These apartments are amazing! The best part about these apartments is the management. They love everyone. I love the positive energy this place brings! I would highly recommend! You wont find a better management or apartment anywhere else.

My wife and I went in to look at Park Vista Apartment to possibly move into. The 2 bedroom apartment is really nice. All the appliances are all stainless steel which was real nice. But the one thing that stood out was Denise. The way she talks about her job and the way she presents the apartment is done really well. Right before we left, I had to make sure to tell her that she’s really good at her job. You don’t meet many people that takes pride with their job.

The apartments here at Park Vista are very nice and clean and well maintained. Denise is one of the best property managers Ive had the pleasure of dealing with. She is very responsive and her communication is outstanding. I absolutely love living here and would recommend Park Vista Apartments to anyone!

This complex has had a complete turn around since they have changed management. Denise is the best landlord hands down. She is very caring about her tenants and the property. Really love living here

Denise has made my experience here absolutely amazing. I had the option between this location and a property in Dublin in which was closer in commute to work. Denise is the reason I have chosen this location. Her personality, and efforts to assist is beyond my expectations as well as her heart and compassion to help and prompt responses to address any questions. She goes above and beyond. Sometimes you have to look at whom your renting from vs. Where you renting from. She sealed the deal for me. I wanted a safe, nice, clean environmental setting. I got just that along side with an amazing professional, hands on property manager. Thank you Denise for all that you do!

Denise in the rental office is amazing! She cares and is there to help where she can. I have always been able to go to her with anything and she is on it. Definitely makes this place that much better to live in.

Been here 2 years, it was a tough beginning. But the new management Carrie, and the new maintenance Andy is a great. The garage doors need fixed and they look awesome. The black top just got re done and makes the property look much better. Everytime I call or email I get a quick helpful response. Carrie has been doing a great job trying to fix things that never got taken care of before her. She has a lot to deal with and she is handling it great. Quiet neighborhood. Neighbors all look out for each other. My son loves the pool and the play area. Happily spending another year at Forest View!!

Karyn or whatever her name is. I mean if you promise someone that youre willing to work with them on their application then you stick to your word and do so. You dont keep their hopes up and keep them hanging in there for about 3 weeks or so and all of a sudden tell them no bull.

We have been living in this house for four years and it is a very bad house and has no employees to work for you Ac My son he is New baby born and the ac is not working Any time You call they Say Is not emergency Maintenance so be aware What you choosing

We had a few issues (out of her control) during our move to forest view. The land lord Carrie was helpful in finding a few solutions. It a quite neighborhood.

Roaches is everywhere in this place, she would tell anything, she would let you move, after she would act like she did not know. Roaches does not go away like that, please be aware.
