Love the service and my hair dresser she is great! She knows what I want and sum times she changes it up a bit. Plus when you get your hair washed also get a nice massage in the chair now that is service!

Best haircut I have had in a long time.

The ladies were very friendly and willing to help. My son got the haircut he wanted (that we showed the lady) and then she promptly buzzed it off! I was pretty sad, because not only was his hair not the way he wanted, but I could have done that haircut for free at home. Theres really no fixing it once youve cut everything off, so I tipped well, but we wont be returning.

My teen went in for a trim right before our trip to Florida. He was buzzed up the sides with long uneven pieces on the top. He is so upset and not take his baseball hat off. I had to get out the scissors. So worried about sunburn. Never again.

Came in and asked for a little trim, walked out looking like i was shipping out to Iran in a week. Also left a little piece of my long hair in the back to remind be of what once was there. Terrible

My son has had the same stylist for the almost 9 years of his life, but she decided to get done. The only barber shop in my town is pretty hard to get into these days. And my son is extremely particular about his haircuts. I decided to try Sportslips and couldnt be happier that we did. It was an excellent experience and my son said its the best haircut hes ever gotten. A bit pricier than we are used to but well worth it. We will definitely be back!

Long wait time due to being bust

My “30-45 minute wait” turned into well over 2 hours and counting...

My son had been growing a mullet for over 6 months and he went in today to have the sides trimmed and she cut his hair off!! Beyond upset!

Make sure if you just want a trim you say it a few times so it gets into their heads or else they’ll give you the “deploying in two weeks” hairstyle. Am not happy.

The Hostess/Receptionist was unprofessional and nasty. They dont care if you have medical exemptions or physical disabilities that prevent you from wearing a mask. The stylist was very good and professional, not the business. Also very expensive for a horrible experience. $22 for a quick normal mans haircut, nothing fancy.

Hit or miss. Depends on the stylist. But you can request a specific stylist if they are working.

Ive been going here for a few years now since it opened. Ive seen the staff change quite a bit since originally opening. Up until my last cut, I was generally happy with the price and service.I went in yesterday for my normal cut, and at the register was charged $14 for a veterans discount. Chuck even said plain as day, your total today is $14 with the discount. So I tipped $7 and called it good.I check my statements today and I was charged $2 extra and when I called to find out, they said that because the cost of minimum wage went up, that the price went up to $16 for veterans. I tried to explain that yesterday my screen said $14 and with a tip it totaled $21. I signed for $21, but Chuck just keep circling back to the cost increase.As much as I hate change, I wont be giving them anymore of my business.

If I could rate this establishment lower, I would. My husband and son went in this morning for a haircut because their schedules have been so busy they were unable to get in their regular stylist.The young woman to whom they were assigned came in a minute before 9:00 and then went out back to get herself ready. When she came out, my 11 year old could tell that she didnt want to be there. When he was in the chair, she started to ask him how he normally had it cut. As he was telling her that its normally longer in the front (buzzed on the sides), she buzzed the top of his head. Too late. She didnt listen or give him a chance to describe his cut. This is the problem with places like this. Youre just another number. By the time my husband could tell her that wasnt what he wanted, she said there was nothing she could do.My son came home almost in tears, so embarrassed. The cut had no shape at all. I had to buzz the sides shorter to give it some shape, so it doesnt look ridiculous.Hair stylists have the ability to give people confidence with good cuts and also embarrassment with poor cuts and service. We will never go to this place again.

Computer said 4 minutes I waited 40 minutes before storming out totally a waist of my time. Were they busy? No not at all 5 stylists if you want to call them that standing around talking about what they were going to have for lunch. Nobody in the seats for literally the last 15 minutes of my waisted stay. Do not waiste your time. Very very unprofessional. Time 2:00 to 2:45 Wed. Dec. 18th. Is there no reputable establishments left in this town! I would suggest the franchise manager to check the cameras around that time.

Went to get my haircut and they had an employee outside checking everyones temp with a cheap thermometer. The said my temp was over 100 and turned me away. Told me to come try again tomorrow. NOPE! I did NOT have a temp. Went home and checked my temp with an accurate thermometer and it was 98.3. I went to the Barber Parlor in Waterville. GOT AN AWESOME HAIRCUT! I probably wont be back to Sports Clips.

Went in with my dad, the screen said 1 hour and 45 minute wait so we were about to walk out when the lady said a lot of those people arent here so itll be about 30 minutes. So we decided to stay...my dad went up after we waited and hour and 45 minutes which is more than a half hour, 2 people on the board ahead of me showed up so they went after my dad. We had to wait awhile longer for mine. Wouldnt have been so bad if that lady hadnt lied to us. We stayed only because we waited so long. Night wasted.

Sport clips is awesome very helpful! I have 5 kids and had no help while getting my hair done they were so helpful in keeping them entertained. I gave a large tip!

Been there a few times, trying to give them the benefit of the doubt, but sadly got another poor haircut. I will now have to find a new place to get it done. Some of the barbers just seem inexperienced.

Good place for a quick haircut when I need one on a Sunday. I usually go to a local barber but when I dont have time to get there on a weekday or before they close at noon on Saturday, this is my go to. The other big chain seems to always have a wait and doesnt cater to guys like Sport Clips.

$38 dollars for just two fades. Which would of normally cost me $48 but they took $5 of each hair cut.Not to mention the lady messed mine all up. Looks like a bunch of zig zag lines where the clippers stop and my hair blends into it. Never going there again!!! Would hate to see their price on other things besides just a basic hair cut

I am more than disgusted with the customer service that I received from the manager of Sports Clips. When I had my sons hair cut last month, they did an extremely shoddy job--- hair that should not have been cut, was cut, and hair that should have been cut was not. When I went in, in person, to speak to the manager about the cut, her behavior was deplorable. However, she did tell me I could bring my son in, and they would fix it. When I returned with my son, she refused to fix it free of charge, (which was my understanding) and instead said that she would fix it for half off. She then tried explaining to me, how my sons hair was cut the way it was (which was not good) She treated me very poorly, and instead of trying to fix the situation, she told me to stop disrespecting her. We left after that...

I have gone there three times, as it is relatively quick, but I never get the same person, and each time my hair is cut differently, even though I always give the same instructions. They are very friendly, but very unreliable.

Have never been as disgusted with customer service as I was during our visit here. Extremely slow and no sense of urgency to move customers along. Nearly 20 minutes out back per person was ridiculous! When did finally get finished the cut was uneven and horrible. I was excited about the days open and hours but will never return after today.
