if things go wrong or be able to fix things myself in the future. He also was able to make good suggestions on maintenance work. Ill definitely be using them again in the future.

WOW WOW WOW! The level of customer service is unmatched. I have hair salons. We do roughly 25-30 loads of laundry a day. I called several other companies and was told they couldnt come to look at my issue until 3 weeks out. Well, we were already running to the laundromat everyday to try and keep up. I sent a message to Clean Extreme on their website (as it was after hours) and asked for them to contact me. They Natalie called me first thing in the morning and could not have been more accommodating. An analyst named Justin came out that day to see what would need to be done. He too was professional and very accommodating. He called the office and got us scheduled that day. The team that came and took great care of us and did so in an efficient and professional manner. I will always use this company and encourage you to do so as well. As a side note the other company I scheduled with 3 week out, called the next day to tell me they would be closed that say so I would need to reschedule. I let them know that Clean Extreme had already come out to my business and taken care of it. Needless to say, I cancelled that appointment.

Its not often that a company will be honest and say you dont need to use their service - rather than selling me a package to come clean my vent, after hearing about my setup the owner recommend another solution that I could buy and do myself. I highly recommend using clean extreme. Brent and his partner did an excellent job. My vent was 95% blocked. They removed 2 birds nest, but dryer was still giving vent blocked message after couple uses. They returned a second time, free of charge and was able to get more debris out that was stuck all the way up the vent. I was encouraged to call if more issues persists and they would get it taken care of. I love that they wore shoe coverings on my carpet.

Okay, I own a home that was built in the 50’s and the ducts have never been cleaned, so I knew it was time. 😳 Clean Extreme cleared them out completely and I cannot believe the before and after photos! This is by far the most underrated thing you should have done to your home. The ducts were filled with dust, debris and dog hair that we’ve all been breathing in for years. The house immediately feels and smells better and I cannot wait to continue experiencing clean, fresh, sanitized air in my home. So hoping this improves allergy symptoms for both me and my pup, as well. I also had the team clean my carpets and those results were shocking as well. You really don’t know how dirty things actually are until you get the professionals in to do their thing. Yikes! Absolutely worth the money. The entire team is prompt, friendly and beyond professional. Received multiple updates before and during the process and was notified when the team was 15-30 mins away, which was much appreciated. Brent came out to inspect my dryer vent, we had a scheduled appointment for 3:30 and he was exactly on time! He came in looked for a few seconds and then went outside to get the scope on the clog. Good news for us we had no clogs in our dryer vent but someone put the screen on backwards at our rental and they turned it around, replaced the screen with a better fit and screwed it in for us for no cost to us! A huge thank you to Brent for his work! :)

Found this place and referred to help my friend to get her dryer vent cleaned because of the great reviews. She called and they told her that they will not come out just to clean the dryer vent because it was too small of a job and basically not worth their time. Ridiculous.

Chris & Dean came over to steam my carpets. They were extremely hard working, personable, genuine guys that did a stellar job. Worked harder than competitors and did a more through clean. My favorite part is that they are really fair with their prices. Noticed my bedrooms were small and threw in the closet. Their competitors would have charged me another 50 dollars for that space. I will never go with anyone else.

We recently purchased a new home. We hired Clean Extreme to clean/sanitize our ducts. Upon initial inspection, the technicians informed me that the ducts were already very clean. They informed me that I do not need the cleaning done at this time and showed me several pictures of the inside of our ductwork. They did not perform the work so they did not charge us a dime. THAT is integrity and rare to see this type of service. Additionally, the technicians (Tim and Gregg) were extremely professional, courteous and knowledgeable on their trade. I cant recommend this company enough.

As they cleaned the ductwork they took photos of the before and after to show everything that was lurking inside the vent system of our house. Our house was built in ‘97 the house had never had a ductwork cleaning before and it showed in the photos. Clean Extreme came out this week to clean our air ducts and we couldn’t have been more happy with the process (and results)! Tim and Greg were friendly and professional. They explained the process and then got to work cleaning out decades of dust from our vents. Throughout the time they were working they took great care to protect our house by wearing foot coverings and set up shields to protect our walls/baseboards from the hoses. Our house was built in the 1950s, had never had the ducts cleaned before and we recently completed a reno - it was way overdue to have the ducts cleaned. The before and after pictures were impressive - wished we had done this when we first moved in!!
