Still crazy even after they renovated it. Its not as bad as it was back in the day but its still not somewhere I would move to. Ijs.

They NEVER answer the phone its so annoying. Also when they Fix stuff its done to the ablity of joe blows drunk uncle. They rarely plow the snow in the parking lot or on the side walks

I moved in here in December of 2017.. I been having heat problems. And here it is February...and im still having heat problems...smh...and when i do say something about my heat....thay make me feel like i dont know what im talking about... Here it is 2am and no heat...

One of the worst apartment complexes in Columbus. Recently a whole roof caved in during a rainstorm on a renovated apartment and its heavy with drug traffick and prostitution

This neighborhood is so dangerous. You can hear shootings all the time and the leasing office never answers the phone.

This place is horrible in all aspects I rented here and was on time every month when rent was due never late I would never recommend anyone to stay here they never fix anything the right way the rental lady Mrs Silvia is very grimmie and unprofessional this is not a safe place to live I witnessed a crackhead over dose right in front of my house it was so many needles in the yard and it is so many kids that live out there and for them to have access to them like that is very unsafe just a very bad place to live especially if you have kids

The security guards are a joke they harass people, they profile the tenants . And theyre liars getting people evicted. The office needs to listen to tenants
