My unit was in storage at the Macon rd unit. My stuff was there a year and I had no issues. No mis haps no bugs no mice no messes no problems easy in easy out. Gated in with 24 hrs access. Thank you Ms.Lisa for the pride you put into the units also thanks Dana for being so patient with me! Thanks to guys 👏🏼

Adapt To Solve Inc has had an office in IStorage for almost 3 years now. The monthly cost is very affordable. It has been very secure due to the amount of security cameras as well as access control gates protecting the storage units. Working with the assistant manager Dana has been great, he manages the property better than I ever expected. We look forward to a long working relationship with IStorage.

Its been a little over a year and I enjoy my salon suite. Dana always make sure that I receive my packages, sometimes going the extra mile to contact me. Excellent service from Dana and Scott. Very easy to work with and ensured I was set to move in when I needed it. I was coming into town on a Sunday and pretty late in the evening, but was able to set-up my unit and lease over the phone and online which made for an easy move into the storage unit. Showed up Monday to setup a parking spot for my boat. They showed me the spot and ensured I was good to go so I could get my boat any time I wanted it. Absolutely recommend for short or long term storage.

Terrible!!!! First the unit was broken into, all most valuable was stolen, they were well aware of a facility break-in cause the police told me they all knew about it, but never bothered telling any of the tenants but continued to collect my auto-payment! Then to make matters worse! As Im clearing out whats left, mice/rats destroyed and ruined my couch ($5,000) plus many other boxes that were not stolen! Just to find out the insurance they offer dont cover rodents!!! I couldnt be more furious!!!

Its been a good relationship and the team has always kept me informed on my unit and changes to fees. I have had no complaints.

David Sheffer, Property Manager at the Whitesville Rd location in Columbus, Ga, was amazing to work with. He went out of his way to review everything with me and ensure I understood everything taking place. He was very patient and offered an exceptional level of customer service. We need more employees in the workforce like David. I can’t say enough about him!

My wife and I just rented a unit for our brother Lexter here. The rental truck place was the worst experience we had in awhile. Allen made us feel like we were important from the time he called about the reservation to the time we unloaded our truck and locked our unit. Ive been to other Istorages before that rented trucks and wish this one did because I would not have gone anywhere else. Its very rare to have good personalities nowadays. He was very quick getting everything done and thats all it is about.

They have been awesome with helping me. Ive been in a financial crisis the last few months and fell a little behind on my payments and they worked with me to set up a payment arrangement that worked for me and so I didnt lose my things. Theyre prices are affordable and they are extremely helpful. Highly recommend them to anyone!

I had my 4 bedrooms worth of furniture in their storage facility for 4 months in that 4 months my king size California mattress was destroyed with mold my couch cushions were eaten by rodents my kitchen table was covered in mold I lost so much. They gave me their insurance details and I contacted the insurance company and was informed that unfortunately they do not cover mold or rat feces or rats devouring your furniture I wonder what they do cover?I called I storage and informed them of the damage to my stuff they seemed pretty uninterested I did however get the number for the district manager. Upon calling him I was assured that the money they were not supposed to take out of my account would be put back in Im still waiting. Another note do not sign up for also pay they wont stop taking the money out of your account. Basically using this storage company cost me thousands of dollars I have to replace my own furniture because they refuse to assist me in any way in fact when I did talk to the district manager he answered the phone by way of saying how you get my number When I called another facility and asked for the regional manager to call me I was assured that he would call me that day I never heard from him.If after reading this you still use this storage facility make sure you keep your own insurance and do not take cornerstone insurance it is a scam.Update on my post I got a message from the company saying they had refunded the money to my account well it hasnt reached my account and that was over a week ago.As for your insurance cornerstone, I checked them out online and guess what their company is a scam, you pay for insurance and then when something happens to your belongings you get a letter stating were sorry we dont cover that.I received letters from them stating that they will not cover my bed mattress which was destroyed by mold and they will not cover my furniture my sitting room furniture that was destroyed by rats because they dont pay out on any damage by rodents.So not only is I storage a complete and utter disaster of a company but the insurance they offer you is proving to be a scan stay away from this place have nothing to do with them they will not assist you as soon as something goes wrong they washed their hands of U.

I rented a unit from this place from july 2018 till April 2019. Everything was good until the company was bought out by istorage. Shortly after they were bought out a number of units were broken into. The office never called to tell me. I went to get some stuff out of my unit and thats when the office told me about the break ins. I asked the man if they were gonna replace any of my valuables that were missing or the $15 lock that had been broken in the robbery. I was informed that because I hadnt made a formal request in the correct amount of days they werent responsible for anything missing. When I questioned how I was supposed to make a formal request when no one in the office even contacted me about the break in. Needless to say I removed the remainder of my stuff about a week later.

I give this company five starts for all the right reason. Didnt have NOT one bad experience. Angela helped me EXTREMELY well and was more than helpful. I recommend this storage company to EVERYBODY!!!! 😊

Delia was very helpful to me when I needed a unit rental for a short time. Very efficient, friendly and patient. We rented the building short-term and were able to use it and then close it out with ease.

Very convenient but my unit which is inside a temperature controlled building has a huge problem with lizards getting inside and pooping on everything.

I just got a call from the district manager stating that Im lying online and that they actually did refund my money, youve taken this to the next level now John.You do not call me a liar you do not say that the money has been refunded when it has not.I want you to replace the mattress and sofa ( Which I am still paying for by the way) that you destroyed I would like for myself and my daughter to be able to sleep on a bed that isnt mold infested and had a rat living in it and Id like to be able to sit on a sofa that isnt covered in mold and rap droppings. I am a single parent I cannot afford to replace those things myself, you have completely destroyed them and I expect you to fix this for me.Not call me and tell me you refunded my money when you didnI wrote a review here recently about I storage and how they ruined my furniture in the rat infested mold infested storage unit. They replied and their reply was full of lies, they have not refunded my money their insurance company cornerstone There Google rating is a 1, Im not surprised and I think I storage will be following them with a 1 by the time Im finished, is a scam my furniture was ruined with mold and rat feces the rat burrowed through my mattress and the insurance company informed me that they do not cover mold or rodent damage I wonder what they do cover? My guess is absolutely nothing.Do not use this storage space they have 0 customer service they do not care if your stuff gets ruined they will not assist you afterwards other than to lie in their replies to these reviews. I called my bank yesterday and they told me to cancel my card because even they were concerned that I storage was not going to stop putting the money through every month, another hassle I have to go through because of this awful company.Dont bother trying to talk to the district manager because he doesnt want to talk to you and the regional manager definitely wont answer your phone calls if you can get a number for them. Do not accept auto pay because they will not stop taking the money from your account even after youve moved out. They are a disgrace and they obviously dont care about the people of Columbus they think where a joke. There are lots of wonderful storage places in Columbus this my friends is not one of them do not put any furniture in here that you care about.

This place is a joke! I used them my storage unit company for about four months, i thought they were great until it came time to get my stuff out! Every single box that I pulled out of my unit had some type of bug creatures in it, even roaches and rat feces! I am a clean freak Ive never had roaches in my life nor any other type of pest or rodents. I made my complaint, and all I got was the run around. I have yet to hear from the corporate office! I have lost a lot of money using this place, being I had to throw out a lot of my stuff away. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE!! There is def an infestation problem here.I am a marketing representative, and have also ran several businesses. This is coming from a business prospective this is NOT how you run a Company.

I made a truck rental reservation with the manager Angela two weeks in advanced of moving out of state. She stated the truck would be there the day of our reservation and everything would be fine. When we arrived to pick up our truck and male manager was there stated Angela had left. He stated there was no trucks available and didn’t know there were reservations for that day. My thought is that if you are a manager you should know what is happening that day and if you don’t have trucks available you should call the customers that are expecting trucks. I had my electric and water being shut off the next day and moving people waiting on me. The male manager acted like he didn’t care and said he couldn’t do anything and that we needed to go somewhere else.This location created such an inconvenience and hassle!

I helped move my friends furniture out of here, to say her stuff was ruined is an understatement. The manner in which she has been treated since her furniture was ruined was even worse. IStorage have lied and treated her with such disrespect. Firstly they said they would refund her money which they wont or at least have not done to date. Secondly the insurance company they insist you use is a scam according to their reviews my friend was not the only one bitten by them. She is a single mother who works hard for all that she has and to watch the management of this company treat her so poorly really makes me mad.I implore the good people to not use this company, they will treat you just as badly given the chance. DO NOT RENT FROM THESE PEOPLE. Just to start with I paid them on time and in full every month. They emptied my stuff out and rented it to another renter because she said we were done with the unit. The property manager Davis Shepard does not have a clue what he is doing. Scott Calato is his boss - but he does not have a phone number. Now I find out they are getting double rent and I am supposed to be ok with that. RENT AT YOUR OWN EXPENSE. YOUR STUFF WILL NOT BE THERE WHEN YOU COME BACK.

Barely deserves one star, I had no problems moving in or with anyone while storing there until one month my rent went up. It was unexpected and this prompted me to move out, and when I did, they were not helpful. I called a week in advance to let the manager, I spoke to a lady named Angela, know I was planning to move out so not to charge my card for the month and it was charged anyway. It was even admitted by Angela the first time we spoke that she remembered me calling to try to transfer somewhere else but hadnt made a note on the account. Just because they messed up, I had to suffer the consequences. The second or third time I called, they refused to give me a refund and were rude on the phone. Ive since then moved to CubeSmart which seems to have better prices, customer service, and professionalism. I ended up having to dispute the ordeal with my bank and SSS had threatened to send collections after me when I told them I was doing so. I will not be coming back.
