Apartments are on the expensive side to be old and run down. Nothing is up to date. There’s no ceiling fans or lights in none of the rooms. When I first moved in there was a roach infestation in the apartment from a former tenant. It took over a month to be resolved. Not to mention there isn’t any cameras on the property. So of course I had someone break in my car two times. There’s trash always everywhere by the dumpsters. The workers in the office are unprofessional. Melanie the new manager always has a nasty attitude or something smart to say. Save yourself the hassle and dont move here. I wouldn’t even let my dogs stay here. If you want to move somewhere affordable, update to date with professionalism and cleanliness go down the street to the old Holly Hills Apartments. I never had problems there before moving into the Lodge so glad I’m finally gone. My nightmare is over 🥲

Love this place. If I have a maintenance issue, they come ASAP! Quiet area, it does have the same ol same ol issues as every neighborhood. The ladies in the front are super sweet! She worked with me even when I wasnt in the area and helped me when I ran into issues. Are the apartments brand new, no. But they are clean and maintained well. Price is well worth it. People talk about the garbage issue, but, if people actually put their trash in the dumpster there wouldnt be an issue. By the time you see the trash, it is picked up and gone. Definitely recommend!

I used the laundry room and it was surprisingly clean. The restrooms too. Wish their pool was operational. Great place.

This has always been a nice area.My friend lived here many moons ago but its still really nice. I hope my mom gets approved here

Dont live here but hanging out with someone outside drinking a beer and got swarmed by fire ants. Had to strip down and run inside to a shower. 2/5 stars probably wont return

I only visited this complex while on vacation. From what I could tell it seems like a nice safe community. But Like I said I only visited for a few hours while on vacation. I will say this the landscape was very well maintained and there wasn’t trash around. Plus the neighbors were friendly and said hello when contact was made.

I don’t like their but visiting is always nice. The place is clean and don’t smell funny in the building.

I have only been staying here for a month and a couple of days but so far its great. Its very quiet, clean and the staff is very nice. I had a problem with my toilet getting stopped up i called the maintenance at 2 am and they came within the next 15 mins to fix the problem. i love it .

These apapartmen are cheap but the management is ridiculous!!! Our property got mess up from the so call maintenance drilling holes and did they pay for it... Hell no!!! The maintenance half fix things. You have to keep calling just to remind them. They go in your apartment when your not there. We done had neighbors that told us and brought it to their attention. NOTHING HAPPEN. So watch out for your belongings. Then you got the manager who be walking her dog being noisy in everybody business. If you move there just watch out for yourself and belonging. Poor management...

I used to live here in 1989, I was stationed at Ft Benning, loved it, drove by it this week, looks very nice still.

I love the apartment complex, it is an older complex but well maintained. The management here know all the tenants and they work hard to keep it clean.

Apartments are larger than most in the area.They are easy to access from the Interstate and the landscape is well maintained.

Very quiet place to live, love the trees at spring time!!

The apartments have been here for 100 years & they look like it. They are quite old school & they need upgrades. Especially being this close to Ft. Benning with so many soldiers.
