I love living here. Ive been here 6 years. It is clean and they fix your things so quickly. The pool is beautiful and its a lovely place to call home.

I will never rent from Chastain again.... I cleaned my apartment to the point that it was move in ready and they only gave me 55 dollars of my deposit back saying that they had to pay a cleaning crew to clean windowsills and one fan in the bedroom. The windowsills was already a mess when I moved in and could barely be recovered. I actually know the previous person who lived in my apartment in Hannah Heights and it was like they when they stayed there. Currently speaking with a lawyer to receive my money back in full. The property wasn’t of upkeep prior to my move in and the last property manager failed to report that. I will be taking them to court for more than they owe me for my suffering living in that piss poor place!!!!

Rented a house from them years back . Back door gets kicked in call them to tell what happened lady said it was my fault and I would have to pay for it. When I called back to let them know that the lease didnt say anything about tenants having to pay for robberies damage she said they would send someone out. One month later somebody came out to fix it. I had to barricade the door just to keep it shut. When we moved I gave them 30 days notice in handwritten form. They act like they didnt get it even though we never signed a lease renewal and when we moved it was 5 years after the first lease was up, not to mention the money that they wanted after we moved was a months rent when lease was signed we gave first and last months rent plus deposit that we didnt get back. These people are nothing but scum.

The Chastain property staff is always willing to help me when I have issues or concerns! From start to finish they have really made this process easy. I can make a maintenance request online. I can pay online.Any one who is looking for a good, clean, honest place to rent CHASTAIN IS THE PLACE FOR YOU AND YOUR FAMILY!

If i could give this place negative stars I would.DO NOT‼️‼️ trust or move in Hannah Heights Apartments. They are spreading lies, covering for bad business, unhealthy living conditions and falsely terminating leases. Chastain Properties Management, LLC has some shady business going on and on top of it all they expect us to pay the remaining two months. After the ROOF clasped on top of my cousins from pipes bursting (twice, once before earlier this year) upstairs. They did nothing to resolve this issue whatsoever. After telling them the apartment cant be fixed, they terminated their lease under False Claims. This is maddening. Whatever you do...DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY! Do not give them your money or time. Its is not worth it. We arent the only ones that this has happened after doing in depth research. Is this how you run your business? Your day is coming...believe that.

In my experience over the past ten plus years, this company has been most responsible in handling resident problems. I’m sure at times it is hard to please all people but reasonable folks will get good service in timely fashion. It’s nice to have free cable and water, too!

Everything went so smoothly with my move in. Dee at Chastain properties was awesome! She always stayed In touch with me and let me know the status before my move in. Was awesome with returning calls! Anything I asked for she went above and beyond to get it done. Appreciate the services greatly! Thank you

So far this is the best company I have ever rented from. There have been minor issues but all issues I have had were resolved quickly! It’s nice to find a landlord that actually cares and takes care of their tenants!

I have been living in Hamptons place for a year now and love it. The owner has made so many wonderful improvements. The staff is always so nice and they always have a smile on there faces.

CHASTAIN PORPERTY IS NOT GOOD TO RENT FROM!!!!!! Hannah heights is infested wit roaches and bed bugs...they maintenance guys comes in ur apt and steal from u and they does nothing about it...the rent lady here now is rude and very disrespectful the inside of these apt are falling apart the floor feels like they finna fall in and they will not replace ur carpet unless u been here 10 yrs.

My wife and I lived in Peacock Woods 2 for a year. This was one of the worst apartment living experiences ever.In one of the buildings there were tenants that would drink beer outside all day or all night long. Their friends would come over with their booming systems with no regard for the neighbors.When we moved in the fridge had so much dust on the underside that it would never turn off till I lifted it and cleaned it. The unit had been vacant for so long that the A/C had no freon in it, the thermostat was close to coming off the wall and the unit was littered with dust and dead bugs.The high ceilings were nice, but the walls are thin. The living and dining area had NO windows at all and the one in the master bedroom was frosted over with God knows what. There were staples in the ceiling from the previous tenant... why? There were roof leaks in the past, but no one bothered to repair the damage so it looked yucky.The A/C system leaked air around the unit in the wall so some of the air never got out to the rooms. We could never get the apt. cooler than 82 degrees during the day. We told the manager, (who didnt even know what a water heater was), she sent a guy by to fix it, but he didnt even get close. We called three more times to get it fixed, but they never sent anyone.The screen door had sprung hinges and it banged the railing if it was opened too wide. Was told a new one was on order, but it never got to us.The complex was suppose to have night security, I saw him twice.Terrible parking, one spot per apt. Visitors rarely heeded the numbered parking spots so coming home after work usually our spot was taken.Moving in and moving out was arduous due to the poor design of the steps and rails.Chastain Properties had us prove that I made 4 times the rent to try to keep the riff-raff out. Yeah right, they were already there.Upon leaving we were blamed for tearing window screens where the windows were painted shut. They hired painters to paint the outside who sprayed the paint on at 1am! Fought the screen issue and won cause the painter had to have caused this.We did get free cable and HBO though. New carpet was in the whole apartment except the Sunroom, where it was filthy.

Worst rental company ever! Lied until the lease was signed, they are all pretty polite though. Only use them if you have no other choice.

If I could give zero stars i would. I spoke with the property manager for Hannah Heights several times before I submitted my app and paid deposit. This is when she decides to tell me she doesnt know when the unit would be available. I asked for my deposit back since i was basically homeless now from the lack of info ( yes I explained that I had to be moved in Before my job stated before i gave her the deposit) I was told 30 days minus $25. This was how they held me hostage, where would i go for 30 days. Finally moved in 2 weeks later, and then the roaches started. sinks back up even when you dont use them. I decided to move an the house i fell for happened to be under them as well (Damn). Bre repeatedly said were shooting for the 1st, so when I called today the 31st to see if they finished( knowing they hadnt done anything as I visited the house of DAILY over the week and weekend) Tara tells me she doesnt know when the house will be done, and that it was vandalized. I was trying to have a conversation with her when she made it seem like i was disturbing her with questions about my house. The house was vandalized over 2 weeks ago and here we are with no ETA on when it will be finished. Fell on Taras deaf ears when i was explaining that i have 2 job assignments that would prevent me from moving out current place and into new one. Please be mindful that when I first spoke with the office manager I wanted the move in to be September 1st, but was told they couldnt hold it that long so i moved my plans up to ACCOMMODATE them, now it looks more like it will be September 1st. How am i supposed to tell my boss hey i said i couldnt go then and you were nice enough to change it now i need you to move it to an unknown date. My job is how i get paid to pay the rent (on time) but I guess since their at work already the clients lives dont matter. Again being held hostage since they have 2 deposits of mine and i cant afford to give someone else app fee + deposit + 1st months rent. Single moms please avoid this company, even if the listing says available now.UPDATE: I called today at 11am to see where I would pick up my keys on the day THEY said I needed to move it(August 8th), and now no one knows anything about the keys. I called at 145 after Bre didnt call back, now Karen who didnt know i spoke with Bre has to call me back. Who wants to bet the house isnt ready or some lame excuse thats not their fault.Final Update: After all the back and fourth the situation I believe is resolved. August 7th Ms Betty did call me directly, with what I felt was sincere concern. She listened,offered apologies, and explanations where she could. Later I received a email that she waived a fee on my account. This wasnt requested, but it shows that she really want to resolve not just the situation, but the bad taste I had with Chastian properties. I hate that all of this had to happen, dealing with them is like a sour patch if you can get pass the sour surface (Karen) the sweet is there (Betty & Bre) I gave 1 star back****As of August 22, 2018-- Please avoid this under handed company- After all the confusion I have been charged $80 for dirty stove nobs and a spill in the fridge that was advised wouldnt hurt the deposit. I called the lady that did walk though, and now the apartment was filthy. I will be moving out ASAP, I rather live in a box then deal with such a company. I wish I could apply negative stars. I dont have the time nor energy to keep dealing with petty revenge, but karma works

D is a good property manager but corporate is horrible ! They made me pay for damages for a robbery even with the police report. So my place gets broken Into and I have to pay for it to be fix. !!!
