Absolutely amazing work! Jim is a super great guy and does a very good job. Very up front about prices, quick to respond to emails. My couch probably hasnt looked as good as it does now since it was purchased.

I have used many cleaning services for my home and carpet. Jim has absolutely been the best. I think the difference has been - hes the owner, the same owner for over 26 years. He takes pride in everything he does. And I found out that even though Jim seems so humble about his business - he is quite busy with huge commercial accounts as well. One word to describe his work, AMAZING! Jim came 10 min early 7:50am, went over the areas that needed to be cleaned...needless to say, he ended up doing my entire house. I live in a 4 story split. It took him 2 1/2 hours to do the entire house...with a little talking in between. He is a very nice and humble man. Although my carpet was not disgusting, it looks brand new! Jim also referred me to someone who could possibly stretch my carpet. He left at 10:30am today. It is now 11:30 and it is COMPLETLY dry. I would HIGHLY recommend Tuthills over any other carpet cleaning company hands down.

I called this company as a referral from Front Room Furnishings in hopes to obtain a quote. The woman (I assume the owner) answered the phone and said nothing to me except I do not work with referrals from Front Room Furnishings (FRF). After explaining to her this was a separate contact in which I was interested in a personal quote for my upholstery and completely baffled at her rudeness assuming she did not understand what I meant, I explained again. She explained she has had nothing but problems with FRF, I tried to reiterate that I simply obtained her phone number from them and that due to where I purchased my furniture she was throwing out a potential new customer. She got upset at me and told me I probably could not afford her any way, she knew nothing about me. I hung up. I have never been treated so disrespectfully by someone I have never met. I am still completely baffled that someone would refuse work with a potential new customers. I would think twice about using this company if she refuses good honest money due to her own grievances with the company her potential customers buy furniture from.

Horrible experience. The person answering the phone for Jim refused to book us for our 2 bedroom 1100 sq/ft. space. She said Jim has bigger fish to fry than to come in and work on your carpet. GET SOMEONE ELSE TO CLEAN YOUR CARPET and then she hung up. We will be looking for someone else to clean our carpets.

We scheduled the appointment a month in advance, he showed up on time and really did a nice job of cleaning the hardwood floors. I will use Jim again in the future.
