The new property management is so very accommodating!!! Nyasia is awesome, she kept me informed every step of the way for my move In process. She made me feel welcome and I am happy to be a new tenant here!!

I just moved here and so far so good Nyasia made me feel very welcome and she is very professional keeping me informed about my move in, thats the kind of management i like. I think Im going to like living here, Im happy to be a new tenant.

I love living here no complaints at ALL.. friendly staff and maintenance crew. When ever somthing needs fixed the office manager sends them right over to fix it. The community is nice and very clean no drama or kids hanging out all times of the night and I feel very safe in my community.. I WOULD recommend any body to live here!!!KEEP UP THE GOOD WORK MARSHRUN 👏👏👏

Not a good home, but a safe one.Safety first.I would suggest it if you want to be safe.Its is a really safe house.

IT WAS NICE WHEN I FIRST MOVED OUT HERE. STAFF WAS NICE, MAINTANENCE WAS DONE. NOW, IVE HAVE MOLD IN MY APARTMENT THAT I HAVE REPEATEDLY ASKED THEM TO DO SOMETHING ABOUT IT. THE MAINTANENCE MAN, DOING ROUTINE INSPECTION SAID HE WOULD COME BACK TO ADDRESS THE MOLD....IVE BEEN WAITING 4 MONTHS OR SO. THE BATHROOM HAS BEEN BLOCKED OFF SO NONE OF US WOULD BE SICK. THE FLOOR PLAN IS ABSOLUTELY AMAZING I LOVE THE WAY ITS SET UP. BUT MANAGEMENT AND MAINTANENCE ARE A JOKE.

Management is really nice they will work with you but I have been living with roaches since I moved here never have I had them before all they do is spray and its not just coming from the kitchen they are living in my wood paneling had the health department come out well still no change with the bugs and Im not a nasty person even if I was I still shouldnt have to deal with roaches I did not come with them I should not have to live with them so before you think about moving here make sure they arent putting you in a roach infested apartment

I wanna move there so bad, but to hear about bedbug n roach infestation and the crime rate there by moving anybody in, I think ill change my mind by applying. I hear they move anybidy in and tell me just dont move there. They used to be so nice when first built. Hope things change soon with management. Hope this review helps coming from could be a potential renter.

I been living here for a yr n on my move list my stove was broken holes in door n toilet in guest bathroom broken still to this day they havent fix anything. They paint brown paint over the holes turned off the water line in the guest bathroom saying the pipes are broken n not to use it. Water leaks in my laundryroom everytime i flush. I have brown water coming out of bathroom sink i had to call code inforcement twice in one yr. The 1st time i called the city the managers excuse was that i called the problem in instead of walking in which at that time i had surgery. I called the city once again about the SAME problem ive been having. I went in to the office to report my on going problems n got kicked out without the manager hearing anything i had to say calming i was too loud on top of that they were other people in the office complaining about their problems about the AC not working n their answer to them was we cant no one til next week.

They work with you here and if you have a problem, the address it in a timely manner.

I wouldnt advise my worst enemy to live in Marsh Run Apartments. They take their time fixing repairs. My AC unit has been messing up since early May and its still not working a month and half later! I will be moving in the near future.

This place is horrible the rental office management sucks they made me move over $150 they have mold in the kitchen they never want to fix anything roach and bedbug infested the lady in the office tried to over charge for a payment DONT MOVE IN MARSH RUN!!!
