I was happy that Servepro was the first company to call me back when I was desperate to get help for my basement flood. Friends had recommended them. They were at my house the next day with a whole crew of people and loads of equipment to get my basement dry quickly. I appreciate the thorough and detailed information so I understood what they were doing and why. I appreciate how much care they took to protect any of my items so there was no further damage. I appreciate that they used data collected from all their equipment to determine when it was time to remove equipment rather than just guessing/assuming. Great company to work with and I will highly recommend them. Their professionalism is really necessary when you are desperate for any help….they are the right help.

The Servpro Columbus team were professional, polite, and friendly. They explained every step of the process and made themselves available when any problems came up. At one point one of my breakers blew because of some of the equipment, and despite calling at a very late/early hour they were able to help me figure out a better solution to powering the equipment and came out to check everything over as soon as they could. Excellent, quick service from the owners and working staff. Friendly, knowledgeable, professional staff. Job was taken care of same day as problem occurred. Courtesy call made a couple of days later and then in person follow up to make sure everything was dry.
