This is to give awareness to all landlords do not rent to the men who live in 4597 Refugee Rd apt. 3F if they have Been leaving there from the year of 2020-2021 as these men are unsafe renters, And they dont follow lease rules. They will give you a headache with all they do. Beware
Never fixed property when tenants moved out. Charged me to fix tenants problems instead of tenants, 22 days after contract ended with rpm midwest i still cant get them to call me back or return my house keys.
I payed my application fee and it been a week no response. I work for the school District and I’m getting second degree questions about what if this happen. I feel it some type of discretions going on. They saving the house for ppl they may know.
My experience of working with this rental company has been good so far. They are very kind, and quick to give any and all assistance. Their rules so far have been very easy to follow. I hope my gardening adventures prove to work for me and the property team. If so, that will put me over the moon with this company at this point! 😎🤗🎉
As a landlord theyve been very disappointing. When signing they said they are more expensive (11% of rent) because of their good service, but I have a better experience with my out of state properties managed via a company that charges only 8%. Do not recommend.
Regards to the wonderful customer service that I received from Jackie Kincaid.... I was a little skeptical about working with a property management company but Jackie made it easy, simple and painless. She communicated very well and made herself available if I had any questions or needed anything. Her customer service skills are great. When viewing the home she is was approachable and pleasant. She interacted with conversations about the home which made the viewing even more pleasurable. I give 5 stars to Jackie Kincaid for her wonderful customer service.
Horrible company! Stay away!!!We have used this company for years and have hated working with them the entire time. They do not care about tenants or owners. They just want to collect your money.Their maintenance department is slow, expensive, and their work quality is awful. They usually have to come out to fix the same issue multiple times (due to their own neglect or lack of experience) and of course the owner will pay for every visit .Their office staff is no better. They cant track anything of importance, no matter how many times you correct them.
Absolutely unethical company. Robbers at best. Please find a better company to deal with your property. These people have no integrity. They offered me $40 discount for a positive review but j sensed the way they work. Sad . I am sure they will go bankrupt soon.

I was a tenant in one of their homes for the past 4 years. I should have known they were not professional from the start. They did not do a walk through of the home or have the home cleaned when I moved in. There was no running water when I moved in and my family and I spent HOURS cleaning up this home (it was filthy). I had to request maintenance several times before anyone would respond. Often times my requests were deleted without any response. I recently moved out and kept the house in very good condition. The owner even tried to make a deal with me to stay because I took such good care of the home. I get a statement from this company with all kinds of bogus charges. $800 to repaint one bedroom and fix 2 small drywall jobs (I have pics), $59 for a broken toilet seat (which is not broken, I have pics from when I moved out), $50 to remove stickers that were ALREADY in the home when I moved and $199 for a final water bill which I showed them proof of payment. The Owner, Shawn Becker, claims to have paid it even though I showed the rental company PROOF using my bank statement and the online water bill statement that I had paid it. This company tries to get over on people by charging them for false damages. Im glad I took pictures of the home when I moved out so I can use them in court! I would not recommend this company when looking for property to rent or even rent out. F-
All I can saying is amazing. From the time I contacted the company all the way through getting the house rented. The communication has been outstanding, I have been updated on each and every step along the way. Everyone has been extremely helpful and has taken the time to answer all of my questions. Jackie my leasing agent was wonderful to work with. She found the perfect tenant and kept in constant contact throughout the leasing process. I could not be more happy with my experience.
We rented a home from RPM for over 2 years. They were amazing to work with. Always responded right away to any issues/repairs with home. And even a year plus after we rented with them - they were able to quickly and happily provided needed documents to us. We currently rent from another company in another state who makes all processes from payment to home issues not so easy - and it makes us really appreciate and want to say a public thanks here to Real Property Management. Highly recommend.

WHATEVER YOU DO - DO NOT SIGN A LEASE WITH REAL PROPERTY MANAGEMENT MIDWEST!!!!!!!!!!I would give zero stars if I could. I have been the unfortunate tenant of RPM since May of this year. Even more unfortunate, I signed a 2 year lease with them. I am currently in the process of hiring an attorney because of everything RPM has tried to pull since I moved in. They will not speak to their tenants - they claim that email is the best and only way to communicate with them because it causes less confusion. Since I moved in, their emails to me have caused more confusion than I care to even dive into in this review. Im 35 years old and have rented my fair share of apartments/condos/houses over the years - and I have NEVER dealt with more confusion and more frustration and blatant disrespect from a leasing company before. I havent even been here a year yet and already there have been HUNDREDS of emails back and forth between myself and RPM. Thats unheard of and quite frankly, unacceptable. Pick up the phone and talk to your tenant who has repeatedly told you they feel unsafe, disrespected, targeted and basically bullied by the RPM staff, the owner, and my next door neighbor (who shares a wall to my condo). On top of that, I entered a maintenance request before I even moved in (April, 2019). It is STILL not fixed. Going on 9 months to fix one small thing that caused me such a freaking headache. AND they continue to add new charges to my ledger - constantly. Every month when I sign into the resident portal, I have a lovely new surprise waiting for me. A new fee. Then I have to take the time and spend hours of my time emailing them back and forth and back and forth disputing the ridiculous fees they keep adding. ITS OBNOXIOUS. Ive been asking to speak to the owner of RPM for MONTHS now and have yet to hear from him.In a lovely addition - a few months ago, they informed that the next door neighbor (who I had no issues with prior) was sending RPM AND the owner (who ive NEVER met) videos of me and my children using their Ring doorbell camera. What in the WORLD. They claim its for the children safety. HOW is that protecting my children??? When I called the non-emergency police line, they told me that my neighbors actions would be described as harassment and stalking. When I informed RPM of this, they told me He has every right to have that Ring doorbell camera. Sure he has the right - but WHY ARE YOU SENDING VIDEOS OF ME AND MY CHILDREN TO STRANGERS??! They also told me that the neighbor was not stalking or harassing me. Those were the cops words - not mine - yet RPM completely disagreed and was supportive in the neighbors right to do that. The neighbor told me that the Ring camera is used to keep an eye on me and my kids. He told me that the owner of the condo actually asked him to do this. The owner has also apparently stayed with my neighbor since ive moved in and theyve spied on me together. That was fun and reassuring and calming to find out! Are you kidding me with this?? Yet RPM thinks its 100% acceptable. Thats disgusting. Im a single mother of 3 and I am repulsed by this behavior to say the least.They have ALSO assigned me a $150 non-refundable pet fee. Guess what? I dont have a pet. Never have. I pet-sat TWICE prior to finding out it was forbidden to even have an animal in the condo whatsoever. Due to that, I have to pay $150 and it was added to this months ledger without me even being able to speak to the owner of RPM about my concerns. They also confirmed that I would have to make that payment for Decembers rent on 12/2/2019. Yep, a fee was enforced on me two days after rent was already due. And I was told if I dont pay it, then they would move forward with the eviction process. WHAT!Do yourself a favor and sign a lease with a different company - trust me. Nobody should have to go through what Im going through with them!!
Thank you for all your help over the last few years and RPM has been great when we needed help, maintenance, and being courteous for our quarterly inspections. We hope the home owners were equally as happy.
Excellent customer service and prompt feedback. Bonnie was very patient and understanding, answering every question and responding to mails in a timely fashion. Communication was great. Apt was clean and move in was smooth. Online payment options a plus.
We would like to thank RPM and the owners of the home for allowing us to move in and make memories. That home is our son’s first home so it makes it a bittersweet time (for me, anyway). Lol We’d also like to thank you all for giving us the opportunity to continue to reside in the home.

Im giving RPM 4 stars solely on the efforts of Jackie Kincaid. She is wonderful to work with. In all honestly, I have had some challenges with RPM (especially in getting people to return phone calls and emails), but not Jackie. Shes been extremely helpful and the few times Ive considered going elsewhere, Jackie completely changed my mind with the job she does.
They charged me over $3,000 for damages. For a dinged garage door that was like that when i got there, to patch a small hole in the wall in the basement, clean the carpets, clean the kitchen appliances, and repainted the entire interior of the house. They will do their best to make you sure you never see that deposit and send you to collections. I would steer clear of them.

I was an owner (customer) for 8 years. Over that time they did a mediocre job finding qualified renters, maintaining the property and communicating with me. I put up with this service because I live in a different state and didnt have many options. Most recently, I negotiated a 2.5 year lease via their agent. 1.5 years into the lease the tenant decided to break the lease. RPM sent me multiple emails confirming that according to the lease the tenants broke the lease, and thus I was entitled to the security deposit. Several weeks later, for the very first time, RPM produced a new lease with a supposed correction to the term that indicated a 1.5 years. I never agreed to that. Despite me producing several emails about the final negotiations requiring a 2.5 year term, they decide to side with the tenant. They cheated me out of money I was entitled to according to the agreement I made with RPM. An agreement that they confirmed via email 5 days after the lease was signed.Please, choose another company to manage your property! This was a case of deception at worst or severe incompetence at best. The lack of accountability and lack of professionalism is the worst I have ever experienced.

I cant imagine having to do all the work myself from here in Germany. From advertising for renters, repairs and maintenenace, working with my previous tenant, and even hiring for yard work. Terrible, unethical, and downright damaging company. They were okay until we moved out. Charged us for leaving things that were left in the house by the previous tenant or the owner. They had a ridiculously large list of items they wanted cleaned. More than any place I have lived in the last 30 years. We hired a professional carpet cleaner and spent days detailing/cleaning. We were annoyed because the house did not come in such a clean state but still we did everything on the list. The unethical part is here in the bottom.Not only did these people charge us for things that were already here when we moved in. They had the gall to charge us for cleaning things. Especially after the previous tenant/owner left so many things in the house and it wasnt in as clean of state as they requested yet still we did our best.They made a line items of every thing left in the house (none of it was ours) and a ton of things to clean despite us doing everything in the list. They charged over a thousand dollars. They know most people will not go to court over such an amount so will take advantage of the situation.
Im very pleased with how things are going. All my requests are handled promptly and communication is great. I will definitely keep you in mind for referrals.
As an Owner, I cannot recommend RPM Midwest. I could never get a straight answer on the status of my property - it was always passed off to someone else. Their in-house repair team, disassembled electric covers for repairs then charged to repair the things they disassembled - no oversight of them whatsoever. I fired RPM Midwest within months of hiring them due to never receiving someone that truly knew what was happening at my property. When I finally got my final accounting, they had applied the security deposit from one side of my duplex to the eviction they had filed on the other side, but I knew I would just have to personally return it once the tenants move out because there was no way I was ever going to get RPM Midwest to see, admit, much less, correct their error.
I had a very pleasant experience when inquiring about rental property in the area. I spoke to Jackie Kincaid and she was extremely helpful and very pleasant to talk to. I would recommend this company to anyone searching for quality and excellent customer service.

This is the worst property management company in the world. They start out great but once they get your money you better hope and pray nothing needs to be fixed. You have to send endless emails and maintenance requests to get anything fixed. I had water running out of my recessed lighting in my dining room which took them 10 days to fix and also my hot water tank went completely out and it took 15 days to be fixed. So beware of this company.
Your company know and the gentleman that came out to our house last week were very professional and courteous. They go above and beyond to help, and one of them even cleared the debris off of the patio. :)

From an owners standpoint this company is not a good choice. Sure they find tenants in a timely manner but this is where it ends.They made good on their promise to pursue loss rent from deliquent tenants, and it appears that every single maintenance charge is the owners fault even when its clear that it was due to the tenants negligence.I was once charged to have junk removed from my house after a delinquent tenant finally left he premises.Maintenance charges claim any repair under $250 can be done without the owners permission, however be aware that this means 7 charges in a single month all ranging up to $249 is fair game. 7 charges in one month?As a result of this treatment RPM was fired by me.Best of luck to future owners, but I would highly advise doing a thorough research of all companies first.
