They towed a car that was allowed to be parked where it was.The receptionist was nice enough & seems to be the one holding the business together, as she was helpful, but getting in and out of the lot had to be micromanaged by her. One person allowed in the office at a time currently with COVID. The hours listed on Google reflect normal availability for pick ups, but after-hours appointments can be made.I wouldnt give them my business, but I am not in the business of ruining a persons day.

My son was parked legally! There were NO no parking or tow away zone signs. His car was towed, and he had to pay almost $200 to get his car back. No ticket, but had to pay anyway. He missed an exam for college because of this.

This company is a total scam. I got towed for parking without a permit. The driver who towed my car damaged the drivers side bumper. I called in and was informed nothing could be done until Monday. I came in Monday and spoke with Jordan who took pictures of my car and told me to fill out an accident report and would get back to me. He never contacted me. After about a week I contacted him and he said because they have you sign a paper (before) they release your car to you then they aren’t at fault. They have pictures of my car before the tow, and at their lot which shows the driver is at fault. I was in contact with Jordan who I had to call/email 5 times before I got a response and refused to give me the information I requested. Poor customer service, poor management and horrible with taking care of other peoples property. I would strongly recommend finding a different tow company or you will be left with a damaged vehicle. This is based off my my opinion and experience with this company

Parked my car in front of my apartment for 2 hours in the middle of the day while was making arrangements for my fathers passing. Same spot I have parked in with the same plates for 3 years. My parking pass is visible in my center console. I did not put it on my dash because I was leaving again. Absolutely ridiculous. But what should I expect from such a predatory business.

*THIS IS A PREDATORY TOWING COMPANY* Parked my car behind my apartment due to no parking on private property for 2hrs and it was towed. Was made to wait an hour to get my car back due to shift change due to not being told you have to make an appointment to get my car back. Clerk was extremely rude and they’re closed between 5-10pm for no reason 🤷🏽‍♀️

This company is criminal. They are devoid of humanity and ruin peoples lives. The people who answer phones are smug and rude.

Dont know why would you give a company that towed your car from your own apt complex anything more than a star. What am I suppose to say? Couldnt find my car in the morning, thought it was stolen but instead it was impounded. Great experience paying a ton of money getting my own car back? Lol

The only towing and impound company we could find in Columbus that understands professionalism. They provide excellent service to our condo association, with a web portal providing photos and towing information on each tow. They communicate well, and work hard. We couldnt be happier with their service.

You cant count on very many people in this world. But you can count on Complete Impound & Recovery to tow your vehicle while 9 months pregnant and three days before Christmas. Thank you for ruining peoples lives.

This place is towing cars for expired plates when there is a state moratorium on license plates until July.

Came to my apartment to impound and had to pay $160. They had granites stocked under my car.

Damage was done to the front end of my car when they carelessly towed it away from the front of my apartment complex. I was towed for not updating my parking permit (which wasn’t expired, same car)

They are just looking for a quick car to take. If they took an extra 30 seconds to look close enough the car has the parking permit, I wouldnt have to take time off work. Im sure they are not going to pay me for the hours I missed. They need to be absolutely certain the car is illegally parked before they take away something that could result in not making rent, putting food on the table, or needed for medical cost! That is what can happen for those who live paycheck to paycheck and miss work from not able to make the commute.

There ended up being a mishap at my complex and my car was mistakenly towed to their facility. They rectified the issue and were able to release my vehicle for free! Thank you!

They stole my CAR from from my apartment. I wouldnt ever recommend them to anyone. I have a parking pass but that doesnt matter. They completely ignored that along with the two twin carseats in the back. These people like many other big corporations have no soul.

Its another scum bag, tow lot, full of scam artists. I went to my friends apartment to pick him up for work and within the hour they ripped my car out of HIS PARKING SPOT because I didnt have a permit in my window. Come to find out they make contracts with low income apartment complexes to not ensure that the paying resident has a spot reserved for them, but to simply take peoples vehicles at complete whim, the rear view mirror tag is to just ensure they are allowed to do this. Oh did I mention there was TWO other vehicles on both sides if me with out a permit...they definitely target vehicles.

Neutral on their services. I had to make a call because one of their drivers was throwing all kinds of trash out of his window and it was hitting my car.

Leeches just looking to make a quick buck and tow a car where they shouldnt even have the tow truck at. Glad we were able to keep you from two cars that you shouldnt have been towed. Maybe you should spend less time at TJays and actually help out motorists that need help. Suck bags!

Beyond rude. My husband and i went to pick up my car which is in his name, and they kicked me out. He was trying to hand them the registration and she rudely said I need your registration and I told her he was trying to hand it to him she then told me to leave the building. I replied she could have been more plesant then kicked me out of ththe building.

Nicole was awsome. It was simple to pick my car up and a fai price.. people on here complaining about this tow company.Its clear youve never had to deal withPRO TOW, SHAMROCK AND CAMCAR.THESE 3 ARE THE ONES THAT JEW PEOPLE. IVE DEALT WITH COMPLETE MULTIPLE TIMES. AND NEVER HAD A PROBLEM..

They do a great job keeping my lots cleaned.

The customer service person, Heather, hung up on me and was an absolute unprofessional and incompetent mess. They towed my car when the visitor lot was full and the rental office no longer gives visitor passes. The company is a joke and are scam artists.

This place is just looking for a quick way to tow cars. They dont know what they are doing. They claimed i was parked in front of a fire hydrant line when i was not. When i went to get my car they did not want to show me the pictures they took but afterwards they did & it clearly showed i was not parked in front of the fire hydrant line. I did get my money back. I will still file a complaint against them because i wasted $24 on an uber to go down there for no them towing my car for no reason.

They get the job done! It was my vehicle that was impounded, but in my opinion, it could have been avoided if lawyer paid the bills due against it. I dont fault the business for doing their job!
