I was impressed with Signature Carpet primarily for their attention to detail and customer service. My technician, Michael, called and gave me an estimated time of arrival. He was on time, professional, walked through my home to see the layout and allow me to point out any problem areas. He used corner guards to protect my walls and did my entire house in just under two hours. He did a great job and was very courteous! I will definitely recommend them to my family and friends.

The lady I spoke to (I believe her name was Joann) was incredibly nice and helpful. The technician Michael, was wonderful too. Michael was very polite and did an excellent job. He went above and beyond in his efforts, paying attention to detail. I didnt do much shopping around as far as pricing but, I was happy with what I paid for. So all-in-all I appreciate the customer service, efficiency, and communication. The best part is my carpets and ottoman look great! I will use this company again.

Signature has cleaned our carpets several times over the last few year. They have always done a great job. Recently we had them out to do our tile floors in our kitchen, bath and garage entry. Brandon was very professional and our floors look fantastic, like the day we moved in 12 years ago! We will use Signature again and always recommend them to our family & friends.

We had them come in and clean a couple rooms before re-organizing and moving furniture around and they were great to deal with on the phone and even better in person. Signature has cleaned my home and my office several times and have always done an excellent job. They pretreat the spots and I am amazed at what they have been able to clean. One time I had a bleach spot and they died the carpet to match almost perfectly. They are friendly and professional. I highly recommend them.

I had a technician (Michael) come out today and do five rooms of carpeting and four rooms of ceramic tile. He really took his time and made sure everything looked great. Absolutely fantastic attention to detail and takes great pride in their service.

I live in Elmwood apts in Marysville .I have a pet cat & he took great care helping me secure a place for her while he cleaned .Complimented me on how nice l keep things & .I noted that he was clean & neat himself. Often people who perform these services are unkempt & scruffy looking .He warned me to be careful not to slip & fall if l walk on the wet carpet. I was very pleased with him!

I was very familiar with Signatures since I was involved with upgrades to units on move outs with Nationwide properties. Gave them a call early Thursday morning now that I am a property manager of 2 buildings that are about 60,000sq ft. Had a leak and wet carpet in a hallway that connected 2 buildings. I was told they would be out between 2-4pm. After several calls and a no show I had find another company that could get out till Friday morning. I did receive a voicemail canceling my appointment but that VM did not appear till later that night. That’s what happens when you don’t directly communicate. I was told they were getting to their regular customers and if I still needed them to call and reschedule. Friday morning the water wicked through other areas and now from the smell is possibly ruined as I have another company try to work with it. I was hoping to have a relationship with Signature in my new role as property manager but it looks like that’s not going to happen now.

They are always great. Professional, great service and so helpful. Even offer to provide guidance on the best types of carpet. Highly recommend!
