My student daughter lived her for a year and a half. Its big space but really old. No AC. Electric is cheap. Really quiet so dont move there if you are noisy. However the pot smell became overwhelming and she had to move elsewhere. Andy was always helpful.

I lived there for a year and it was hard to leave. Andy (the manager) was a complete angel he made sure to get things done right away. It had great space and such character. It’s also in a great location. If you’re look for a place to rent from I would highly recommend!

I lived at 581 Town St for 2 years and have absolutely loved it! Andy is so fun to talk to and makes apartment living very easy. Andy is also very responsive and always has a great attitude. The building is very quiet and despite being downtown the street is very quiet as well. I rarely had to call for maintenance but when I did it was taken care of very quickly.I never had any issues with pests or even loud neighbors, everyone has been so friendly. I felt very safe here and my car has never had any damage with the street parking. I have recommended Belmont Apartments in the past to friends and will continue to do so. It is downtown living at a great price!

At first Andy was very nice but and answered any questions I had since I am a first time renter. Right when he saw that I was apparently not making enough to live at the apartment complex he started to basically shoo me out of his office and kept interrupting me as I tried to ask him questions. I felt like my time didnt matter to him and he was just trying to get rid of me and it was pretty disrespectful.

I lived at Belmont for a year in a studio.I never had any issues but the sets of stairs in the back were being redone so they closed the parking off for a few months.I recommend an AC and maybe a small heater but it’s generally quiet and I never paid much for electric.Andy is really nice and I never had any issues with anyone.I do recommend not leaving valuables in your car just Incase.

This is a hidden gem in downtown Columbus. With all the super expensive luxury apartments going up, its great to have some affordable apartments that are still in the heart of it all. I lived here for 9 months from 2016-17 and I would have stayed longer if I could! The manager Andy is always friendly and super helpful. A complete change from living in campus at OSU where the managers arent the nicest. Hes not trying to scam you or anything. The apartments themselves are nice. The buildings are old and have some neat history. Of course, with older buildings there might be a chance something needs fixed. I only had two problems in my 9 months both fixed the same day I requested them. Nothing that the maintenance man (I forget his name, super friendly and nice as well) couldnt fix. If you have to submit a request for something to get fixed, he could show up 15 minutes later to fix it. Its unreal. Because it is an older building, behind the drywall are brick. This makes the chance of you hearing your neighbor very very slim. The 1 bedroom I lived in had plenty of room. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone who is in school downtown or have recently graduated.

Ive lived here for two years. Amazing location. The property manager Andy is so awesome. Highly recommend for anyone who lives alone.

I was apartment shopping with thousands of dollars set aside for the possibility of a move in. And I was in a great hurry to move in. I made multiple attempts to reach Andy the apartment manager. To inquire as to when I could receive a personal tour of the apartments and initiate the move in process. Andy finally responds; I had attempted to ask if I could drop in to fill out the paperwork when Andy interrupted me multiple times; addresses me in a very reticent, annoyed and frankly hostile tone and rambled off a few details. I had finally stated I just want to ask a few questions. So I was wondering-Andy interjectedWell I dont know what more you want me to tell you!! Have a good day bye!P*** poor customer service, Hard to reach, limited availability. Trust me when I say that there are PLENTY of other places in the downtown area that would actually value you and your business.

My boyfriend and I viewed an apartment here a couple months ago, Andy was so pleasant and we hope to move in in December!

Beware of apartment and the manager. Hopefully you never have plumbing issues they wont get fixed.
