I moved in here a month and a half ago and absolutely LOVE it! My apartment is large and has tons of storage. Its very quiet and safe. I feel 100% comfortable and safe here, neighbors are nice and everyone waves and says Hi. I plan to make this my home for a very, very long time! I honestly cannot say enough good things about living here!

Good houses and maintenance is also satisfactory

We were trying to get in there and our credit didn’t approve. The lady on the phone was extremely rude after we didn’t get approved at first she was really nice until she seen that our credit was bad. VERY unprofessional. I wouldn’t recommend this place to ANYBODY! Unless you want to be judged for something you didn’t no smh. I’d give it zero stars if it would let me!

I have lived here 8 months and I am very happy. My apartment is large and spacious, and I love my walk-in closet. The apartments are well-maintained, and response is quick if there is a problem. I think its great to be able to use the PayShare app when doing laundry. Sure beats worrying if you have enough quarters!

Private (key fob entrance only) laundry room facilities with small gym with TV, beverage vending machine and seating.The only down fall is there is no coin machine. So I have to brings your quarters with you! Lol 😉

We loved Briarwood Apartments. Very friendly, very clean, and loved the events they threw for the complex. Sad to be leaving!!!

Really good apartments for the Price and Space they offer. Only 2 drawbacks are that they dont have Washers inside the apartment and the service for non critical issues is very slow and lethargic. I have enjoyed living here and would definitely recommend it.

As all other apartment complexes, briarwood is out to get your deposit. I was charged rent for 27 days I didnt stay at the pimples because I didnt give 60 day notice. I had called and given a notice ahead of time and not once did they tell me that me that they wouldnt accept the telephone notice date as official notice. There are better apartment complexes in Columbus (in price and layout).

My fiance and I lived there for a year. Everything was great at first but once we started having issues with things breaking it took them over a month to fix. We also had it set up to where the rent would be taken out of my fiances paycheck and they claimed they werent paid or got payments late. We had the paperwork and they would say everything was fine. After only a month left of our lease they served us court papers sayig we owed them over 2000 dollars for late payments and no rent. Needles to say we dont recommend this place, all they want is to take your money.

My husband and I moved in there a year ago and it was all fine until things would break especially my blinds to the back door and they even said the set was a bad set and was broken before I moved in and so they were going to replace them, well it took over 4 months for them to replace them even when I would call and get an update on them. Oh and everytime you try to call the office no one EVER answers the phone. So you are forced to leave a voicemail that they never call you back over. Its very frustrating and annoying when you are constantly trying to get ahold of them and they wont respond. I would not recommend this apartments to any one. The price is too high for an apartment that doesnt even have washer dryer hook ups. And they seem to not care unless its about rent.

Had a great experience. My fiancee and I moved to Columbus about a year and a half ago. We rented with Briarwood for about a year while we searched for a home. Signed a lease that was a little longer than a year to get the better pricing. Once we found a home ten months into our lease we were allowed to leave early. We paid our early lease termination fees as was stated in the contract and received a full refund of our deposit. It was painless.I would definitely recommend. Ask for Krystal (sp?). She took care of everything for us start to finish and we never had any issues.Also - The apartments are owned by Glick which also own a complex in Evansville, IN. By coincidence I have also lived in that complex as well before I moved to Columbus. I would stay at any Glick property.

Me and my grandma has lived here Ive 25 years and we have had a few problems but they got fixed so its a good place to live at

Very disappointed experience. I would not recommend to anyone.
