Ive lived here for 2 years in 2 different apartments. (Had to get a bigger place after my child moved in with me) Ive found the staff to be friendly and responsive, the grounds to be well-kept, and the neighborhood to be safe and comfortable.Id recommend this place to anyone. I love it here!

This apartment is the best so far, it takes you two years to request for maintenance and believe me, they respond so quick and fast as if they are in need of the service. Listen, if you need a descent, cool & worry free place to stay, come to this complex.

The parking is horrible. Maybe you should assign parking spots to the residents.

It costs about $25 monthly to set up auto pay for your rent. Waste of money!

Staff does not know how to communicate. Good luck emailing or calling because they usually do not answer.

I have lived here for four years now, what a great place to live! The staffs are awesome and the maintenance guy(kwaku) works very fast to help the residents and Is respectful too, he goes above and beyond for sure.... kudos to all of you.

I turned on my air conditioning the first time this year Sunday evening, the temperature went up to 90 degrees. System was just blowing hot. Monday morning, saw one of the maintenance guys ( Kweku). Spoke to him about it, system was recharged within an hour. Best response I have ever hard in my almost six years living here. Great response. Thanks.

A great place to live. The maintenance of the parking lot is always kept up to a high standard as well as the apartment homes. The office staff and the maintenance crew are very friendly and respond to any issues quickly.I would highly recommend this property to anyone.

I live with my family for a year i renewed contract for another 15 months because i am very well located close to everything (easton mall and more) the condominium is very clean and organized

Heard a popping sound coming from my kitchen late Sunday night. On Monday morning I found my freezer was defrosted. Called office about 15 minutes before the office opens at 10am and left a message. At 10:15am two maintenance men were at my door. 20 minutes later they were done. They explained everything and showed me what was needed. Nice gentlemen. Great job guys!!

We have lived at Residents at towne center for about 3-4 years now. Its a very nice neighborhood to live in. Mostly quiet, friendly neighbors from our experience. we love it and weve had 2 different apartments in this complex and now going to our third in a week. Leasing office personal are very nice . Rob and Holly always are very helpful and prompt with helping us to find solutions to issues and inquiries we have. They are actually answer the phone which is nice. The actual apartments are nice too and they throw like little resident appreciation events which is nice too. Maintenance is a blessing! Past places we have lived in were SOOOOOOOOO slow to fix things but we had Nick come out and he solved ALL of my maintenance requests in one visit and was prompt and on time and very very friendly. Cant express how grateful I am for his help and information. He had phenomenal customer service and made me appreciate living here even more. That is truely a rare find. He should definitely be recognized for his efforts, hard work and friendly approach to the issues. I had a barking dog and a toddler running around so i know it wasnt the quietest workspace lol. To be honest i didnt expect that fast of a response to my multiple requests it it got done and in a timely manner in the time frame i requested. More than excited to continue living in this community.

I would recommend it:Location is great, rent price is very affordable. It’s near by most of stores and the shopping mall. Stuff are friendly. However, the size of the rooms are not what I thought it would be.. overall, we are happy to joint this community.😊

I have lived in this residence since 2014. The place is clean, the 2 pools are clean, the staff are friendly and attend to matters in a timely manner. Holly the Manager is the best. She will work with you in any kind of situation that you find your self in. They are very accommodating. Did I mention the safety?. You have no idea how many times I left my keys on the door only to realize the next day. If you are looking for a place to stay in Columbus, I highly recommend The Residences at Town Center.Fatuma Mohamed

My boyfriend and I having been living here for a little over 3 years and love it. The apartment is nice and spacious. Rent is very reasonable and they don’t raise rent very much each year. Rarely have issues with any of the appliances, and if we do, maintenance has always come very quickly to fix it. Office staff are also always very nice and friendly. For example, one time i had realized i forgot to shut the garage door after i had driven off to work. I called the office and someone came by (in the cold and snow) to drop off a package we had waiting in the office and close the garage door for me.

This is the worst apartment ever..PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!They try to be nice the first time you move in but afterwards they give the worst treatment. Maintenance takes forever to come.Management in the apartment is sooo rude.Security in the apartment is the worst.My car was stolen and my car got broken into on 2 different occasion.No proper security.Management did not want to do nothing about cos they did not care.Robert is the one guy who is the worst.I left the apartment and they billed me in upwards of over $1300 for things which made no sense.They billed me for a whole stove that was still working and in good shape.They are a rip off of an apartment.I would give them zero star if that existed.Please stay away!!!!

Lived here for 4 years. Very competent and friendly staff, quick responses, and overall very helpful.This place is an awesome value and I would definitely recommend it. Never had trouble with neighbors or the area in the four years I lived there. We recently tried upgrading to a more luxury apartment (River Oaks), and its been a horrible experience. We pay around $400 more per month and have terrible service from the staff.

Ever since i made a friend who lived out here in 2013 then he came to work here as a maintenance guy i always wanted to live out here years later i got a good job and 2018 i could finally move here always loved how they had two pools nice beautiful landscaping and the amount of equipment and entertainment they have in the 24 hour gym is second to none in omost all of columbus most apartment gyms i hate because they dont have squat rack or bench press parking is pretty good depending on where you at in the complex nice ponds but two things i couldnt get over was my old head hating neighbors who couldnt seem to mind their business and the break ins i was there a year and a half and my crib had to be broken in or attempted break ins like 3 times then just 2 months ago my mustang got stolen and they found it in lima ohio and mind you i come from the hood and dealt with alot of stuff but never this it bothered me so much i became a first time gun owner and cut my lease short paid two months rent and was done when i get a new mustang GT now im thinking to my self wherever i move gotta have a garage like the bend at broad who are much cheaper and have garages or brittany bay apartment and townhomes also idk why prices go up so much here but its crazy just 2 years ago one beds was like 725 now i look online and their going for 1100?????? and i was just paying 788 all i can say if you move here get a gun lock your doors and windows and keep to yourself

Nice apartments, decent price, the staff is friendly but not often helpful. People come from all over Columbus to use the fitness center and pool (there are two but one is never open for any reason, EVER). Maintenance needs in your appartment at least once a month (to change the smoke detectors, replace furnace filters, to change the smoke detectors they just replaced, to check for bed bugs) and are unable to schedule an appointment with you.

I have been staying here from a year. Great community, great staff - Sam, Holly, Taylor and Rob. Well maintained fitness center, pool in summer.. great living experience. If any maintenance required, will be taken care as soon as maintenance staff is free.

An amazing place to live. Always clean and pleasent. Everyone up in the office is great to work with. The maintenance guys work swiftly and get the job done.

It was nice a few years ago but has really gone downhill as of late. So many geese are on the property you cant walk in the grass without stepping in poop. My car has been broken into 7 times in the past three years and just tonight someone was shot and killed by police less than a block from here. Keep in mind the community looks nice on the surface but the crime in the area is really on the rise. Ill be moving out when my current lease is up.

Lived here going on 6 years. Just upgraded to a 2b1b w garage. Love it. Office staff is courteous and helpful. The maintenance team is on point. Best around hand down. Fair prices competitive with the area. Two great pools, dog park, fitness center, club house, scenery with ponds. Ample parking. And its a really quiet, pleasent community. My wife and I love it here!

Maintenance issues are extremely slow or never taken care of. Dishwasher, washer and dryer never fixed. Promise of carpet shampoo never completed. I told them I want a place with no Dog that live in there they say that place have never had a dog in there lied to us. My girl start having bumps on her legs and We sneeze alot. And more problem only happens when you move out. Please make sure you have accounts for all transactions you have with them (even your bank statements are not good enough), like how much you paid for the rent,what date and time you paid and when they will cash it out, etc because they dont (for some reason they would like you to keep track of all those). They will send you move out receipts which will contain transactions that you will not be aware off. To avoid those problems please make sure you have documented each and everything. May be have a monthly once meeting to see if both the transcation sheet match up. Know that I moved out they say I owed them a balance of $767.00

Been here 6 months. Friendly staff, decent price for the size for the area. Pet friendly and gym is nice. No complaints but nothing amazing either.

Have been living at RTC for about a year now with my girlfriend, and so far we have had a great experience. Love the 24 hour gym and the two pools on site. Rent is reasonable for the area, being right by easton mall, 270 and the airport. The upgraded units are very nice, with all brand new everything. We live in the regent which has a huge master walk in closet and very large laundry room. My girlfriend and i also love the dog park. We have two small dogs, that easily could fit under most apartment dog park fences, but the RTC dog park has chicken wire and fencing all the way down to the ground. So it really caters to dogs of all sizes. The only thing that i wish was different would have to be the patios. While they are private and only connected to your patio door, they are not fenced in. it would be nice to have it fenced in to let dogs out easier. Other than that, we have no complaints, and have suggested the complex to several friends.

Worst apartment ever!!!!!!!! They fix nothing right!! The maintenance is a joke and the little leprechaun looking one violated mine and my daughters rights by coming in my house after hours when neither one of us had on clothes and he was told not to even come upstairs let alone after hours smh. Ive also had mold since August they havent removed. Also be prepared for $400 electric bills each month Even when you are gone 2 weeks out the month!! Sad this place is uncomfortable and will have you feeling super uneasy each time you come home.

I have lived here for four years now and I like it.The rent is higher than some places around here but its all about location and space. I have compared my apartment too many in the area and I get more for my buck here. I do have some problems with this place. My screen door wont lock had never locked and they wont replace it. Mostly nothing works on the gym although out looks nice. I pointed out water damage once they just came in and painted over out it. The appliances are old and they wont replace or update them. I mean for what youre paying some of not all of these things should be fixed. The staff changes constantly. But even after all of that Im staying because the pros outweigh the cons. Im very close to work, the airport, Easton, and anything else I need. Hard to complain about location.

Space is good in the apartment but carpet is cheap. I am writing this after 1 monthbof carpet use. I can already see lots of areas on the carpet which looks like its been used over 8 months to 1 year. No kidding. Our hall had sags on the floor on the day we moved in. When asked about it, ofcourse there is nothing they can do about it. And gym, I cant find words to explain about it.when I was signing the lease, i just got a quick look at gym. I was fooled by the size of gym and that glass partition for yoga and boxing. When I started to go to the gym, I was surprised to see that machines wont work. Everyday one machine wont work. And few other equipment are weared out, they never even thought to replace the cushions. I slipped and fell from it as cushion was weared out and u cant notice it untill you put weight on it, slip and fall.Sometimes people at the office can be rude. They dont get back to you though you call manytimes about same issue. They say they will call you.Good side, quiet neighbourhood.I like the space in the house.Few maintainence issues are quickly answered(not all).

I lived Like more then 2 Year, Was pleasant at my begining days here ...because its close to my office.Day By .... feeling tot ally in secured and So many theft and in secured .Totally irresponsible people if ask about the thefts, literally lieing like not happen anything, People there are not at all trust worthy people. very nice before you move in ..after you signed the lease the scene is totally different. So many penalties and fines.its very clear their intention to grab you security deposit.Like cheap minded people.Literally robbing the tenets money.BEAWARE AND BESAFESri.
