As long as I am a renter, I will only rent from Clintonville Apts ever again. Ive been a tenant for nearly 3 years and its been great. The owners are local, friendly, and genuinely value their properties.

Ive been living in a double on Clinton Heights Ave. for over a year. Mike has always been very, easy to work with, very friendly, and quick to respond to maintenence needs. Have really enjoyed living here and renting from him.
