We have been living here since 2012 so far I have not seen any rodents but spiders during mating season they seem to come around September. the pest inspectors have been coming at least once or more a week to see if all clear of any infestations. I feel fortunate that during the rainy season last year when our basement flooded they had people come to clean and disinfect our basement, they also had the red cross come out to give us bottled, water, heaters, and cleaning materials bleach, mops, etc during the beginning of the outbreak of covid pandemic during that time and it happen twice to us, all of the drainage in columbus ohio at that time had overflooded due to so much rain and I still have the two heaters military quality nice haha

Super horrible even worse with change of management. They do not care one bit of there tenants well beings. Infestations is very bad here. I lived in two different units and omg rats of all kinds, all species of roaches, spiders, hose in the ceilings, mold in walls, the only species of rodents missing is bed bugs. It’s very really sad we work so hard to pay our rent on time and only receive disappointed and disrespect from the office managers. If anyone is seeing this from corporate please help and change the people working in the office. Our voice matters even if our English isn’t perfect.

I stayed here for about 11 years. these apartments were good up to 2017-2018. the only thing that’s been good throughout the years of staying here was the maintenance although sometimes maintenance didn’t answer the phone or reach back to you if you did call. the new management is bad and you pay so much for rent a month just to live in a dump.

Dont ever rent from them the a/c dont work but they charge 909 dollars for a 3 bdrm. No a/c. When I moved out I gave a 30 day notice the lady at the office said ok I moved out 3 day prior to the 30 days I moved out on the 8th and they going to send me a letter. Saying i owe them for April rent that I was supposed to give a 60 day notice and charging me 150 to shampol carpet that was used when I moved in 2 years ago could never take a bath cause the tub always chipped paint they fixed it twice for it to chip all over again

I should have read the reviews before I moved in smh my first week I had issues... that was a sign ignored.. it’s getting old outside now I’ve call several times for my hot water n heat to be fixed.. I have small children (3month&5yr old)... maintenance have yet to fix the issue it will be a whole week Friday... without heat n hot water.. that’s not fair to my kids they have to sit in a cold house not only that they can’t even have a warm bath.. I hope this gets the reviews someone needs plz rethink this...

Apartments are worth the value of their prices, though neighborhood is not good, its a great place to start up. Environment is kept clean, parking maybe be a problem sometime apart from that, it was a great experience

These apartments are terrible. They raise rent every year and the apartments are not worth it. They claim the Fair Market Value is why they raise the rent yearly.. The apartments are bug infested and If you consider moving into Sutton Square do so at your own risk.. It should be illegal how they offer rent at $699 but raise it by 20 to 40 dollars on the anniversary of your move in date.

Although the neighborhood may not be the greatest, you are getting a good value for the money. No Sutton Square does not have the fancy amenities that the other apartments managed by Barrington Group has, its just like anywhere you live its what you make of it. Unlike the other review posted my townhouse does not have an issue with bugs. Maintenance is very prompt in resolving any issues. The grounds are well kept. Parking can be a bit hectic. Management is working hard to make changes to better this community.

This is the worst place I have ever lived. Maintenance is almost non existent, the office workers have horrible attitudes, apartments are in horrible condition-mice and roaches and they refuse to treat for them. Appliances halfway work, Windows and doors are old and drafty-my living room is always freezing. Air never works right, black mold in my bathroom. I could go on and on. If you can avoid this place please do!!!!

I cant blame the apts for the area, Mr Barry and his crew really try to keep up the property, the problem is some of the children here are down right disrespectful and distructive parents need to watch their children more closely. Sutton square isnt that bad.

Terrible, Terrible place to live. I live there at the moment and there are so many things wrong with these apartments. First, Can you say BAD NEIGHBOURHOOD. All you hear are shootings and fighting. People treat the houses absolutely terribly and destroy property. The buildings are falling apart. Extremley rude people. In the office and around the neighbourhood. Once, these two kids came up to me while i was playing soccer with my younger siblings and they stared at us. I then said Can I help you. They contiuned to stare. I told my younger siblings to go inside, lock the door, and put the stick on it. They threw a few rocks at our door th en ran off laughing. LOTS of shooting. Matter of fact, we just had a shooting June 11th on Larry. If youre looking for a place for your kids to play and have fun, this is not one. Service is very rude here. Yes, there is a park here however, it is COMPLETLY destroyed. Kids/Teens around here are extremley rude. I really dislike this place zero stars if i could. It is terrible here. Trust me, as a person living here. This is nothing. Youd be better off in Whitehall. :0

My wife and I recently toured these townhomes. The pictures online must be from when the buildings were new. These homes are in bad condition, in a rapidly deterioratimg part of town. About the only thing right in the listings is that the townhomes is that they are in Columbus and are spacious. I recommend anyone looking for a new townhome in Columbus to stay as far away from here as possible until management and the owners repair the crumbling buildings and update the 40s kitchens. If you are brave enough to tour a unit watch out for the hanging wires all over the basements.
