I have two cats, and planned to return the rental back to my landlord and a few rooms needed a little pick-me-up. They came in a timely manner and cleaned, I mean CLEANED the mess in my room. There were two-three stains that seemed impossible to remove and although it was there, it was faint, much better than I had anticipated. The house made a 360 and looks as good as new :) I will always give them a call in the CBUS area. They did a marvelous job.

Hired Rick to clean my daughters sectional with Chaise and her area rug. While the cream color fabric of the sectional did not come as clean as I would have like it was not anything that they did! Rick gave it his best effort my daughter just let the dog mess up the sectional. The area rug came out clean so I am happy with that. Rick was professional and did a great job in one area in particular there was a deep stain that almost went down to the pad underneath and it was a very dark stain on a lighter colored carpet. He spent extra time and effort and to my surprise was able to remove 95% of the stain on the discolored area . This was older carpeting but after the cleaning the carpet looks fantastic. I highly recommend Completly Clean if you want the job done to you satisfaction! They have earned my business and trust.

One of our children is allergic to pet dander and our first night she had allergies…sneezing, red and itchy eyes, and itchy skin. Amazing results & friendly professionals!Having before and after photos wouldve been embarrassing, but the results were so impressive that I now wish I had taken pictures of each before. I had them do the huge area rug in the master bedroom; the carpet in my home office; the carpet in the den; and the carpet on the stairs down to the basement and the carpet in the finished part of the basement. Rick, the owner, was here and he had one assistant. Rick decided how theyd do the work and then they did it, working closely together with Rick giving instruction but also with both talking through technique, enjoying each others company as well as each others expertise and pride in a job well done.I will definitely recommend them and I will definitely have them back, although I think it will be a long while because they did such a stellar job!

This business has great communication. During the lumbar shortage I wasn’t able to acquire seating in my living room and thus had to settle for some used furniture. Albeit suitable, the furniture had a very strong smoke odor. Despite cleaning and shampooing this myself I was not able to achieve the same results.When I called Complete, they were very responsive and even placed me on a cancellation list to get in touch in case they could fit me in earlier. I didn’t even have to ask for this courtesy. Kudos.Business is very considerate and COVID friendly following all precautions. Conveniently can come to your home AND take your payment on site. Big plus.I would definitely call these guys again.First impressions are EVERYTHING.

Have about 2000 square feet of carpet in office setting and once a year we have carpets cleaned (paid for by landlord). They sent another carpet cleaning service not so rite rug out to clean and the end result was a horrible mess. Left our carpets with extraction streaks that did not show up until the next morning when carpet was dry. Our carpets were twice as bad before the so called cleaning plus our shoes were sticking to the carpet cleaning residue. Panicking, we called everyone under the sun and finally Completely Clean came out on a drop of the hat notice (Sunday no less) to get the job done right so we could move staff back in Monday. We will never mess with any other service but Completely Clean.

Wow! They are aptly named: my couches and rugs are completely clean. They were very thorough. They “brushed” my sofa before cleaning it and removed a lot of pet hair that my vacuum had not. They carefully checked each piece as they cleaned it to make sure it looked perfect. When they left they gave me some pro tips on how to care for the upholstery. I have tried several carpet cleaning companies, and Completely Clean is the best! I will definitely use them again!

Thought I’d give a new carpet place a try and I did’t regret it. Rick was very thorough in his explanation of pricing and the material of the my floors. He even gave recommendations on what to NOT do in the event I have another paint stain and try to remove it myself again ( a big no no for those that are debating hah).
